Do not recommend staying here. Extremely disappointing. The bed was terrible it was like sleeping directly on a box spring. The staff was rude and didn't care! When you had an issue they just tried to check you out and kick you down the road to another hotel instead of solving the issue. Neither TV worked. And the hotel has no elevator so you have to lug your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Also the room layout is kind of odd the room that we had had an absolutely tiny bathroom the toilet was practically touching the shower. And finally the breakfast was terrible! The food was not fresh & the options were pathetic they didn't even have eggs or cereal. To top it off they had Fox News blaring loudly in the breakfast area. Never returning.

The room was clean. I am usually not a fan of carpet in a hotel room because they are rarely clean. This room had probably the cleanest carpet I have seen in a hotel in a few years. Hotel was quiet which was nice. Breakfast was not anything fancy but there was a decent selection of items. The pre-check in email and text was very nice. When I arrived at the hotel all I had to do was grab my room key.

Location is very convenient when we're visiting family in West Bend. Always clean, quiet. Although I think they \"gave\" our room to another guest who arrived before we did, they had a room available for us, just not as close to the front as we had requested. It just made it noisier for other guests when we carried our luggage to the room rather late. No problem!

5 stars. Will stay again. Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean. Provided Dove products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment there. Check in and out was fast. Hotel was responsive by text prior to check in. Stayed 2 nights and no complaints. The only downside I can see is there is no elevator for second level guests. Not a problem for me but could be for others.

We stayed the weekend for a wedding nearby as it had breakfast and was in the right location. Upon check in it was assumed I was with the lady in front of me, even though I arrived who knows after her. The gentleman in the front also made sure to comment how beautiful I was holding my id, as whomever he was on a video call with laughed noticably loud. It was very uncomfortable. The room door did not fully close shut on its own without making sure it's latched. While walking the halls you could see other doors just cracked also. The breakfast was a little messy with spills limited things and was in two different rooms. The beds were so very firm. My husband, my cousin and myself all could not sleep well, and thought about checking out Saturday. We ended up staying as to not waste the money.

We requested a late check out Sunday that was approved but we were but and gone before 11am.

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The rooms were small, smelled of smoke, and outside noise was a disturbance. Pillows and AC were comfortable. Saved money staying at AmericaInn so can't be too mad.

I stayed four nights. I didn't really use the facilities or the breakfast so I can't comment on them.

The only fault was the desk chair arm was cracked underneath and it was a little... \"uneven\" when you leaned back. It worked fine and I used it quite a bit.

Whoever took care of my room did an excellent job, the two staff people were very nice and the bed was very comfortable!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the West Bend AmericInn
to others and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great hotel!

This was the cheapest stay out of 7 nights at different properties and by far the best yet. Amazing lobby. Great breakfast. And the room was so nice. Beds were firm and new and the bathroom had granite for a sink. I was so impressed to be honest. This room and hotel easily beats most of the Hilton brands I stay at for business trips. Great hotel!!!

AmericInn is a well taken care of hotel that felt like home. A cozy fireplace was burning as I walked into the lobby. A nice, clean room with a tile shower in the bathroom made it feel like a more expensive hotel. The gentleman at check in and check out was friendly and had a great smile. AND it was very affordable! ADDED $50 CHARGE & TRESPASSED ME = NO EREFUND!!!!!

I was extended a late check out by a female employee and while i was having a smoke, my company departed my room in view of a male employee.
The male employee had me TRESPASSED because the name of the MAN in the bed didn't match WHO paid for the room!!!!!

BUT!!!! I HAD STATED MY GUESTS' NAME WHEN I CHECKED IN!!!!!!!

I AM TERMINAL AND REVIEW ACCESSABLE HOTELS!!!! THEY WERE MAD THAT I SLIPPED INTHEIR ACCESSABLE SHOWER AND GAVE A REVIEW!!!!@

The staff remedied the little things that were wrong very quickly so I won't complain about them. I was in the only king jacuzzi suite they have which is on the second floor. There is no elevator and I was offered no help to carry my things upstairs.
The hotel was very quiet both nights and I was left alone. The room is outdated in some aspects and modern in others. Very dusty on top of furniture and dirty behind bed. I worked in hotel cleaning and deep cleaning should be done often. Other than that, I really liked the 2 separate bedrooms; each having their own cooling/heating unit. The jacuzzi is large and was relaxing. The couch does pullout to a full size bed.
It was had to see the TVs as they are small and the wall mount they are on do not pull out or swivel.
The breakfast was okay. They offer juice, milk, dry cereal, egg patties, sausage links some days, sausage patties other days, bagels, cinnamon toast, english muffins, some type of frosted donut, waffle machine, yogurt, salt and pepper, butter, cream cheese and hard boiled eggs with shells still on.
Overall, stay was good but not worth $300 for 2 nights.

Good price for nice stay. Grocery store just across the street for all your needs. Hotel lobby had menus from several local restaurants which was very helpful. All necessary amenities were in room including fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable.
