Booked the hotel based on positive reviews. The hotel room and other parts of the hotel were dirty and not cleaned regularly. Sheets in our room smelt really musty and mouldy. The shower would not drain and would pool up. No change in issue after advising staff of this. No follow up from the hotel either. Customer service limited and not like other places we stayed at. Compared to other 4 and 3 star hotels we stayed in during our trip to Bali, this was the only hotel we were disappointed with. Not 4 stars at all. I would not recommend.

Loved the couple of days stay here while transiting in bali.initially we planned for 1 night but ended extending another night... RRR in the front desk where fantastic specially Roy who took us around Ubud day trip in our short trip and showed us around. We will definitely recommend this property and also very good Sea food restaurants at the beach which was a great experience. We will come back to this place next time if we are in Bali.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Hotel Anja Jimbaran. What a lovely hotel. It is new and not to big. We had a room by the pool and it was gorgeous. The room was big and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. You get 2 large bottles of water complimentary every day which is great. The breakfast was lovely and the staff are the real stars. There is nothing to much effort and ever staff member has a huge smile when they see you. Nothing is to much effort for them. Thank you to each and every member of staff you are the best. We had lunch there every afternoon and the food was never disappointing. The hotel is a short walk from the beach on a quiet road so ideal. I had a massage and it was one of the best I have had in Bali.
The only negative point I can make is that the rooms by the pool do not have a table and chairs, that was so disappointing, we were not able to sit outside and have a meal or a drink. There was on huge bean bag but we are middle aged and we definitely find it extremely uncomfortable to sit on a bean bag. The hotel taxi is also extremely expensive and charged us 4 times the price of a Grab taxi. Why make it so expensive when everything else is so perfect. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel with there amazing staff.
