The hot tub in the room was missing the hot water handle and the stopper didn't work. There was missing tile in the bathroom as well as huge water stains on the ceiling. The morning staff at the front desk was to engaged with her phone to pay attention to anything else.

I woke up in the middle of the night with what sounded like someone jiggling our door handles. I finally figured out it was the person in the room above us walking around, shaking the walls etc. There were the sounds of loud rushes of water. The breakfast was coffee and a waffle maker. That was it.

The room was clean and spacious. The tub was quite slippery when taking a shower and the shower head was really low. It was hot with plenty of pressure. The mattress was a bit worn but I was able to find a sweet spot for sleeping. My biggest problem with the room was how dry it was. I tried to circulate air but the fan only worked for a short time, off and on.

While slightly dated, that bed was comfortable, the rooms nice and quiet, and i got some of the best Sleep ive gotten in years. LOADS of channels on their TV, parking is no hassle and the have Waffles you can make at breakfast, which is awesome for someone who will eat 3 like myself. Quiet, cozy, clean, and very affordable.

Awful hotel

This hotel was awful. The lobby was tiny. The hotel was dingy and unclean. Our room was a disaster. There was a half used band-aid stuck to the mirror in the bathroom. Clearly they did not clean the room bery well. The toilet constantly ran without ever stopping. The amount of dander from previous pets was unbearable. When we checked out and walked outside someonw had thrown what looked like a whole suitcase of clothing & shoes across the parking space right next to my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and find a different hotel. This place was terrible!!!

It was gross, not friendly and extremely outdated. It felt dirty and nothing was comfortable. It felt extremely cheap and nothing was inviting. We were there on the weekend. We went to eat breakfast at 9am and the guy kept saying, \"we close at 9, we close at 9\" He clearly didnt speak English and was not going to allow us the complimentary breakfast. Floors were stained, no hot water and outlets didnt work. Horrible stay and our weekend away wasnt pleasant there. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If just wanna sleep and expect nothing else.

I stay in hotels a lot with kids and I depend on a good breakfast. Breakfast here was terrible. Waffles and cereal only. Very disappointed. Housekeeper was not professional asked me to bring her my dirty towels after telling me she didn’t have my side of the hallway. Overall okay stay.

Only complaint was the \"grab and go\" free breakfast which could have been easily improved. Only 1 pot of coffee, no idea if reg or decaf. Breakfast choices were cold cereal or make your own waffle. Adding a toaster/bread with jam/etc. would not have been difficult.

It’s a best place in town. You don’t even have to book it online. There’s a beautiful young lady in front and she will get you a room right away with your driver discount.

First thing that you noticed when we came in was that they were stains all over the duvet. We pulled it off and used our own blankets. The jacuzzi had dirty fo foam coming out. Had to fill the tub with bleach water and rerun. Got up in the morning to get some breakfast and all they had was two cereals and some breakfast bars! That is not a continental breakfast! I would never go here again! It seem like a trap just to steal your money. Is the worst quality hotel I've ever been in.

The room we had on the first night was unfit for human habitation. Not enough time or room to describe the filth and condition. We asked for another room for our second reserved night and were given a better room which was not great but acceptable plus they upgraded us to queen beds. Avoid this place and any other owned by the same owner. A few Super 8's remain nice (trust your own familiarity with them) but overall this chain continues to deteriorate.

This was the worst 2 nights I’ve ever had. I went to the Notre Dame game and this was the closest I could get. We found a used condom in the bed, told the staff and they just grabbed gloves, picked it up and didn’t even apologize. The shower barely had pressure, there was something like a tooth or something in the sink. The bed and pillows were hard and horrible. The pillows looked like belonged on a toddler bed they were so small. This place needs ownership/ management or condemned. Maybe Wyndham needs to look at their chains before they put their name on it. We would have been better off sleeping in our vehicle.

The location was fine.
The exterior of the building was fine.
The female employee clerking that night was friendly and accomodating.
The interior of the building and lobby area was outdated and in need of repairs...paint, plaster patching, soap,eg.
The room was a sewer. Dirty, smelly. cracks in the walls and tiles..never ending. The bed skirt had large chunks of what appeared to be dried rotting fruit on it
If weren't on such a tight schedule we would have changed hotels. Shameful...

You get what you pay for.

The bed was horrible. Pillows were small enough for dolls and on request of extra pillows given one because there weren’t anymore. Continental breakfast was a joke. Horrible store-bought snack cakes and no fruit. Door cards did not work the next morning. I guess you get what you pay for.

No check-in person available, lady was screaming in some back room to get someone to the counter. Three minutes later someone arrived that I could barely understand.
Then it felt like the check-in process took far too long.
No facility updates for a very long time is evident.
Breakfast items were limited and nothing but sugar loaded options. NO decaffeinated coffee, and regular coffee dispenser was empty, re-filled quickly but not until clerk heard me continually trying to pump the coffee.
Bathroom was dirty and stained.
I will NOT return to a Super 8 for a very long time!

Very clean!

This hotel was extremely clean, the room and bed very comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The manager was very nice. Ny o ly criticism is the free breakfast was extremely sparse compared to other hotels offering breakfast. We had 2 kinds of cold cereal, a small pastry and coffee. That was it. Not a big deal as comfort and cleanliness is a bigger deal for me.
