The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — whenever we had a problem, they solved it within 10 minutes. When we went on day trips, they prepared breakfast for us to take away. We ordered our breakfasts the day before, and in the morning they came to the villa to prepare everything fresh. The villa was very clean, although it could use a bit of renovation. The massages we ordered to the villa were excellent and also cheaper than those offered nearby. The location is great too — close to restaurants and in a quiet, pleasant area. Overall, the staff are absolutely amazing and made our stay truly enjoyable!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Sandi Agung. The facility is a wonderful place to come back to at the end of the day, particularly the pool. The staff are delightful and very helpful. Any problem we had they were very responsive too. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This is one of the most stunning villas to stay in. Perfect if you've got a party of 4 staying together with the two bedroom villa options. The space is quiet and tranquil with a beautiful pool and generous outdoor entertaining area to relax in. The staff were fantastic and they went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We loved this villa and would definitely stay again!

This was an exceptional property to have two big rooms and three bathrooms, a private pool and space to entertain. We had three assistance come to our room and make breakfast for us each morning. The fridge came stocked so we didn’t have to go out, but there is a convenience store and a grocery store very close by if you needed something.

Staff were extremely friendly. A little bit for from the main areas of Seminyak but the free shuttle was a great bonus to get around and meant this wasn’t really an issue. Also, it meant the villa was quiet and away from noise. The pool was lovely and clean. The living/dining area was outdoors so no relief from the heat but it was great to be able to watch the kids in the pool from the couch. Ask for a pool fence if you have kids. Breakfast made fresh for us in the villa was great! We would stay again.

This was our first time in Bali and we knew we were going to get a relaxing and spacious accommodation for our family of 4 adults. I searched the internet using various hotel booking platforms and found this little gem. I say little because this property has only 6 villas, all in it’s own private garden, pool, bedrooms etc. This is a very exquisite setup at a very reasonable rate. All the people working there, and I really mean it, ALL people there are absolutely fantastic and treat you like you’re the most important guests. The way they treat you is friendly and comfortably but not overly done. It’s like you are staying home with a few maids, familiar faces. We all recognize each other after a few hours of interaction. Here’s the bonus. They actually bring in the ingredients to your kitchen for making your breakfast at the time you requested the night before. Of course there is a good menu of choices for you to choose from that evening too. Didn’t I say feel like home? And then all the shuttle car service within the area of Seminyak is complimentary. Although the villa has a nice fully equipped kitchen, we decided to dine out every single night. And the shuttle will bring us to the front of the restaurant every time, then 30 min. before we finish our meal we ask the restaurant people to call our villa to come to pick us up. You know what, every night when we walked out of the restaurant, our driver was there waiting for us opening the door. Absolutely first class service.

Home away from home

We stayed at the Sandi Agung Villa for 4 days 3 nights and we absolutely enjoyed every bit of it. Clean rooms, wonderful service customer service. The staffs at the Sandi Agung Villa make us feel at home and were so accommodating to all our needs! From the airport pickup to late night food deliveries and transportation issues! Everything was well handled. Even the private car charter service (Nyoman) recommended by the owner of the hotel was top-notch ! Sandi Agung Villa is a true sample of great hospitality ! you will never regret your stay at the Sandi Agung Villa , we love this place so much , we are already looking forward to our next trip to Bali ! Thank you once again, to all the staffs At Sandi Agung ( Mr.ketut, girls at the front desks, ms. The service offered by all the staff were exceptional. They did all they could to make sure my family was comfortable, and even offered to change the villa when we told them that their aircon system is not cold. When we did not change the villa due to the hassle of shifting, the staff got our aircon thoroughly serviced and the cold air really helped us help blissfully with our sun parched skin!!

I only managed to squeeze int 2 massages throughout my 5 days stay and their masseur, Ms Ayu was fabulous, she knew where the knots in my body were without me evening telling her!!! And they even opened up an empty villa for me to do my massages as my own villa was filled with my family members.

Overall my family had a great time just chilling out by the pool after we return from our morning water activities.

Nice Villa in central Saminayak away from noise

We are extremely satisfied in choosing our stay in Bali to Sandi Agung Villa. Our stay was for 5 nights in Bali .Wish .we could stayed longer at this villa. Staff and service are excellent. We were picked up and Drop off at Airport. They dropped us to local Saminayak free. Breakfast was made by staff in our accommodation kitchen and served as if we were having breakfast at home.

Cosy and comfortable Family Villa in Seminyak

The Villa was great, complimentary Airport Transfers, relatively near the beach and shops, superb service, friendly staff, SPA, food in Villa itself.

The best part was the surprise Wedding Anniversary the staff helped to put up for my wife, they put in alot of effort! Of course, my kids loved the private pool and spacious Villa.

Main thing was the staff. They try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Of course, there may be some small shortcomings from time to time but I think overall it was a fantastic stay for us. We are first timers in Bali with 3 young kids. Do ask for a tour driver form the Villa - reasonable price and great way to bring the family around. Our driver Mr Nyoman Juniawan was great - friendly, flexible, English speaking and entertaining.

Families with young kids may want to take note of the deep part of the pool - you can ask for pool fencing. Also mosquitoes and bugs may be part of the environment but the Villa does it part to ensure it is minimised.

What a brilliant choice

Everything about Sandi Agung is brilliant but what makes it so special are all the staff. They are simply the best. They are friendly, polite, helpful and always there for you. They are a credit to the establishment.
We simply loved it here.
The villas are clean and are a peace haven hid amongst the crazy streets of Seminyak.
We highly recommend this property.

Lovely Villas close to everything with beaut staff

Despite delays with arrivals, our driver waited & picked us up. He told us where we were as we drove through the streets so we’d get our bearings, chatty but respectful of our tiredness.
Check in was welcoming, warm & quick, with a refreshing drink & cool towel. We didn’t want for anything during our stay. Staff were helpful, friendly & respected privacy without sacrificing service: umbrellas in the rain, adapter plugs & chargers, insect repellent, sunscreen, filtered water, beds made daily, rooms immaculate, evening turn down service, mosquito coils set up in the yard, flowers, fresh towels, outdoor fans.
Shuttle to Seminyak any time we asked, even paid for our cab when shuttle was unavailable.
Rooms & yard very secure with variery of double barrel locks, latches, wardrobe keys, safe in each room, concierge late into the night.
Pool was not too cold but refreshing, with an outdoor shower. Although pool water was a bit jazy, chlorine is regularny used.
Beds were big & comfortable with 4 fluffy pillows. Toiletries smelled nice and did the job i.e. shampoo lavered & conditioner detangled/softened hair. Hairdryer available. Aircon nice & cool - easy to operate & adjust both temperature, fan speed. Breakfast was average, Indonesian better than Western, but fruit bowl on the table always.
Needs outdoor TV & DVD library, new blackout curtains, XL bathrobes. We didn’t use villa kitchen, lobby bar or spa services as we preferred to go out for variety.

Relaxing and Comfortable stay

Our stay was in Villa 5 from 27 Jan Fri to 31 Jan Mon. (Just me and my wife)
The villa and pool were huge with 2 bedrooms and housekeeping was done everyday.
Service was really good. The staffs really tried their utmost best to help us enjoy our stay to the fullest.
Meals ordered from the reception were served in our villa and the food was economical & tasty.
The bathroom concept was interesting cause it was separated from the air conditioning room so dun be surprised to see lizards or spiders when you bath.
The adjusting of warm and cold water is very tricky cause sometime super hot water just keeps on coming out from the tap in the bathroom area and we have to use the kitchen tap outside.
Wifi was good but couldn't transmit for around 30min on one night.
There is only 1 small dustbin beside the toilet bowl. There isn't any dustbins in the room so a bit inconvenient.
There isn't any mirror table and the lighting is dark at the bathroom area so very difficult to make up in the room and has to do it outside.
Air conditioning was not so strong so we have to leave it on even if we are not around to cool the room down. Bali overall is quite hot.
The villa was situated quite deep in but we can easily find a minimart within 5 min walk.

Private quiet villa in the middle of suburbia

Our stay was delightful in a self-contained two bedroom villa with air-conditioning and individual ensuite bathrooms, and a private pool ideally set up for our family holiday. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful offering great service as needed, especially in free transportation to nearby shops and restaurants. The daily cooked breakfast in your own kitchen by the staff was a bonus but did need to some guidance as to how its was cooked. Free transportation from and to the airport was also a great benefit. The only thing missing was a scenic view as the villa is in the middle of suburbia, but it had the advantage of being close to all amenities, including the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants and other local attractions. Relaxing and restful holiday for all. Thank you to the outstanding staff.

Our stay in this luxurious hotel was excellent.

Our Villa was beautiful. We relaxed in the pool and enjoyed fresh fruit juices. Our breakfasts were cooked for us in our personal kitchen each morning. The villa is within walking distance to a choice of places to eat.
Our daughter had a king sized bedroom with en-suite to herself, a mirror image of our room. We took advantage of the massage service provided and had a very relaxing massage!
The staff were wonderful and were very helpful as was the driver who collected us from the airport. A service free of charge. Another advantage is the villa is close Seminyak Square and other places to do some shopping. A taxi was organised for us by the staff for outings out of walking distance. All in all we were very happy with our stay.

Amazing stay! The staff are so incredibly kind and caring. Friend celebrating a birthday and they surprised us with cake and free cocktails so kind! Nothing was a problem everything is close by supermarket delicious restaurants, free shuttle to wherever we wanted to go. A phone in case we needed to call them for anything. The pool was amazing I will be back thanks for everything!

Great first visit to Bali

For a Bali novice this was a perfect villa to stay in. My wife and I and our three children 10,8 and 5 were very happy with the location which was about 7 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to resturaunt and other essentials. The kids swam in the private pool for hours every day which allowed us to relax and not feel like we had to constantly supervise them (as in a resort). The staff at Sandi Agung totally lived up to the high praise of other reviewers and we would definately return. Our only quibbles would be minor things like a lack of good reading lamps a full length mirror and breakfast became quite monotonous after 8 days of the same few choices.. But really if that's all we can think of then it must have been pretty darn good!

Private villa with a personal touch.

Amazing experience and stay. Perfect for families. Peaceful, relaxing, lovely pool and spacious villa. Breakfast made every morning, staff excellent and made you feel really welcome and nothing a big deal. Close to beach and near resturants and shopping. We did not want to leave! Don't hesitate and book it before it goes as they only have 5 private villas on site. They even pick and drop you off to airport for free. They provide a mobile phone. They also take you for free to local resturants of the car is available. They also provide tours and private drivers. We did a two day tour and the driver was so flexible and took us where we wanted to go! Price very reasonable. I have stayed in many many hotels, but this is one of the best I have stayed at!

We had a great 4 night stay at this villa and would highly recommmend! They provide a free pool fence if required which is great with families with young kids like us and a bit rare for private villas. Clean rooms and facilities in the villa, free hot and cold drinking water at the villa super convenient, no noise issues, no mosquito problems, free car service to Seminyak town which is convenient, lovely clean pool the kids loved. Massages at the hotel were super reasonable and cheap. Not far from everything though not convenient to walk unless you are willing to walk a lot and for a while. Breakfast was ok but not amazing and got a bit old after the same few choices every day which is where the 1 star came off. They picked us up from airport at 2am for free, and offered to also drop us off at our next hotel in Kuta for free - their customer service is fantastic - lovely friendly staff all the time. Would stay again, especially with young kids.

A room at my villa had a faulty aircon on 1st night of my stay. Water from water dispenser wasn't topped up too.
But 2 thumbs up for everything corrected quickly after I informed the reception.
Receptionist have good informations on hand for food & entertainment around seminyak.
Loved the fact they provided mosquito coils, repellents to insecticide to keep insects at bay. Very well thought of!
Breakfast portions are ok. Cleanliness of Utensils can be improved.
Villa pool is good! Good depth & jet strength.

Modern comfortable villas

The hotel arranged free transfers to and from the villas located some 5 to 10 mins taxi from Seminyak Square. There are convenience stores and restaurants within easy walking distance and taxi's are abundant at the end of the laneway. If you are travelling to the Seminyak area the hotel provides a free drop off service. One time the hotel car was out but they paid for a taxi to drop us off in Seminyak. The beach is about 15 mins walk and leads you out to the massive \"W\" hotel, but not recommended to tackle at night (and also closes at 9pm most likely due to security??). The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and could not be faulted. The pool in our villa was losing water down to the skimmer basket causing a gurgling noise but the staff made sure they filled it every day after notifying them of the issue. Also 1 room air conditioner wasnt working very well but not enough to get in a twist about. The villas are quiet and off a laneway with plenty of security around so perfect if you looking for peace or with the family.

Great location and wonderful staff

We had a difficult time getting to Bali due to the volcano eruption and then again leaving Bali, the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. We were travelling with our 16 and 17 year old teenage children. The rooms were great, very clean and very Balinese! Location was great and having the hotel driver take us around locally was also fantastic. It was certainly worth all the flight dramas to get there. The cooked breakfasts in your room every morning were also very well received. The kids loved the local shopping and sunsets by the water are a must!

Very Peaceful & Comfortable

This was our first stay in a villa like this and we loved it. Amazing little piece of serenity with our own private courtyard with pool. Two great bedrooms with king size beds and ensuites and all the facilities you could want, including an international adaptor in each room. Well stocked fridge and coffee machine.
The location was away from the hustle of Seminyak, but only a short walk to the main street or a 5 minute taxi ride to the main area for restaurants and the taxi's are so cheap!
Would definitely come back.
