Poor range considering price . Hotel room requires repairs . Bathroom tiles falling off . Bathtub ledge high gets flooded and slip hazard causing bruising when getting out . Infinity pool no access stairs becomes slippery and difficult getting in or out. Minimal shade and bar area and rooftop bathroom rundown and needs total overhaul .

Come to the beach and stay for the seafood

Upgraded to a junior suite which was very nice, thank you FOX. Lovely affordable & clean hotel about 100 meters from the beach and surrounded by exclusive villas and 5-star hotels. A healthier calmer option to Seminyak beach. You can find peace and quiet here, away from the maddening traffic and a leisurely walk away from the seafood restaurants.

The place is okay. Just not happy with one incident where one of the staff together with a drunk guest tried to open one of the rooms we booked at around 4am. The guest was insisting that he is staying in that room and the staff didnt even bother to check their records and just went with him. It turned out that he was staying on the 2nd and not the 1st floor. They apologized but they should be careful next time so incidents like this wont happen again.

Perfect transit hotel near the beach

The outside of the building looks extremely run down but the rooms are well maintained and the rooftop area is lovely to spend the day at - we used this as a transit hotel on a 12 hour stop over and it was perfect.

Value for money. Don’t expect 5 star big resort level but good enough for a few days. Room is large. I like standing shower better than tub. So this place is good for me. . Safe area. Quiet.Pool area pretty and with the swim up bar. If only they can add more indonesian food items on menu and add some more umbrellas at the pool deck.

Our 4-night stay at FOX Hotel Jimbaran Beach in Bali was the best! The breakfast buffet had an impressive variety of delicious options, and I especially loved dining at their grill for dinner — I wish we had eaten there more instead of trying some of the high-rated restaurants that didn’t quite meet our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to accommodate any requests or do the best they could at meeting our requests. We also treated ourselves to the floating breakfast basket one morning, inspired by the promotional photos on Expedia, and it was absolutely worth it! We would definitely stay here again for the excellent service and delightful dining experiences!

I fully enjoyed my stay here. Staff from Reception to Management to Service to Kitchen to Housekeeping were all very attentive, caring, helpful, professional & friendly. If I was to come back again then I would definitely come again to stay put with them. Some minors adjustments can be done like on Floor 1, Floor 2, Floor 3 and
at Floor 5 some signs or letters or digits can be stuck to the wall right when the lift door opens. Sometimes, I went to wrong floors as out of habit I got out when other people were coming in thinking it is my stop, lol, lol. On another note, in the room they provide you with some ear tips, sanitary pouch, shower cap & a good sized tooth paste with a tooth brush but I was wondering, if under a thoughtful gesture, they can provide us with a disposable shaving kit too. If I was to come back again then I will happily visit Fox Hotel again to make my future stay memorable again. All staff deserves compliments and I may not have mentioned names here but I am sure you will remember who was I and how we had conversations daily. Thanks a lot.

Lovely stay only minutes walk to Jimbaran Bay where there are lots of little beach restaurants to choose from.
Amazing roof top pool where food and drinks can be purchased although cocktails are pricy at $13.00 AUD for Bali standards with no Happy Hour offered. Views of the sunset were outstanding and watching the planes land from the rooftop pool was cool. At our time of stay they were replacing the pool deck on level 6 so lots of noice to be heard even down to our level which was on floor 2. This would only be temporary though and should not hinder other guests from staying at this lovely property.
Rooms were really spacious and shower had nice hot water.
Buffet breakfast had lots of good options and staff were great during our 5 day stay.

All I have to say is WOW! Thankyou so much to the fox hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough for us, they were so friendly and accommodating. It was really good, nice, clean, great staff. We didn't add breakfast to our stay but ended up eating there every morning because it was really good. The bed was fairly firm, which wasnt an issue for us. Only thing negative thing was the deck up at the pool is falling apart and you have to be careful where you step, most of the boards are loose and you go through them. The pool itself is great though.

This hotel is badly in need of a refit. The first room smelt damp and mouldy. Changed rooms - no smell but mouldy grout and tiles in bathroom and bad scale on shower screen. Stains on floors and gritty stuff on bedside table. Overflowing ashtrays in corridors. Breakfast okay. Only nice bit is the rooftop pool and bar area - great sunset view.

Fox Jimbaran is a comfortable place to stay, but the bathroom needs some improvement with the fixtures. The shower head holder is about to come off and the door fixture to hold the towels came off. However, the free breakfast buffet and the Infiniti pool on the roof makes the stay worth the price.

Would not stay here again. Our room was right above breakfast area, with very thin walls, not a good nights sleep as a result. The pool area is small, with limited sun-beds for size of hotel so we couldn’t use it. The hotel is not on the beach as the photos suggest. Overall this was disappointing as this was the last place we stayed in on our trip and wasn’t the romantic stay we had hoped for.

the fox hotel is a lovely place to stay on a tighter budget, everything is neat and tidy, clean and functional.
It has a good location in Jimbaran, close to the beach.

The only real downside to the hotel is that it is starting to show its age in places. They have started to replace some of the worn areas, but this takes time. Don’t let this put you off, as for the price you can’t go wrong.

Very disappointed in this hotel.
It’s beautiful.
But very weirdly organised.
They forced me to pay for room at check in (rather then check out like every other hotel we stayed at).
They said they’d put a 500000rp deposit on for food and drink tabs. Only they didn’t so when I ordered they expected me to pay when I had nothing but a bikini.
They would repeatedly call the room & knocked on my door.
This is annoying because I like to use my card just once to avoid fees.

They also said we had breakfast, but then tried to tel us we didn’t when we went down.

Honestly. I wouldn’t go back. I wouldn’t tel people not to go, because it is beautiful and well kept but I wasn’t happy with the service. Not after the other hotels we stayed in!

Overall this hotel was a good find. The service, value, and offerings were good for my two day stay in Bali and I had no complaints. It's a bit tucked away so it's hard to find but if you're taking a cab, that shouldn't be an issue. I didn't have breakfast so I can't speak to the food but the welcome drink and gift was a good surprise. I probably wouldn't stay here again because it's not close enough to the beach as I hoped, but if that doesn't matter to you than this hotel is great!

Amazing hotel with a great infinity pool

The hotel itself was amazing - the room was huge, with the biggest bed I have ever seen. It was really comfortable and the room was very clean and tidy.
The staff were very lovely, always ready to help. The infinity pool was great, with a beautiful view of the sea - great to watch the sunset. However, I do think there needs to be more sun loungers around the pool, as there often wasn't enough for everyone. Similarly, although the food at the bar looked really nice, the food offered on the menu were all large meals; it would have been better if there was a lunch menu or more bar snacks on offer.
The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and about a 15 minute walk to seafood restaurants on the beach front - I would highly recommend having a seafood dinner on the beach. Other than the beach though, there's not much around the hotel in walking distance and so this was probably the only downfall.
Overall, we had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend.

This was a perfect location for us to enjoy a couple of days relaxing before our onward Indonesian Island hopping tour. Not too far from the airport (15-20 mins taxi) yet within walking distance of Jimbaran Beach with lots of local beach bars and restaurants and beautiful sunsets. Good value as it was very comfortable and about a third of the price of the direct beach access hotels. In fact we preferred the rooftop infinity pool with loungers, umbrellas and a bar for drinks on hand. The view at sunset was also glorious from here.
Breakfast was also served at the rooftop bar with a good range of fruits and breads and pastries. Generally I don't eat a cooked breakfast but I did enjoy the freshly cooked pancakes. They would also cook omelettes to order and there seemed to be a number of other hot food containers. My only complaint is that the jams and syrups should be covered as there were a number of insects hovering on them.
If you don't want the local seafood on the beach there are also a couple of excellent restaurants almost next door and there is food and live music on the rooftop terrace some nights but we did not try that so can't comment. Highly recommend and would happily stay there again.

I stayed at a hotel in Kuta (do not recommend) and at a hotel in Nusa Dua (do not recommend) and I would definitely go back to this hotel. I wish I would've booked my stay here longer. 3 Nights in Jimbaran

We decided on Fox in Jimbaran due to its price and its location close to the beach. We arrived early and had a bit of a wait to check in. We were offered to wait up in the pool bar, decided instead to leave our luggage and go for a walk. The eventual check in wasn't smooth mainly due to our booking not being on their system. This was sorted by me emailing them the confirmation directly!!
We got into the room only to find no towel's. housekeeping did respond quickly and we were away. the room was clean , a good size and the bed comfortable. There were no instructions in the room , ie food and spa prices ? I did ask the lady with the towel's who probably didn't understand and advised me that they don't have them.

The pool bar on the roof has great views and is a good spot for the sunset shots.
The location is very close to the beach, turn right 200 mts to the Mid Jimbaren fish café section or a 15 min walk to the southern ones. you cant miss a good seafood feed there .

cleaning of the room was a bit of an issue, day 2 they turned up at 6 pm to clean the room ! No thanks
they did get to it on day 3 after we advised them we were going out for a few hours.
we requested a late check out for 6 pm it cost approximately half the day room rate.
advised the trip to the airport would take around 45 mins was 200,000 rp . it took 20 mins! my advice is to get them to call you a blue taxi much cheaper.

DUE TO THE MAGNIFICIENT POLLUTION OF THE JIMBARAN BEACH IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ENJOY THE GOOD QUALITY OF THIS HOTEL AND ITS STAFF. JIMBARAN BEACH IS HEALTH RISK AND EVERYONE SWUMMING IN THE WATERS OF JIMBARAN BEACH MAY RISK SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS. STRAY DOGS ARE EVERYWHERE FURTHER INFESTING BEACH AND NOBODY CLEAN THE BEACH WHICH IS DIRTY BEYOND DESCRIPTION. WE RAN AWAY AFTER 1 DAY. VERY SAD.

Stay away from this hotel

This hotel was located next to Jimbaran cemetery and a sport club. Hard to find by local taxi drivers. Their room price was quite good but you have to take taxi for even going for a simple dinner. No trusted money exchange in walking distance. Staff very rude & unprofessional. Breakfast was very basic & uneatable. The only positive thing about it: Building & room was very clean.

Great pool, not for kids

Overall nice hotel but should not be for kids, nothing for them to do so they play in the rooftop pool whichever should be adults only. Rooftop is awesome, great views and brilliant pool area. Shame there weren't More sunbeds or umbrellas. Room was great but no balcony. Area is a bit quiet with no other hotels readily on the same road. Cuca restaurant 30 seconds walk away - great food there but pricey. Breakfast at hotel good burn some dishes a bit strange like potato gratin, spaghetti and sushi for breakfast..... but thankfully also had pancakes and toast etc.

Hotel was amazing, staff was so helpful and wonderful. The food and drinks at the hotel were overpriced. Rooftop pool was so nice!! Room was beautiful and had everything you could need. Beach loungers are for rent at the beach which is very close. Location was great. Room was not thoroughly cleaned each day, dirty mugs were left in the room. Breakfast buffet was so delicious with tones of variety. Overall wonderful stay in a beautiful new hotel.

Rooftop pool is sensational

We loved our stay at pramapada! We have one night without accommodation booked yet and will probably go back there.

Rooftop pool has a great atmosphere if you're looking for a place to unwind.

Hotel staff are super friendly.
Only downside was our bed was hard.

Try cuca restaurant next door, beyond amazing.
