Fourseasons Bali at an amazing location in the Jimbaran Bay, very well maintained resort in the heart of nature, beach and sea. Neighbourhood is developing but not distracting...Somewhat limited evening alacarte dining options which directed us to go for local restaurants by the beach turned out to be an amazing fish food experience... Looking forward to come back

A Four Seasons Classic

All of the Four Seasons we have visited are excellent. But the device and attention to detail here were next level. Our room with a plunge pool and view of Jimbaran bay was excellent We ate at three restaurants and for the first time I'd say the dinner buffet was best. French pastry chef who made magnificent deserts. Fresh fish Balinese style, Tuna sashimi was melti in your mouth. We enjoyed a complimentary cocktail reception where we met other guests and F&B Manager Michel and GM Nicolas. Interesting to hear about running a large resort. It is along way from home but we would go back to enjoy all the resort has to offer.

Beach/Bay is not as pristine as it seems and being a bay it brings a lot of ocean debris to the bay . Pool is amazing.

Honestly, if I can give this hotel a 6 out of 5 stars, I would! The staff will literally go above and beyond for your comfort and convenience. We were even offered a super late checkout (free of charge) for our evening flight. We’ll definitely return to this hotel anytime we visit Bali again! What marvelous resort by the ocean . We had a great time . Everything is impecable , the staff went out of their way to help us in everything!! The resort has all the amenities and is very close to shopping and Akita district.

I loved that public beach makes u play football with locals. And the Premier Ocean Villa was an oasis and the resort had everything there to immerse yourself. Staff were the best and they knew how to take care of the guests! Only drawback would be to add one more restaurant may be Japanese for evening time so to have four options.

Amazing villas with a lot of privacy. The resort felt very secluded in comparison to other hotels in Bali like the Ritz. Appreciated the private plunge pool so much!

The buffet was delicious and changed their menu on the daily so I never tired of eating there. Fell in love with their Soto ayam and the staff went out of their way to have a bowl waiting for me every breakfast. Service was kind, attentive and quick to provide anything you needed.

The kids club was also very clean, shoes-off facility with a lot of on-site staff. They had a lot of activities available to the kids. Only thing was that the club is accessible to a big age range of kids and there aren’t separated areas for toddlers versus younger preteens (10-12).

Overall, 10/10 would stay here again when in Bali. It was an incredible resort for me and my family.

I wish I could score higher than 5/5 for every aspect of this stay. What a place. From check in, we were warmly welcomed in a beautiful lobby overlooking the sea. Every single staff member we encountered could not do enough for us. They were all incredibly warm and friendly, and made our time in Bali so special. Despite everyone being amazing, we would like to give a special mention to Rey (in Alu restaurant) who made us feel at home and went above and beyond.
There are no words to describe how beautiful the rooms and setting are- the pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s utterly breathtaking.
The spa & gym facilities are out of this world- would highly recommend!
In my opinion, this is best hotel in Bali and we cannot wait to come back.

Words cannot fully describe how wonderful of an experience we had at Four Seasons Jimbaran. From the impeccable level of customer service, to the spectacular grounds and out of this world delicious food.
The attention to detail is unmatched! Staff make you feel welcomed, loved and cared for. Everyone knows your name and they are so happy and jolly, naturally creating a lovely atmosphere.
Villas are cleaned twice a day to a high standard. Private beach is beautiful. In room dining 24 hours a day which came in extremely handy as some restaurants close before 10pm.
My husband lost his phone and staff at the resort were extremely helpful, especially Andres.
There are buggies available to take you around to where you need to go, as the resort is huge, great to experience the beauty of it whilst on the buggy!
The spa was also amazing, the entire experience was surreal. I cannot wait to go back! Four seasons was ideal for honeymooning!

Lovely stay in this all villa resort with fabulous views over Jimbaran beach. The villas are beautiful and kept scrupulously clean. Super bathroom with both indoor and outdoor shower, and a great outside space perfect for Al fesco dining. The villa pool is fairly small, but fine for a cooling dip. Also well complimented by other pools within the resort and the lovely beachside pool at Sundara beach club which is free for hotel guests to use. Resort all felt very clean, although a little tired in a couple of places such as at the poolside decking. Staff are all exceptional in their service, and nothing is too much trouble. Very relaxing break.

Amazing stay. Villa that we stayed is clean, comfortable and good condition despite the resort being more than 20 years old. Resort makes good use of its natural surroundings and cliff to maximise view, lots of beautiful greeneries. We enjoy walking around to take in the ocean view. Beach club is also amazing. The entire staff is superb and friendly without being obtrusive. All remembered our names and preferences. Helped us obtain a restaurant booking that was constantly full before. We cannot commend any higher for their service and help. Only drawback may be the internet which can improve.

We literally could not fault The Four Seasons Jimbaran. The location is stunning and feels tucked away and peaceful yet you’re within an easy stroll of beach from cafes and restaurants should you want to venture out an experience local cuisine. We also loved that the property has a very traditional Balinese feel to it - made for such a special feel to the place. The staff were fantastic also. Worthwhile downloading the Four Seasons app so you can just message the staff should you need anything. This is such a great little service and staff were super quick to respond and organise whatever we needed.

The best in Jimbaran

Absolutely amazing. If you're looking to stay in a top-notch hotel in Jimbaran, then this is the one to stay in. Despite it being a big-name hotel, we really felt like we were in a boutique hotel. High personal attention from the staff, and the villas are are splendid. We visited the other top 5 star hotels in the area, and are very happy we chose Four Seasons vs. the other alternatives. It is quiet and romantic if you need privacy, but you can also experience a higher-tempo stay if you decide to leave the comfort of your villa and wander in the hotel.

We opted for an upgrade while in our Deluxe Jimbaran View Villa and were given a great deal to move up to the first row OCEAN VIEW Villa which was even bigger. There is even an outdoor shower that gives you the feel that you are taking a shower in the jungle.

The food from breakfast or lunch in the room, or lunch / dining at SUNDARA, are all a 10/10.

Spending the day at Sundara beach club is a must - good food, happy hours, a great sunset, live band at night, and a beautiful view of the ocean.

They have plenty of activities in the hotel itself. We tried the Surfing 101 lesson, as well as the anti-gravity yoga and they were really fun.
Concierge is very helpful and will make great suggestions for some days/nights outside of the hotel, to make your Jimbaran experience complete.

We stayed there for our honeymoon but noticed a lot of couples were there accompanied by their kids and everyone seemed to be having fun.

This Four Seasons has the best service! We were there from 8/16/29 -8/20/19 and fell in love with the property and the service. The staff were the friendliest and most attentive. The hotel is right on the beach and it is very private. The villa we stayed at was just beautiful and convenient since it was close to the gym and the concierge. The hotel has great restaurants. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and Sundara Restaurant was very accommodating. They knew that we had birthdays being celebrated so they decorated the table and made everything extra special for the celebrants. We were extremely happy to have chosen this place and we definitely will be back. I highly recommend this resort! Special thanks to Zaneta Imam who helped provide us excellent services.

It was a very pleasant stay in this beautiful resort and staff was friendly. I like how they had the complementary Indonesia dance which was nice and how you could walk on the beach from the resort. The only downfall of this resort was that their concierge was kinda useless when trying to book an event a day before. Nothing available and not many options or recommendations. This is something that 4 reasons needs to definitely work on, provide more options and recommendations. I had to pretty much google on my own to figure out my own activities for things to do outside the resort. Be prepared to do your own planning.

We had the most wonderful experience we have ever had in a resort style accommodation! Everything was perfect, normally when we book resorts we know we are going to be eating outside for lunch and dinner, but not at the Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay! The food was magnificent! Congratulations to the head chef, the menu at Sundara was both interesting and executed to perfection! We loved It!

Great experience at the resort! Everything you need is on-site but if you want to venture off there is transport available. One downside is that you have to pay for any extras as this resort does not include any meals or shuttle services. The complimentary activities are somewhat limited but include yoga, kayaking (and a couple other water activities), cultural experiences and access to the Sundara beach club. My only real complaint is that a less expensive breakfast option should be available such as ala carte breakfast at their restaurant rather than making it buffet-style. Some people don’t eat that much for breakfast. Otherwise an excellent resort with exceptional service.

The Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay was an amazing resort and everyone was so helpful and could not have been nicer. They are genuinely concerned that your stay is the best. The food, especially at the Sundara restaurant was amazing. The resort is also conveniently located but you still feel like you are away. Although the resort was busy, we never had to wait for a table or seat by the pool. The room (or cabana) was amazing and each has its own infinity pool, outdoor seating area and the room itself is quite spacious.

We loved every minute of our short stay.

This is by far the nicest four seasons I have stayed. The staff is incredible, the property is so beautiful and the villa is very cozy and comfortable. The villa plunge pool is an added bonus if the other pools are getting too crowded.
We had our meals at Sundara at least once a day. We enjoyed the food, the view and swimming at the 57 m long pool after breakfast. Next time we go back to Bali, we will definitely be staying at the four seasons Jimbaran.

The staff is very friendly and does everything to make you fill great during the stay. They offered to upgrade the villa with no additional cost. Also they allowed us to ceck out at 9pm also with no additional cost.
The hotel was recently renovated, so all the facilities and villas are in perfect condition.

We spent 5 glorious nights in Bali at the Four Seasons celebrating my 60th birthday. Right away, we were upgraded to an Ocean Front Room. Our traditional Indonesian villa was fabulous. It was spotless and luxurious. We took advantage of the plunge pool, inside tub with pillows, and huge outside space. Every inch of our villa was just delightful. The staff were always willing to go above and beyond for their guests. They all called us by our names and were so friendly and sincere. We only ate at the hotel, so our meals were very good. Happy hour at Sandara with live music is a must. Often managers/directors of the hotel would stop by, introduce themselves, and make sure we were happy with their services. We were thrilled to be at the Four Seasons Bali for our 5 night visit! Thank you to all who made our stay extra special.

The hospitality and the facility was amazing. My only disappointment was that my villa was located at the very edge of the hotel right next to the road, so it was not a quiet environment. I was expecting a more relaxing stay as this was my honeymoon.

During our recent 5 night stay, the team at Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay provided excellent service in a beautiful setting. The resort provides a quiet and relaxing experience, right on the beach. With access to Sundara beach club for perfect sunset cocktails and easy lazing days in the sun, we loved every minute of our stay.

Luxury & Traditional Balinese Paradise

Amazing place, although location is somewhat quiet (Only 1 other nice hotel within walking distance and walking distance to Seafood dinner on the beach) But don't expect to be near crowds by any means. Jimbaran is a quiet area. The hotel service, decor, and layout makes it SO worth it. Not to mention the Sundara restaurant which is better food than anything you can find at any other Four Seasons restaurant, and has great ambiance and view of the beach...
ON the beach) Also, because Jimbaran is away from hustle and bustle, we had the guts to actually rent a nearby motorcycle, but only to go back & forth between the Four Seasons and Ayana hotel for cocktails and pool lounging. The Four Seasons grounds are magical like you are transported to another time, spread out resort overlooking the ocean with traditional balinese style. Far superior than 5 star modern hotels in Bali, like the Ayana who miss the mark from feeling anything Balinese. The rooms are amazing and each room is a suite. Also they have a great and pricey Breakfast buffet, bout the food, view and service made me go back every morning.

Nice Resort close to beach and airport.

Nice resort at nice location.

Staffs being at Four Seasons Brand Chain, are yet to improve their behaviour towards guests staying at Resort.

Breakfast menu to be improvised both in options/varieties and taste.

Staff was kind enough to upgrade to the Private Residence Villa agreeing to a total sum of X $ for 6 of us staying in 3 Villas at resort.

At settling bill, knowingly or uknowingly they tried to manipulate the bill as X $ per villa even after agreeing as X $ for all 6 staying in 3 Villas at resort for upgradation.

However, I am very much impressed by the service rendered by private butler of Private Residence Villa No.2. He is a perfect to be a part of Four Seasons. He was very courteous and helpful.

Amazing hotel

Didn't want to leave the villa. The plunge pool was brilliant for my little boy who surrounded himself with toys. Food was very good, staff very helpful and friendly. Four seasons always manages to impress me going above and beyond, doing things beyond my expectations which is hard for someone not that easily pleased!

The pool wasn't as private as I expected in the villa and was overlooked. The beach was a little dirty but apart from that, top marks
