Great property overall, food was great, service was first class. The only point against the stay was one of our room air conditioner did not cool very well even when we set it to 18 degrees. And also the mosquito coil smoke got into everything, all our clothes smell like smoke.

We enjoyed our stay at Kayumanis Jimbaran. Our villa was the furthest away, so we go plenty of exercise. The living are is large and the outdoor bathroom very nice (although getting to the toilet at night in the rain requires some care!). The restaurant staff were very friendly, although it took time for our breakfast main course order to arrive. Wifi issues arose, but were resolved fairly quickly and efficiently.

Absolute perfection. You couldn’t ask for a better experience for rest and relaxation. We had the best stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt well cared for and to make our stay extra special whenever they could. The perks included with the room, like butler service, airport transfer, local car service, breakfast and afternoon tea were incredible. The room was beautifully reset each down and turndown service meant we always came back to the villa with mood lighting. The on site spa and restaurant were also wonderful. We highly recommend this stay.

This property is truly outstanding and very unique. The private pool is very large, super romantic, and a wonderful temperature. I travel all over the world and found this natural setting with two outdoor bathrooms to be so peaceful and relaxing that I have already rebooked and recommended to friends. The staff was exceptional and served breakfast in the room daily. I also ordered a private candlelight dinner for the room for my partner’s first night arrival which was very romantic. I stayed the first two nights alone and felt very safe and welcome. Had a massage and facial which was fabulous. I was so relaxed before taking the short walk to the beach every night for a beautiful sunset. My stay was the perfect postcard trip to Bali that had been a bucket list must do for years. If you are traveling all the way from the US like I did you must stay in a private villa and not a hotel to get the true Bali experience. This estate has 16 private villas and is one of the closest to the international airport. I highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Loved our stay. Our Villa was the right at the back and was so peaceful and quiet. Staff were always available to deal with any needs. They had prepared our personal food menu to meet our Hindu vegetarian food which contained no meat and fish. If you have a family with kids and want privacy, this location is perfect. Not far from the Airport which was a bonus.

My husband and I stayed at Kayunmanis Jimbaran Private Estate and Spa for serval days. During our stayed we experienced nothing but the highest level of customer service. Each employeee we encounted greeted us with genuwine smiles and warm greetings regularly. The chef prepared a delicous breakfast for us daily and made sure to avoid using any allergens. When my husband dropped his phone in the pool late one evening, we were taken directly to the apple store to get the phone repaired. When we returned to the villa late one night and found a bird trapped above the sink, two staff members came and gently carried the bird away. I can say with extreme confidence, I HIGHLY recommend Kayumanis when traveling to Jimbaran.

You get what you pay for

I was in Bali for a music festival but stayed at Kayumanis because the hotel I'd like to stay at was full. The design was outdated. The food was slow and average. The staff were not good at solving simple problems. I think a lot of guests like the free area/airport shuttle service. I paid for a two bedroom villa and had a short stay. The hotel wouldn't even take me to Dreamland (instead of the airport) when I checked out. With the same amount of money, I'd rather stay at a chain five-star hotel to be honest.

Beautiful and Peaceful Estates in Jimbaran

My girlfriend and I came to Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate & Spa to have a much deserved relaxing holiday. We both live and work in Shanghai, China which is very fast moving with large crowds of people.

We absolutely loved our stay at the estate. The room was amazing with a huge swimming pool for us both.

The staff was excellent, even sitting with us and explaining to us the different activities in and around Bali. The food was delicious with many options to choose from.

We also got full body massages from the spa, which may have been our best massage yet! We really recommend getting a massage if you have the time and money.

Also, the beach was a three minute walk from the compound, which was great.

Best pool villa in Bali

Kayumanis Jimbaran exceeded all of our expectations with its perfect setting of pure serenity, utmost privacy, and unrivalled luxury. Great staff and exceptional service included complimentary breakfast, hi-tea and massage all inside the villa. An exotic resort set amongst groves of coconut trees to completely help you unwind and relax. I only wish we had more time here.

Overall the villa was nice but I was really disappointed because they put me in a villa where there's construction (inside the property) right next to my villa ( they are aware of it). They told me that they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom villa but after knowing that, I'd rather not to be upgraded and stay in a villa not next to their construction. It looks like they did it on purpose since they know they're doing construction next to the upgraded villa and I saw a lot of villas are empty during my stay.

an accidental pick, made at random at the airport when our flight was found to be cancelled and trying to get something in a hurry, ended up the best decision ever.

Superior than many 5 star chain hotels. they say 1bedroom, that is patently false. It is a massive compound, living room, extra bedroom/study, 2x outdoor showers/toilets and then the 1 master bedroom.

Silver lining right out of my flight troubles. Only caveat is crappy laptop internet connection.

My second time in a Kayumanis hotel @ Bali.

The room was clean, spacious and well designed. Suitable for friends, couples and small family. Everything was just super pleasant and comfortable.

Great location, 3 mins to the beach (although not the best beach for an Aussie) we sat by the beach, had seafood and watched the “worlds best sunset” almost every day.

Amazing service as always, they went above and beyond to provide you with support to meet any of your travel requirements. Our butler Yerli was super helpful and lovely. Seamless airport pick up, room service and various drop offs.

Love the hotel restaurant and spa service too. Great value for the quality of service you receive I must say.

I have stayed in more expensive hotels in Bali but Kayumanis is by far the most pleasant and provides the best value. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bali.

Will definitely visit again.

I can not recommend the Kayumanis enough. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful. I was concerned about it being so close to busy jimberan, but it really feels like a quiet oasis when you are there. The villas are spacious, private and beautiful. we really enjoyed the outdoor living space and the outdoor showers. The property is so close to the beach, and the beach club at the Belmont which you can use is great. Best of both worlds being able to use the beach club but also having more space and privacy. one thing to be aware of, you can't walk to tons of shops/ restaurants from the property besides the delicious seafood grill restaurants on the beach. But this didn't bother us since we were mostly looking to relax. Also, they will shuttle you for free to other places won in jimberan.

Good hotel a walk away from the beach but...

The hotel has a great location near the beach with very friendly and attentive staff but this is about it.

The rooms while clean are a little tired and could do with some refurbishing. When it comes to the pool, unfortunately it is cleaned very poorly and even after the staff comes to clean the room the pool for some reasons is not properly taken care of.

The breakfasr at the villa is below average. Even when we ordered the signature breakfast we received undercooked pancakes.

Furthermore, when ordering room services the staff will not bother to leave a tray for us to put the dishes on nor will they ask when should they come and clean the table.

Last but not least, we were traveling with an infant and when we asked for a high chair the staff brought a disgusting dirty and broken high chair which looked like it hasn't been cleaned for ages.... they did correct the mistake after we called them and asked for another chair but the fact that they actually brought the first chair is a little strange...

Overall, it was a good experience and the hotel has a lot of potential just need to get more professional when it comes to small things.

Was a fantastic hotel with great facilities and service. Staff was excellent .... attentive, professional and friendly. Villas were exceptional with pools where you can really swim. Breakfast was sublime and it's really worry free: service when you want (could have breakfast in villa or at restaurant with no time limits), complimentary drinks in minibar, complimentary pickup and dropoff at airport - all professional, all becoming of a true five star establishment.

Outdoor living at its best; each villa has two bedrooms (both air conditioned), a small kitchenet, two mini fridges with soft drinks and beer (part of villa base cost), a 9-10 meter long pool and three TVs. Meals can be taken at the outstanding Indonesian restaurant or brought to your villa to dine at the outdoor dining table or even in the pool! The greenery and landscaping are top notch and each villa is very private. Your butler will make all local travel arrangements for temple sightseeing, shopping and beach club (30 mins away but you can also walk the 200 meters down a quiet road to an excellent beach nearby). Staff is very attentive and helpful.

Great hotel. The most amazing PRIVATE getaway. From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made you feel at home. Everyone would always say hi and call us by name.

The villa was AWESOME. Lots of outdoor living space and a second separate bedroom. Huge extremely private pool with a sun bed and loungers. Great for the kids with a shallow end. We were also given passes to the hotel down the street, which was beachfront, so we could use their pool and play in the sand (We would not recommend the food or drinks there, they were very overpriced and terrible).

The beach was a 2 minute walk from the villas. You can quickly walk right to the seafood restaurants all the tour buses end up at. We liked Lai's.

The hotel also provides a free private van, if you'd like to go do some sight seeing or for diner. We used it to go to the market for some groceries. Breakfast was made to order and brought to our villa which was a nice touch (you can also go to the restaurant).

It was a wonderful stay at our villa t Kayumani's. Great hospitality from the hotel people. Since I am veg, they provided me with a complete 3 pager vegetarian menu as soon as we checked in. The driver that took us around was very well versed with the place and informed us about almost everything.
The only negative thing was though it is located at the center of Jimbaran, still in the night there were no street lights. Hence from the main road to the property if you are walking alone in the night please carry a torchlight.

A villa for lovers of natural beauty

The water closet and shower faucet facilities are set up either outdoor without cover or close to plantations without partition to separate. It is very difficult to use them during the season of sporadic rainy days. We somehow understand the concept behind trying to engage the guests more to the nature. I could see clearly the full moon when I took a shower, on a rainless day. But one can only appreciate the design on a rainless day, while it could become a design fault on a rainy day.

Roosters are all very busy yelling in the morning, sometimes they could be heard even in the afternoon. Birds yell at night. Thing is, sofa is cozy but mosquitos are not.

Wonderful tranquil stay

My sister, daughter and I stayed at Kayumanis Jimbaran for 3 nights and wished it was longer! The private villa was gorgeous, very clean and comfortable, the outdoor bathroom a new and delightful experience. The private pool was a good size and lovely and cool. From the time we were picked up at the airport until the time they waved us away the staff were wonderful , nothing was too much trouble for them. My sister is lactose intolerant so we asked if they had soy milk, they didn't but from that moment on they made sure they had some for her. There was a complimentary afternoon tea served in your villa each day which was delicious. We had a complimentary 30 minute massage each which was very relaxing and they have complimentary drop off and pick up to anywhere in Jimbaran. The friendly staff and whole experience was very special and truly amazing. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Being first time visitors to Bali and travelling from the UK here for our honeymoon, we were expecting great things - and we were not disappointed.
We were met at the airport by one of the staff from Kayumanis who drove us to the resort. Even though we arrived hours before we could check in to our villa, we were given a welcome drink and nibbles at the restaurant and invited to remain there while we waiting for our villa to be ready (we did though take the opportunity though to check out the local beach).
Our villa was perfect - everything we'd hoped it would be. Great living space, the bed was really comfortable and cleanliness was maintained throughout our 9 day stay. The staff at Kayumanis could not have been more helpful.

For a luxury holiday or honeymoon, this place is perfect!
It's away from all the busy-ness and tourism of Kuta, and is totally chilled out.

Hubby and I have stayed with Kayumanis before in Nosa Dua. We thought we'd try the Jimbarin property because we loved the villas before but wanted something a bit quieter. We were treated with the same excellent service as before. The free driver is more than that, when we wanted to do Happy Hour cocktails over at Four Seasons he came with us to the reception and organised the last table for us. They can't do enough for you and so happily. Extra bonus is that Cuca (best restaraunt in Bali) is right next door. Will definately be back!

We decided to come back from gili island a day earlier and book ourselves into this nice hotel based on our how much we loved kayumanis in ubud. Despite the villas being set-out similarly, and all the signature kayumanis touches, our experience wasn't as good as we hoped. The staff weren't very professional in person or on the phone. We had a few issues with the restaurant/breakfast service and the poor English of the staff there didn't help. We just gave up after no success trying to explain what we wanted. And the wifi didn't work in our room which was very frustrating. We were kind of over the outdoor bathroom too, which was really exposed and not so pleasant in the torrential rain. Pity, it was the most we paid for a nights accommodation the whole trip and didn't deliver.

Fabulous employees make this a stay in paradise!

The private villa estates are some of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. The true treasure here, though, is the staff! Seldom do you find a more dedicated, kind, helpful, and sincere staff. The villa itself is great. Everything is outdoors except for the bedrooms which are air conditioned. There is just something about taking a shower with tropical flowers all around you! Breakfast is made to order and delivered to the villa with a happy "Good Morning! Breakfast". It is set up for you and all you have to do is enjoy it. The private butler stops by daily to discuss your plans to make sure that a vehicle is available, should you need it. Tea is served every afternoon in the same way as breakfast is served. While you are out, the rooms and pool are cleaned and the two mini fridges are restocked. When the staff noticed that we consumed a lot of water, they made sure we had several 2-liter bottles in the room, every day. While you are out for dinner, the rooms are turned down for the evening. The staff made all of our reservations, researched specific things we were looking for, and when we returned to the estate, we were greeted with a genuine "Welcome Home!". At first I thought that was a little over the top but by the second day, it felt like it was true! We were initially planning on going to the Philippines in April but we have changed our minds and are going back to Bali and Kayumanis Jimbaran! Thanks for an absolutely wonderful stay.

Great Villa Wonderful Service

Their free transportation and butler service were really great! It's especially good when we brought along kids. The villa was beautiful! The only drawback was the location as there was nothing special within short walking distance. However, their free transportation was good enough to compensate the drawback!

Amazing little private villa

Really enjoyed the stay, real relaxation. Free shuttle to the airport and to three wonderful beaches (one is at three minute on foot). The spa is amazing with non usual treatments (4 hand, chocolate...). Breakfast can be delivered to your private villa as well as the afternoon tea. Downsides; the hotel is not directly on the beach, there is no main swimming pool, no yoga lessons (only on tuesdays). Anyways we would like to go back there soon!

Great property - Service is Lacking

Refer to my review of the Kayumanis Ubud property for reference. This is a really pretty property however not as well maintained at the Ubud location. Staff is friendly but not adequately responsive to the guest's needs. My welcome massage booking was mismanaged and we did not end up getting the massage. Hotel was okay with dropping us off to the mall, but wanted us to take the taxi back, obviously we were not happy with that. Hotel dropped us off at a local japanese restautrant (terrible japanese food) and was 20 minutes late in picking us up. At checkout the hotel did not ask us to rate / review the hotel, the Kayumanis in Ubud did. This was probably because they knew that we were not happy at the end of our stay.

Forget about four seasons hotel !

Stayed villa and everything so private and your request will be sorted by one call.
Ordered dinner and spa and next 5 min happens at villa!
Just a fabulous quality of service and hospitality.
I used to stay four seasons all the time because of a level of quality to stay but I will stay here again at Kayumanis.

The world went away....

We only had time to stay one night, and wanted to be somewhere somewhat close to the airport and easy to get to, but the priority was for it to be a place to just chill after a very intense few weeks of work. The Kayumanis fit the bill in all aspects. After just a few hours in our private villa and pool, the wold had melted away, and it was so easy to relax. We walked down to the restaurant for dinner, but had an excellent breakfast brought to us to eat outside by the swimming pool. We will definitely be returning!

Best villa, best complimentary services

We were impressed with the villa's size: one big bedroom, a kitchen and large open living room area, a private swimming pool, a study with a day bed and outdoor shower and bath. It provided absolute privacy and peace of mind.

The package comes with many complimentary offers: welcome cocktail, 30-minute massage per person, wonderful breakfast for two, afternoon tea service, and 6pm-8pm free cocktail time. I also enjoyed their complimentary laundry service -- really nice not having to bring a bag of dirty clothes back home.

The hotel also provides free taxi service to and from Jimbaran, Kuta, Nusa Dua area. This was very convenient and we took taxi to Kuta beach twice using the service. They have a sister hotel in Nusa Dua which has access to private beach, however, we didn't use it.

They also have chairs on Balangan beach that guests could use.

It's only 3 minutes walk to Jimbaran public beach, and there you can find many seafood restaurants. Our favorite is LIA cafe which was 5 minutes walk towards the airport direction.

The hotel staff's English could be a hit or miss. Some staff appeared to be pushy while they actually meant to be helpful.

You can also choose to dine at your own villa. On the last day we ordered in-villa breakfast and it was very pleasant not to rush to the restaurant before catching the return flight.

スタッフの対応がとても良いホテルでした。毎日部屋に置かれるホームメイドのクッキー、美味しい朝食。部屋の清掃も行き届いておりどれも最高でした。

ただしマイナス点もあり。ロビーまでがとても遠い上に屋外なので晴天の暑さや雨の時に厳しかった。バスルーム、シャワー、洗面台が屋外なのでそこに虫がたくさんいたし浴槽に毎日葉っぱが入っていた。また、2ベッドルームでしたがメインのベッドルームに行くのに屋根がないので雨の日に大変でした。傘は何カ所か置いてありますが傘をささないとリビングからベッドルームへ移動できないのはどうかと思う。
これは1ベッドルームの部屋の方は問題なく大丈夫だと思います。
ホテルを設計した人はおしゃれ優先で泊まる人のことを考えていない。

Extremely good services. Staff are all polite, helpful, considerate and nice. Especially thanks to our butler Prima. He was so helpful to solve my big problem. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It would be much better if the lighting is brighter. If there is play zone for kids, it would be even more kids-friendly, but the resort is still suitable for family with kids (as I brought along with my 1.5 year old girl).

覺得動線有點不方便、廁所在戶外、半夜要上廁所時覺得很不方便、廚房的地方、不知道為什麼螞蟻非常多、因為也有住烏布肉桂、烏布肉桂就沒有螞蟻

Great spacious rooms w/ trees & flowers in the villa, good breakfast, jamu session, close to Jimbaran beach.
Rooms are very spacious - so much so that sometimes not always clean (although the rooms are cleaned twice a day) as there are tons of birds and animals(cats & bees) that coexist in the villa.
Complimentary driver service was a plus at first, before we discovered Grab app.

Ungebührliches Verhalten des Personals

Als wir nach unserer Rundreise ankamen hatten wir Hunger und wollten in das Kayumanis Resto Restaurant zum Abendessen gehen.
Als wir das Restaurant betraten, musterte uns der Angestellte auf eine höchst abfällige Art und Weise und fragt uns, ob wir überhaupt Hotelgäste sind. (Wir hatten keine Abendgarderobe an und waren eher leger gekleidet (Jeans)).
Als wir ihm den Zimmerschlüssel der teuerste Zimmerkategorie zeigten, bot er uns einen Sitzplatz an. Allerdings war uns aufgrund der abfälligen Blicke der Appetit vergangen. Wir sind dann an den Strand in ein anderes Restaurant des benachbarten 5 Sterne Hotels (Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel) gegangen. Hier wurden wir freundlich empfangen und man hatte dort kein Problem die 1,5 Millionen Rupia für das Abendessen zu nehmen. Hier wissen die Angestellten offenbar, wie man sich den Gästen gegenüber benimmt.
Schade, denn durch diesen Vorfall war der ansonsten sehr gute Eindruck der Hotelanlage dann doch stark gemindert.

とにかくスタッフ全員の質が高く、日本人スタッフの方もいらっしゃるので複雑な質問にも迅速的確にご回答いただけてとても安心して滞在することができました。バリらしい佇まいと老舗感のある雰囲気が、ホテルでは味わえない異国情緒を感じられてとても良かったです。とにかく静かで広々とした敷地と完全プライベートなお部屋で大満足でした。
