The entire place smelt musty. The carpet in the bedroom of our suite was so damp it left your socks wet after walking around. They had fans running in halls, the door to rhe pool area was left open. Clean clothes were musty & damp in the morning. Shower curtain rod was barely attached to the wall, sink faucet was so loose it rotated when you tried to turn on the water. Entranced area was dirty and not at all appealing when walking. Lady working front desk was unfriendly and had a ‘book on tape’ playing loudly the entire time she checked us in. Will not stay at this hotel again and will reconsider any Choice Hotels in the future.

The hotel itself was nice, staff were awesome and I loved the pool and hot tub option. The beds, however were VERY uncomfortable. I spoke to several guests who also stayed overnight and most reported the beds being very hard with one reporting theirs was incredibly soft and she was sinking in it. Booked a several night stay for our honeymoon and came home a day early because they were unbearable.

Our room had a noisy A/C unit and the room seemed to lack furnishings. It just felt empty. Also the sheets were really worn thin (in some parts of the sheet it was so worn you could see the mattress thru it). But overall, it’s a nice property and had a good breakfast.

I booked a king studio suite with hot tub. The room was only single room. Didn’t look anything like the photos or description. Room was dirty out dated and furniture was dilapidated. Tv only had crappy streaming services and with the spotty internet, was of no use trying to watch tv. Will not be returning to this hotel again.

The building outside looked good and the floors inside room 200 were nice. Pretty much everything else needed work. Both the bathroom sink and tub faucets dripped all the time, there was a ceiling bubble that could be water damage in the bathroom, one wall was scuffed and marked up, there was a layer of dust on things, they could have bleached the sheets better and you could hear everyone through the walls and ceiling. They even had a chair by the desk that looked like they pulled it out of a garbage dump from the 1920's. It was worn and peeling well beyond its normal lifespan and should have been replaced long long ago (see pic). If these things are \"their best\" they failed miserably. I could have went to a cheaper hotel and got a better room.

The curtains looked like a cat or someone shred them. It was loud with the flusing or draining from the top floor. Bed was comfortable. And glad the added the soap shampoo and conditioner pumps in the shower. The chair by the desk needs to be replaced. Breakfast was okay. The eggs and sausage just came out but they were cold.

The handicapped rooms were dirty/gummy and were truly handicapped equipped. The showers were a tub with a handheld shower wind that did not detach from mount or adjust up or down. The beds were very worn and too high for a wheel chair transfer. The complimentary breakfast was limited and very low quality food items.

The photos make this hotel look a bit nicer than what it is. Unfortunately the options are limited in this area for accommodations. Although the price was right, I wouldn’t say this hotel is particularly clean - we had dust on table/countertops and dirt on our floors. Although the hotel appears to have updated, it’s really just lipstick on a pig — you can tell there’s a lot of deferred maintenance. I would only rebook if I had no other option.

Absolutely filthy (small) rooms. Furniture ripped and drapes torn to shreds. Toilet ran intermittently all day and night. Front desk clerk smoking weed. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

I've stay here many times and would normally have recommended it to anyone but this last time had drastically changed my mind and we will no longer be staying here. On our last day as we were getting ready to leave my youngest son got away from me when i dropped my keys and ran down the hall, unknown to me someone had jammed open the door to the pool area and I barely caught my two year old son before he fell into the pool. I barely caught him in time and was extreanly upset since i thought that door was suppost to be closed. I got my family to the car and went to check out and told the women at the desk about the door and what almost happened and the saftey issue. She told me that she's the one that left it opened because it was so hot and muggy in the pool area and that I should watch my child better. It says right by the dam door not to leave it open! Not only was she rude but I'm not risking my child drowning because someone can't keep a door that's suppost to be closed for safety closed.

The front desk staff at check-in was not pleasant. She was very short and acted as if we were a bother to her. For example, when I asked a simple question about my address that was listed incorrectly she sighed and said it didn’t matter that’s what I must have entered, as if it was a huge inconvenience to her to correct it. The elevator was also out of order and our room was on the third floor.

The help was nice and friendly but the rooms were not up to the standards I've seen at other country inns. We were put in a handcap room even tho we didnt need it so the bathroom lacked counter space. The elevator was also out of order. Noise from other rooms was annoying along with people stomping down the stairs. I've attached pictues of the towels. The comforter was also very old and worn.

We chose to stay due to location. Staff was friendly enough. Elevator wasn't working and we were on 2nd floor. The hallways were not very clean-you could tell they were not vacuumed all the way to the wall, behind the doors, etc in quite some time. Our room was fairly clean-but again behind and under things not cleaned well. The furniture had a lot of wear and tear (drawers/doors wouldn't close due to damage). The room was a nice size and had been updated as far as flooring paint and decor. Internet worked well. Hot tub jets were very low pressure.

I've stayed at Country Inn & Suites in several states, but this is one I won't be staying in again. My first impression was that the front desk staff was rude and dismissive. No friendly greeting. There was a big sign about the elevator being out of order - not an issue for me, but I know it was for others. I was given a handicapped room, which I hadn't requested, and the holder in the bathroom for the showerhead was partially broken, so couldn't be moved. The room was clean enough - small things, but the worst was the staff. We came back to the motel about 10:00 p.m., and staff was washing the floor in the lobby. She didn't greet us - just gave us a dirty look for having interrupted her cleaning. Just not pleasant at all. No excuse for rudeness.

This hotel was terrible. It was dirty and the staff was either rude or unavailable. I will never stay here again. neither should anyone else. The elevator was not working during our whole stay and had been down for two weeks. The front desk said that we should have asked if they had a working elevator when we booked the hotel. At check in the woman had been eating food, licked her fingers and used one hand to do everything else to check us in. Once in the room it was noted that huge scratches were made from moving furniture, rips in the curtains, large stain in the chair, pleather covering was ripped on the chair
In the bathroom hair was on the floor and cut fingernails. I used a towel to clean it up, and the towel became black/red with whatever was all over the floor. I asked to move rooms and brought her the towel. No appology was given and she said she would try as they were full. She did. Next room was in similar condition. I didnt have time to check bathroom floor as we had some other guests joining us.

As soon as we brought our things into the room someone called to complain about the noise because the floors are uncarpeted. The room wasn't clean at all stuff all over the floor bugs in the room. Furniture that shouldn't be used for a hotel. Outlets and shower head where coming off the wall. I was charged 102 for the stay and the room was i would say worth 10 dollars. Honestly i should get my money back.
