The whole place was “updated” very poorly. Kinda of like a polished turd! No pool. The “breakfast “ was ste cereal and Oatmeal Cream pies . Room was clean. Went to grab coffee cup from room. And the last renter must of smoked in room and put the butts in cup and it wasn’t noticed by housekeeper. Not much of a selection for breakfast. Ended up going out for breakfast. Cable was very limited like only 10 channels? So wasn’t anything to watch but sports. Unfortunately the hotel next to us had a car alarm go off multiple times during night so needless to say did not get much sleep. There were boxes of toilets and flooring in lobby ( due to remodeling). There was ripped out furniture in the hallways. Would have been a safety hazard if had small children with. Guess I knew why price was so low. Not really impressed. Oh and the heating unit was also very loud and either blew warm air or cold. Made it hard to sleep

Staff is helpful and friendly. The room was quiet even when the motel became filled. Hallway carpeting badly needs replacing.
In our room the window screen was ripped apart which was very unsightly. Furnature in room was quite worn but satisfactory.

We picked this location because it was close to where we were working. And it had included breakfast. Very disappointing breakfast two choices of sugary cereal and some prepackaged sugar loaded snack type thing. No hard boiled eggs no yogurt nothing sustainable for a long workday.

All good except for something called Continental Breakfast. Your only choices were Frosted Flakes, Raisin Bran, Apple Juice, Coffee, mini \" Honey Buns \", and some orange colored drink but it was not Orange Juice. No eggs scrambled or otherwise, no waffles, no muffins, no yogart, no hot cereal, no bread for toast even though there was a toaster. I usually base motel choice on several criteria. one of those being whether or not a minimum of continental breakfast is available. In this case, the \" breakfast \" left a lot to be desired. Had to go and find more breakfast elsewhere

The AC unit was the loudest I have ever heard. When off, you could hear the ones in other rooms. That's also because the walls are thin. This entire property is dirty and rundown. The carpets are heavily worn and stained, furniture is past its prime. Better choices nearby.

This place needs a deep clean. The service at the counter was mediocre. The room was a little smelly, kind of dog smell. The floors seemed sticky and dirty. The furniture was a bit beat up. The bed was comfortable though. The breakfast had very limited options but we weren't expecting a buffet.

The frig was very noisy. The air conditioner was noisy. The TV needed the desk person to make it work after turning it on. The TV clicker was not able to adjust anything after turning on. A screen appeared that could not be changed to watch normal channels without calling the desk clerk.

Room was fine to sleep in, but there were some issues that should be addressed to make other’s stays more comfortable. The stairwells in the building are filthy and they stink. Our room had the smoke detector battery removed by someone previously and we did report it, but nothing was done. The screen on the window was peeled back. The carpet was dirty. The drain in the shower was very slow to drain. The staff didn’t seem that interested in their guests, and there is false advertising with this property; there are snacks but no actual breakfast; no coffee which is the bare minimum. Disappointing.

This is a typical Mid eastern owned property Every effort on the part of the owners to squeeze out an extra dime is obvious. The free breakfast consisted of a choice of 2 dry cereals and a container of un-refrigerated milk . I have [pictures of the breakfast bar if you wish to see them.. In short this place is a joke The room reeked with the smell of mid eastern spices. U get what U pay for I guess , The entire rear of the parking lot is a cess pool with standing water ( the only place I could park my U haul) Please add a notation of mid eastern owned to your listings.. This is just a difference of culture.. The US is built on a culture of adding freebies , the Mid Easterners culture dictates Get all you possibly can out of every \"guest\". It is just their business plan , I would bet the milk was powdered

DO NOT STAY HERE.....

This is one of the worst places that I have ever been to. The rooms smelled of urine, and when my husband and I told the owner/employee, their response was It's not that bad. We were offered another room, but it was just as bad. We also travel with two service dogs, and that was a problem for the hotel. The owner/ employee did not know or understand about service dogs. My husband and I are disabled veterans. As this is one of three hotels in Hartford, I would say to others, do not stay at this hotel.

this is a decent motel but a few \"downs\". The shower water valve was terribly stiff to operate. A new cartridge is in order. the plastic knob on the water valve was very loose and in danger of pulling off. I noted this to the desk clerk.

The \"breakfast\" was an assortment of two overly sugary cereals and assorted cheap buns and old bananas. A far cry from the other similarly-priced motels we recently stayed at.

Night clerk gave us two rooms on second floor both rooms and hallway wrecked of weed. Third room on 1st floor had bugs. Shower wall had tape over a whole and tub had a big open crack. Had a bug crawling on desk that crawled on bag of ice. It seemed like more of a probable weekly rental than an hotel. Better than hotel 6

stuck in the 70s

booked a handicap accessible room upon arrival was told that room wasn’t available. They would upgrade me to a Jacuzzi tub room. What in the world am I gonna do with a Jacuzzi tub? There were no grab bars the toilet wasn’t ADA height. The bathroom was still blue from the 70s all the fixtures.

The property was conveniently located to downtown. The room has a comfortable bed and adequate bathroom needs. What I didn't like was the coffeemaker still had old coffee in it. I had to clean the pot out before using. Also, as I needed to find the plug for the pot behind the dresser, there was plenty of dust and dirt to reach through. Also, almost dead flies or bugs crawling on the floor. For $105 a night, I would probably not return.

This hotel needs to be updated. The vinyl floor in the bathroom is chipped and broken, It looks like they replaced the vanity top but ripped off plaster in the process. It has a popcorn ceiling, several stains in the carpet, old bedspread. However, it was clean, the bed comfortable, quiet. I called the hotel a couple times before my stay there and no one ever answered. No one was at the front desk when we checked out, not even when we rang the bell.

The room was clean as far as bed, sink,tub. The carpet in room and halls was smelly and filthy. The tub/shower fixtures were coming out, replaced lights weren’t finished. We didn’t have a desk chair and the one chair was dirty velvet and you sunk to the floor. Bed mattress sunk down to the box spring. Breakfast is choice of 2 cereals, banana, and packaged mini rolls/muffins. No toast, juice or fresh baked goods. Out side had garbage, overflowing smoke bins, old furniture, and people sitting around smoking and playing loud music. The back door didn’t close so anyone could walk in. No one was ever at the front desk; but answered the phone.

The hotel is very run down. Mopboards detached from the walls. Handrail in stairwell is detached in the middle. Window screens ripped. Then there was our room. The smell was terrible! It smelled like a dirty ashtray sprayed with air freshener. It made me sick to my stomach and was so strong i couldn't sleep. The carpet in the room felt damp and sticky. My feet and socks got dirty just from walking around the room. The buttons on the air conditioner were broken. I was able to pysh my finger into the air conditioner far enough to make adjustments, but I feared I was going to get an electrical shock. i am amazed that Hotels.com, Super 8 and Windom would allow such a place to be associated with them! This place gives all three of these businesses a bad name! I can tell you without any reservations that i will NOT be doing any business with those 3 companies again unless I am assured changes have been made! The hotel is a disgrace to all theee companies. There are large potholes in the parking lot. There are old box springs piled by the dumpster. There are a couple of chairs near the back door, that we were told to use, that had a couple of scary looking people sitting in and smoking every time we came in or left.

Desk chair stained, rocker uncomfortable (old), carpet need of shampooing. Curtains unhooked and holes. Toilet tilted, shower/tub spouts loose. Bad tile work at sink. Too many wires into one outlet and a desk lamp unworkable. No staff to be found at 8:30am, so called the help number and it rang at the desk! Ceiling in lobby with hanging dust balls, lobby ceiling vent missing. Advertised for breakfast -- !!! pizza from yesterday am still on counter - milk spoiled - dry cereal and bananas were breakfast!! Maintenance issues top to bottom. Location is good, too bad that this site has not kept up with these very fixable issues.

At check in we were not greeted in a friendly manner, more like we were interrupting his day. He was not dressed in any uniform or anything casual he had on a white under shirt and reg pants. He also wore a nice hat because that’s what guests want to see. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly the toilet paper was left from last stay. The Toliet was dirty, constant smell of mold, TV wiring kept the causing the connection to go in and out, and there was no replenishing of breakfast even thou it was still within hours.

Our room smelled of smoke. Our belonging then smelled of smoke when we left (we are both non-smokers) The room was hot upon arrival and it took all night to finally cool off. The bathtub floor felt like it was going to fall through. The carpet was stained. The bedding was stained. Very glad we were there to sleep and leave.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! We couldn't even breathe in our room, because of the people that were smoking in their rooms. Also there was no one at the front desk, sign to call a number and the phone in the lobby didn't work. There was a gentleman that was locked out of his room and couldn't get ahold of anyone so I had to get my cell phone to call the number. Horrible service and facility!!
