I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, there were several disappointing aspects of my experience. The restroom in my room had noticeable mold, which was concerning. Additionally, the daily room service was hit-or-miss, with minimal effort put into cleaning and restocking essentials. Even when replaced, the towels didn’t smell clean, which was quite off-putting.

The evening events were underwhelming, with almost no participation, and the atmosphere felt lackluster. On multiple occasions, I had to actively seek out the bartender on the rooftop, as they were often nowhere to be found, making it difficult to order drinks.

The staff’s friendliness was the saving grace of my stay, but unfortunately, the other issues overshadowed what could have been a more enjoyable experience.

Had to wait until 2pm for the room key after checking in at 1.15 pm. Not a problem as check in was from 2pm, then had to wait a further 20 minutes to be told my room was not available until 8pm.
This was unacceptable and then they offered different rooms that was essentially a downgrade!!!. I waited patiently for the staff to come up with an alternative. Then shown another room that was again a downgrade and no windows,like a prison cell!!
Insisted on seeing a manager and eventually after much discussion they offered me a suite for duration of my stay.
Result!!! But they admitted they had extended the check out for the previous guests at my expense. They knew this at1.15 and failed to advise me then.
All's well that ends well but the lack of ownership for failure was shocking

Loud and Annoying. Stayed on the second floor facing the reception. Light comes in from the reception so you are never in the dark. Didn’t have one good nights sleep. Room service did not answer once in three days.
The restaurant can not make a cappuccino.

It’s nothing like the photos, it looks old and not well maintained. Even though is a cheap option I felt a little deceived from the photos. Kuta is not the nicest place in general too.

The rooms were clean but needed maintenance. The bathroom and toilets had some issues. Asked for hand towels, were told they do not provide it. We paid similar price at Ubud, and it was way lot better with more services. Location isn't very convenient. Not much eatery in walking distance. The staffs were very friendly and helpful though.

Room wasn’t as clean specially the floor, bathroom area had mold. My room didn’t any have toiletries , just very basic. Staff was helpful and attentive. Restaurant food was delicious. It’s close to Garuda Wisnu Cultural park which is a plus.

Location is good but nothing to do much around. You'd either need a scooter or a ride to explore things around.

When asked for better view room well in advance as we were there for our anniversary, we got a 5th floor but facing to the hotel floors. Hence natural light was barely getting in. Other lighting in the room was not great either.

They call it a superior room, but it's really an inferior. Not so big and bedding is average.

When booked via expedia, a welcome drink was offered which we never received. When asked the staff about it, they had no idea about it.

Roof top pool is great, around 1.4mtrs deep and has some great views of the ocean.

Overall not so great, didn't feel like it's a 4 star except for the pool, and rooftop view.

Nice hotel nice rooms but the lobby and the restraunt need air-conditioning on all the time not just for an hour or two a day. And the lobby and restaurant needs clearing of mosquitoes guests we're getting eaten alive.

Very varied breakfast, but of low quality for the items I tasted.
Free 2-way shuttle to 3 main destinations in the area.

Room with windows to the hotel lobby (!), so it got all the noise in there. It didn't ventilate and got a stale and moist air from the bathroom facolities. The sink was in the room, the shower communicated to the room and the toilet (glass!) door didn't fully close.
Very poor cleaning: the toilet was covered in yellowish scale and the sink top was dirty and stained. The sheets were stained, the towels were gray instead of white.
No rooms soundproofing, while there were many rooms, with noisy group guests even at night. Got woken up many times, even with earplugs.
Located in a high traffic area and in a rather unpleasant neighbourhood.
The rooftop pools give to a slumps area in the back.
The price for the airport shutle was 4 times higher than Gojek's (the local Uber).
I couldn't wait for my two-night stay to be over.

Breakfast included was a selling point but we arrived for breakfast at 8.30am and there was barely any hot food left and no more was coming out. We were told buffet until 10.30. Also no clean bowls for cereal or forks or juice glasses. Staff at buffet were not interested in any of these issues. Staff overall in hotel were friendly though. Neat and clean but very slow service.

Short Stay In Bali

The staff was very welcoming and nice. No issues with customer service. Please be forewarned that there is no separation for the bathroom as you would normally find in a house or hotel. It's just a sliding door to the toilet and a door to the shower. The beds were hard as in no bounce at all, similar to a beds box spring. If you can get past the bed and bathroom this is a decent hotel. I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast buffet was good.

Star quality stops at the pool

Infinity pools and sunset view are amazing. The hotel is very strangely designed with the rooms all built around the main lobby, meaning the noise levels in the morning aren't ideal. We were put in a box room with no natural light (supposedly their deluxe offering) – not what you expect from a 4* hotel. They were fully booked the first night but did thankfully move us to a room with a slightly better room with a window when we complained. Drinks are very overpriced, service was mixed, and the hotel is next to a main road so it's not a very picturesque location to step out onto. The buffet breakfast selection was fantastic and our only complaint would be it takes over ten minutes to get your order at the 'eggstation'. Bed very comfy and shower great so a bit of a mixed bag! It's not a terrible place to stay; it's just not as good as other 4* hotels in Bali.

Very disappointing

Meet and greet was dreadful. We had stamped letters from immigration office, as they keep your passport when extending your visa, this was not sufficient for reception, thankfully I had a photo on my phone of my passport. First room, the safe did not work, sat there for over an hour whilst the maintenance man tried to fix it and gave up. Went back to reception and had to ask for another room ( we have a lot of valuables), the safe worked in this one but the AC didn’t so we just got on with it. By the time we got away from the room we were told areas such as the swimming pool had just closed, so we went for a drink and ordered food only to be told they had sold out of our menu choice so we didn’t bother. Breakfast was also a disaster which they blamed on the Chinese staying there, tables full of waste food and very little left to eat or a clean table to sit at.
On checking out we were told to wait while they checked the room for damage and that was the last straw, so I then told them what I thought of the service and the hotel amenities, they were extremely apologetic and stated that they have to check the rooms as theft and damage happen regularly and again blamed the Chinese.
This hotel caters mainly to the Chinese and that includes breakfast choice/ menus and music.
The hotel from the exterior looks wonderful, however, there is an old English saying that comes to mind for this place “its all fur coat no knickers”.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The condition of the room was also good (e.g., clean and comfortable). However, it was noted that they didn’t restock some of the toiletries that were used. The separate toilet and shower area was a little inconvenient as well for non-couples. The food variety at breakfast was so-so. Nevertheless, it was an overall pleasant stay at the hotel.

This hotel was such a great deal. Our overall stay was awesome. The staff was friendly and attentive. We were even greetes with drinks when we arrived. ATM available in the hotel which was a plus. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Restaurants were available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (food was okay). Rooftop/ infinity pool was awesome. The location had nothing to offer but easy access to the airport. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you infinity8 for a wonderful stay.

On a main road without much nearby within walking distance. Very loud tour group stayed while we were there, if they generally cater to tour groups then I’d say don’t stay here if you want a relaxing time in Bali, but I don’t know if that was a normal thing or we were just unlucky.

The hotel has a strange smell to it, especially the corridors and lobby. The staff is not very helpful. Very poor service from all staff. At check in our room was promised to be given in half an hour but it took them two and a half hours to prepare the room. Breakfast was disastrous, something as simple as placing an order at the omelette station was a stressful task as the other guests seemed to be prioritised, the manager was less than helpful when we complained. The bathrooms had no privacy or ventilation. The shower had a damp unappealing smell to it. The rooms are very poorly maintained. There was no service available at the restaurant at lunch time. There is nothing around the hotel. I have stayed at hostels that were more appealing and at a better price than this hotel.

Good location for Jimbaran Beach and Airport

Hotel was good overall, just too bad they close the pool so early (7pm). The staff is friendly, instalations are good and new with interesting desing. Very good location for the beach at Jimbaran (altho it's not a walking distance) and even more for the Airport if it happens you departure very early next day. Only thing tha i could complain apparently our room was not ready or given to another people, so they give us a close room instead of our city view room, this type of room it's very dark for something located so near a beach.

Cheap enough hotel for a quick stay, would not recommend a long stay. The staff were friendly enough however the internal processes can definitely be changed to give guests a better experience. At check in the staff did not take a deposit or credit card. This then made it problematic ordering room service or drinks at the pool. Sound was an issue between rooms and from guests in hallways. Our room was at the end of the hallway and not as noisy as i would imagine some other rooms to be.

Kila Infinity Room 566

Pros: Superior service. Professional, friendly and excellent staff service. Room cleaned everyday. Room conditions and facilities worked perfectly. Breakfast buffet spread not bad. The hotel offers loads of service for their guests like Rooftop swimming pool with a good view of the volcanoes on a clear weather and also watching the arrival flights landing on the runway. On that level there are bar and restaurant. There is also a spa and a gym. In short it is a pleasant place to spend your holidays.

Cons: Hotel quite far from the beach. One needs transport to go to the beach like Kuta. I would suggest that the hotel management provide a shuttle service to places like the Kuta beach which not only have the beach but shopping malls and restaurants and bars.

The reason I'm giving overall rating 4 for the hotel is because of its location. Otherwise it will be an excellent eight days stay at the Kila Infinity 8.

Kila Infinity 8 is really a great hotel. The rooms were always clean, the staff are some of the nicest people you will meet, great amenities such as the gym, pool, and restaurants. However, the hotel is a bit far away from the beach and it is located on a busy road.

The staff constantly call or knock the door .. house keeping starts from 8 am !! you can hear them through out the morning in hallways and ringing guests doors !! Restaurant has very limited options !

Great transit hotel

We only stayed one night before leaving for the UK but we had a great experience. Having flown in from Lombok and arrived at 11pm, and left again a 4:30am the next morning, we didn't get the chance to enjoy the roof top pool, but what we saw looked lovely. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was gorgeous. Huge, super comfy bed, great show and a BATH! Lots of cool bathroom freebies too! Great value as a transit hotel
