We have just spent 9 nights at Allindra and used it as our base spending a few days exploring and other days relaxing by our private pools...
Beware of the tiles around your private pool and room very slipery when wet . We just got extra pool towels and placed them around the pool and same with the bathroom.
We had a raindrop shower they are great.
The staff super friendly and accomodating

Pool villas were ok could do with a bit of an update, shower had lots of mould in it. We got charged for a broken glass?! That was a bit upsetting considering we stayed there for 9nights. Food was pretty bland in resteraunt and cocktails were ok. But the grounds were lovely and the beds were comfy.

We have very stressful,hectic and long flight to arrived in Bali,almost 19 hours in the plane alone,and not including the transit flight time between each airports along the way.
So we all are exhausted and worn down.
Allindra villa & spa is very relaxing.
The bed is so comfy,the AC working great,and of course is quiet,so we really had good sleep each night, when we are staying there,which is what we really important.
The garden is beautiful,the breakfast they provided is yummy.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful,and they did their best to help us,when we needed something.
Thank you to Mr.Joshua and mbak Putu,and to other staff which I forgot to mention their names,for working so hard and made our stay enjoyable
The owner Mr Arifin is a great artist and gardener,who made this property became a little heaven in busy Bali.
The swimming pool is perfect,and has some jacuzzi as other option,if you just want relaxing in the water without swimming.
Mosquito problem,of course this property has it,but it's normal thing, every tropical island has the same problem.
Our room is provided with Mosquito spray and Mosquito repellent,we are sure the other room also has it.
Pharmacy and many little marts are nearby around this property,so you can buy other different kind and stronger mosquitoes repellent,if you don't like what they have in the property.
It's nearby from everywhere.
We definitely will come back again when we visit Bali.
It has been a great visit.

amazing staff and service!! properties were gorgeous as well and we had an amazing time. Food was great quality and despite staying there just over a week, we had no issues with food. I recently spent four delightful days at Alindra, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Firstly, the cost was surprisingly affordable, if not downright cheap, considering the breathtaking beauty of the place. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Though I only recall Joshua's name from the front desk, all of them were amazing people. Alindra offers a serene atmosphere, perfect for anyone seeking peace of mind. Without a doubt, I will choose Alindra again on my next visit to Bali.

Brilliant staff, authentic Bali villa experience

We checked in and we’re greeted by Adi who was amazing. Very kind, upgraded our room and took our bags to the room. Had many recommendations and also willing to help and very kind.

The villa room was amazing, it had a living area, bedroom, bathroom and private pool. It had been well looked after and clean.

The only challenge we faced was with mosquitos and ants around the bathroom and door to the bedroom which seems have been a problem area. We requested turn-down/cleaning services in the evening to get rid of the bugs before bedtime and the staff kindly did this for us. The ants and mosquitos are bound to happen due to the climate and the Bali style architecture which has limited windows, wooden doors and sometimes gaps in the doors sealing it form the outside, but it’s all part of the authentic Bali experience.

Finally, another shoutout to Adi who was a great and memorable host. Thank you again!

Pros: free shuttle to airport and beaches; super comfortable bed; very private and clean; beautiful scenic gardens; friendly staff; good breakfast.
Cons: there is an army of mosquitos but staff provides dedetization every night; restaurant service is a bit slow and overpriced as well as the small portions that can barely feed a child; location is not that good but we didn’t mind as we didn’t go out much (you can order food from the GoJek app).
Overall a great experience and we would definitely go back.

We stayed at the Royal Villa 1. It was amazing! The pool and grounds were really well kept and the bedrooms were huge and comfortable. My only complaints are the bathrooms. They are huge but the fixtures are getting old. The shower head is getting calcified and there was a leak in outlet bathroom that couldn't be fixed.

Other than that we had no issues with insects and had an amazing time. Go for the Balinese massage, it was brilliant!

Peaceful and Nice Villa But..

I booked Ethnic One room type, however upon reaching room, im disappointed that on the Hotel Booking it showed there's bathtub, but in fact the room didnt have !!!! I felt cheated. And the room was just next to the main road, and nearby there's a temple having prayers till almost 1030 PM for the past 2 nights i stayed. I couldnt take proper rest till 11 PM.

I absolutely loved staying here. Its not in a very crowded part of bali so i was genuinely relaxing. Both the pools were amazing, and the day spa was to die for.

The staff are all super helpful, and will help with anything that you need.

Alot of meat, fish and dairy on the menu and being vegan they were able to help me with meals.

I wanted to like Alindra a whole lot more than I did. The grounds are gorgeous, the staff friendly (though they put us in the wrong—nicer—room upon arrival and only when we went to lock the door did we realize the error and we had to move), and it provides easy access to Ngurah Rai airport. The “ethnic” rooms look amazing from the exterior, and the pool room we were initially in was great, but the Terracotta room we’d booked featured an odd mix of furniture and it just was not as clean as I would have liked. It appeared that no one had swept under the bed in some time, and there was debris elsewhere in the room, nor did we have a sufficient number of towels for the three of us. I’d say it was a fine place to spend a night, but there are much nicer places to spend in transit. Breakfast brought to our terrace was nice, and the food was decent, but I’ll pick another place if I go back to Jimbaran.

Calming and Beautiful Oasis.

Wonderful Balinese detail throughout, great gardens. The rooms were spacious and clean. Some maintenance issues, which the staff attended to, quickly.

Very quiet villa. Well kept garden. Room is big. The bath tub stopper does not work in our rooms (we rented two rooms). The swimming pools are nice. The property sign is not easy visible. We missed it the first night we got there. A few good restaurants close by but not easy to close the street. Lots of traffic. Highly recommend this Villa. Free shuttle to the airport.

Heard great things about this Villa, perhaps there is too much expectation, thus disappointment.

Front desk staff was great, very polite,helpful and responsive throughout the stay, but not so great on the rest of the staff though.

Sadly to say on the following :
-Wifi connection is terrible, and during the last few nights there was no connection at all, despite that the technician said to have come to check, none appear at all. We give up!
-Room cleanliness not what is expected, certain area aren't look into, and housekeeping was not standardise. There was times they miss out the pool towels, ash tray, drinking glass not washed.
-Inroom breakfast timing was mix up for a morning, and kitchen staff claimed he called and mentioned we told him to come at a later timing,which we did not even receive any phone call. Food was not always kept to standard too, nothing to shout about.

But the good thing about this place, it's relaxing as it's away from the crowd. Plus they provide daily schedule shuttle to nusa dua beach , jimbaran beach, and a \"outlet\" kinda place. Plus airport pickup, comes with a very nice and friendly driver :)

Though the stay is not perfect, but would like to show my appreciation to all the staff that helps making it better 🙏🙏🙏

Anya, Yoga and the staff were incredible! They made our stay very comfortable, we felt very much at home. Our rooms were just as we imagined, everything worked; air conditioning, comfortable beds and service with a smile. Their entire staff team made our stay even better by catering to our every need. Very disappointed stay, the room had no windows onto the outside and was very oppressive . Although of a large size there was also no seating just a bed not that you would wish to sit in a room with no view for long I suppose.The restaurant area was very large and dowdy no staff to greet you one would just appear when you sat at a table.The pool areas were very uninviting,no umbrella shades provided and just wicker uncomfortable layout chairs with no soft mattress covers.The only outstanding thing of our stay was the helpful receptionist who were charming. I can safely say I would never consider staying at Alindra villa again.

We were greeted by a warm welcome beginning from the airport by a courtesy shuttle service, then to the friendly and very fast check in at Alindra. Then to be very happily surprised by the beautiful villas.

Once we were in Alindra we were completely happy, but down side is the back of alley ways location, which made us feel completely unsafe to walk out just for a stroll. The main road is not close and the alley ways are scary

The only downside was not being able to secure a lower pillow. On our return to Bali we will definitely be staying again. The location to the airport is excellent.

Surprisingly quiet and relaxing hotel. We ate out each evening so cannot comment on the dinners but breakfast in our rooms arrived on time and was good. We chose this hotel on our last few night in Indonesia because it was very easy distance to the airport. Unusual modern rooms, well maintained. The only place we were aware of mosquitoes during our holiday and the only hotel without mosquito nets but they did come round each evening with spray! Friendly and helpful staff.

NIce Villa type hotel just to relax in

The highlight of this hotel is the wonderful staff. We had a huge room which would have been older in years but beautifully carved ceilings. We were so close to the pool it was like having your own pool to relax in. The location is quite out of the way but if you want somewhere just to relax in this is brilliant. The food and beverage is reasonably priced, not a huge selection but certainly adequate. The lovely lady who made up our room everyday took such care and surprised us with lovely displays of towels and flowers on the bed, just lovely

Indonesia hospitality at its best

We were happy to have planned our stay at Alindra in the beginning of our honeymoon trip in Bali. We stayed at Ethnic IV for the first two nights and were mesmerised by its uniqueness. Our room (and we believe, other Ethnic Villas) is huge, quiet, private, and tastefully decorated. We loved the hammock, yoga space, the open bathroom, and the pool view from our windows. The breakfast, though not a buffet, had a good range of option and can be served either in the room or at the restaurant. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The manager, Mr Didi, visited us on our second morning to chat with us and listened to our comments. The staff took our questions and suggestions seriously. Then for our last night, Mr Didi offered us a free room upgrade to the Majestic Pool Villa, which was more than welcome. It has its own plunge pool with modern decor. Personally, however, we prefer the Ethnic Villas for their traditional, romantic vibe, and open concept.

Alindra is an oasis hidden in a small street away from the hustle and bustle of Jimbaran. Thus, stepping into Alindra's ground is like going into a sanctuary. However, without car or motorbike, going to the center of activities could be a hassle. Luckily, they offer free shuttle to Jimbaran, Kuta, and Nusa Dua. The Chief Butler who drove us there, Mr Agus, was very informative about Bali and its tradition. He also offered us for a drop off at a destination that's a little bit away from the shuttle route. How nice of him!

Nice hotel near the airport in a lovely setting

We had a short stay here as we were catching a flight the next day, but we were glad we chose this idyllic resort away from the bustle of Kuta. The room was delightful and comfortable and the grounds of the resort were beautiful. Our breakfast was lovely and delivered to our terrace area. We would have been happy to have stayed there a few more days.

A quiet, lovely retreat

We stayed here on our honeymoon! Alindra is tucked away amongst private residences; this gives it a very private, quiet feel. A beachfront Kuta resort it is not! However, that quiet feeling makes it a perfect retreat from the bustle of the tourist areas. We enjoyed the free breakfast delivered to our door every morning. We stayed in Ethnic Villa 1, which is about ten years old. The staff were very kind, and very helpful, especially Agus and Adi. They really wanted to help, and made an effort to accommodate our wishes.

We booked the Etnic 1 bedroom villa for our last night of the trip. Very big bedroom, great bed, comfy bedding, nice outdoor bathroom. There were many dead/halfdead musquitos in the bedroom. Apparently they do a daily repellent treatment.
There was a power outage and because the generator was next to our villa, we were offered to transfer to a different room -> Etnic 2-bedroom villa. Obviously this one was bigger, but less fancy, smaller bed and it stayed pretty warm in the bedroom, despite the airco. But we didn't picked this villa, so it was fine.
Great service with airport pickup/drop off, motor rent, dinner and breakfast were tasty.
We didn't have the time to try the nice pools and jacuzzi..

Fantastic choice!

Staff and service were top notch. Location was relaxing and conveniently close to everything (10 minute cab ride to anywhere you would want to go) The grounds are beautiful and the breakfast is outstanding. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Villa

Stayed in an 'ethnic villa' & it was beautiful. The room was very spacious, well equipped, cleaned every day. Good large fridge (needed cold drinks), free bottled water every day. We had a king size bed each! Loved the outdoor shower! We were at the edge of the property, so the large garden area in front was like our private garden, as no-one ever came into it. Breakfast was served every morning, on our terrace. The pool, was like getting into a warm bath.
The staff were exceptional - nothing was too much trouble, they were always smiling & polite.
The only down side, was that it was quite a way to the beach (had to get a taxi) & we couldn't find where all the listed nearby activities were! (eg skydiving, Segways) - but that wouldn't be enough to put me off staying there again.

Peacefully quiet and relaxing

This was my first trip to Bali. No being a fan of big hotels Alindra offered a wonderful experience in secure grounds and a central location. There are several \"villar's free standing and offering a cultural feel of a traditional Bali house. The grounds and gardens are very pleasant.

I stayed in a large room easily able to accommodate a couple in comfort.

Being the wet season the restaraunt s selection was limited but of good quality. There was no alcohol sold other than Bintag.

The staff where friendly, helpful and professional.

The only real negative was the limited local, Indonesian choices on the menu.

I will be returning to Bali and will mostkly stay at Alindra again.

If you are looking for clubs, parties and action Alindra is not for you but for a relaxed peaceful stay its great.

Perfect! In every way

Neighborhood setting (which I love), so you will hear babies crying and roosters. The villas were GORGEOUS! Stunning. The staff was extremely attentive from reservations to check out. Quick and easy free transport from the airport was arranged by the villa. Extremely affordable massage (although not the greatest I've ever had, still enjoyable).
I will definitely be back!

Hotel staff and butler was very attentive and helpful. They are very polite and approachable. The villa is spacious and private. There's even a private pool which makes it even better. Definitely a place to stay at Bali. I would love to be there for a longer period of time next time.

What a pity

Chosen for it's distance away from the hubbub of Kuta/Legian but still within striking distance of daughters wedding venue . Immaculate gardens and pool and enormous room let down by untrained staff who hid away and only came and did the barest minimum when repeatedly summoned. Safe only bolted down after 3 days insistance. Light switches at far side of room.Phone to room out for 3 days. It's a management issue....there's no one in charge....could be great but isn't .

Loved it!

The place is beautiful! We absolutely loved it. Beautiful gardens, gorgeous villas and very friendly staff. They delivered breakfast every morning. The room service food wasn't great but they made up for it with their attentiveness. Location is a little hard to find for taxi drivers but once we got the hang of getting there it was fine. I would stay there again!

Escape From Reality

Alindra Villas is surrounded by what appears to be a local neighborhood...but you will not know it after you drive through the front entrance. It is a beautifully maintained area inside the walls. Each villa appears to be a unique combination of Balinese architecture and natural materials. The staff is excellent in their friendly service and the food selection and preparation is also exceptional. The shuttle service provided is convenient.

Very relaxing environment

The hotel was a bit secluded but the environment was very relaxing. We stay here for the last night of our trip and it was a 20 min ride to the airport. The staffs are extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The bed was so soft and comfy. We didn't want to leave. The only thing I would complain about was how loud the ac unit was. But I'm sure the staff would've able to fixed it. We were too comfy and lazy to call them.

Problem with communication between Hotels.com and Alindra. We booked and paid (very good) advertised rate for Private Pool Villa. Booking confirmation from the site was ambiguous and Alindra was advised we had a basic room - because that is what the rate should have been for. Alindra honoured the Pool Villa booking, but it took a while to sort out.

la struttura è molto bella, con piscine e giardini molto curati. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Purtroppo, ci è dispiaciuto scoprire all’arrivo che la nostra camera era sprovvista di finestre, aveva solo una fila di vetro cemento in alto che la rendeva particolarmente buia specie durante il pomeriggio.anche il ricambio dell’aria non veniva garantito.
