Out dated rusty fixtures. Linen's & decor were from the 70’s. Lampshades were crinkled & old. It smelled musty & mildewed. Charming on the outside but The Hotel needs updating. We booked a king bed but were told “our” room had water damage so we were given “double beds” on the lower floor, no elevator. The beds were comfortable & it was quiet. Parking is easy access. We felt safe but it Is what it is. Basic accommodations.

I love it here… It is still the same façade as the Key West Inn, which makes it a little dated and peeling… But I love it and I'm glad they have kept it the same… The staff is very sweet and they have redone the rooms in fun, postal themes… I love a pull up to the door motel… Competitive prices and a cute breakfast… I've been coming here for years

We had the lights on the room looked down. There was a roach, crawling across the floor. Toilet paper roll kept falling off. The hinges were about to come out of the wall with the toilet paper roll. Sheet had stains on it and a burn hole. Area is in the corner Along the walls were dirty.

I expect more from Wyndham!

I understand you get what you pay for, however I paid $300 for 2 nights in a hotel that is meh at best. There was dried coffee on the floor, hair in the tub, and dead bugs near the air conditioner. You could tell this room was not fresh. The complimentary breakfast was not open at 7:00 even though they say it’s open at 6:30. I just wanted coffee. The room did not get a freshen up on my second day, the trash was not taken out and bed remained unmade. Over all it was not a good stay and I expect more from Wyndham. It’s not likely I will stay here again.

Disgusting! Mold everywhere even on the phone, smelled of severe water damage! Lysol only covered the smell for about 5 minutes! The bathroom had a bubble in the ceiling also looked like poop on the ceiling. Bugs dead and alive crawling all over coming out the drains out the ac!
We had to go buy a fan cause it was hot! Not to mention we moved the sofa because we dropped something and there was lingerie from a previous tenant!
They need to be shut down!

Cost doesn’t match the facility offered. Had 2-3 inch gap under main door, asked for some duct tape to prevent creatures from entering. Went to desk, Never heard back. Ended up stuffing towels under door and blocking them with a heavy cooler.

My fiance was woken up around 2am because of scratching noise between the wall. Probably a rat, mouse or other critter. The noise didn't stop until around 4am .

overall a good stay.

The room was a basic but clean room. The nightstand lamp was rusty but functional. One of the screws that hold the toilet paper holder was loose and rusty. The refrigerator door outer surface was roughed up but functional. We used the soap bar that was at the sink to wash our hands but that was not replaced even though it was almost melting into the sink counter because we used it every day. Overall for the price I would say it was pretty good. Also, the noise level was not bad, pretty quiet in the later hours.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s pet friendly and that’s a plus. It was Cruisin The Coast week, so the noise came from the drivers that felt like 3 am was an appropriate time to race their LOUD cars up and down Highway 90.

The place needs updating. The pillows were like contoured concrete. The toilet ran on and on unless you adjusted the handle. It was much less expensive than staying than homes near the beach but I believe next time that’s exactly what I’ll do.

Inoperable bathroom Issue

Front desk costumer service were very attentive, even when toilet was not working ,they wanted to move us to another room. We were real tired, so we stayed in the same room. They try to fix it that Saturday, but by Sunday it wasn't working again. Reported it, told them the need to fix it before renting it out again.

There was mold, growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. When the maids came in, they didn’t bother to sweep the floors. The young woman at the office refused to make coffee at 8 AM when they supposedly had breakfast until 10 I used to stay here a lot I will not stay there again.

The floors were dirty. I picked up a large hair ball when I first entered and while on my yoga mat a little later I could see the floor was not clean. Room needs maintenance. Rusty lamps (3), wood frames and walls need paint/ fixing. Security lock wouldn’t line up in door. Only cereal, waffle makings and coffee available breakfast. I expected more for the price.

My family and I were in Bay St Louis for a wedding, we had to drive down that day and go right to the wedding. After the wedding and dinner was over we went to check in at this hotel. First the person behind the counter flat out lied and said that my card had been declined so he had to cancel my room. I then showed him that my card was not declined and I was charged for the room. He changed his story and said that Expedia was refusing to pay him. I called Expedia and told them what was going on, they advised me that this wasn't true. This hotel gave my room away and left me and my family without a place to stay on Memorial Day weekend! The people who run this place are cheats and crooks. The man just lied over and over to cover it up.
Expedia did help us out and refund my money and they made it right. But it took us hours to find a place that had a room and we had to pay almost double the normal rate due to the holiday weekend.
Do not stay here!!! Stay away

We had a peaceful, secure night at this roadside motel. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy and the furnishings were all like new. I would suggest putting a lamp on the desk to make it more usable. The staff was friendly and efficient. Wifi worked well. Fruit, cereal, yogurt and drinks available for breakfast. We would certainly stay here again.

The only distress was when my wife and I arrived, management wanted to charge a $15.00 fee for our pet and In which we could not afford after booking online , paid $80.00 for one night.
And the fee is non- refundable. If va hotel is c pet v- friendly, there should be no fee, out just don't allow pets all together. We had to bring our dog , which is like it child, to my mother- - laws.

It’s a safe bed in a pinch, not so much for visitors to town... but ok for contractors or folks working at the hospital. Not near enough (or safe enough) to walk to old town or the beach.

This hotel was beyond disgusting. You may expect this if you are paying a cheap rate but we were paying $160 a night! The outside looks ok but wait till you see the inside of those rooms.

Our non-smoking room smelled horrible of smoke and had cigarette burns on the bedspread. We saw roaches when we first stepped in the room. It was so bad we didn't even set our bags down on the floor. We turned around and went to complain to the manager of the hotel. He was beyond rude and would not transfer us or refund our money. We had to leave in the middle of the night and drive 2 hours just to find a place to stay since everything around was booked. It was a horrible experience.

My Sister and I have been staying here the last three years and we have noticed a decline in the overall upkeep of the hotel and a decline in the type of guest staying here. I will say the place is clean and the employees are nice, but I had a cigarette hole in the comfort on my bed and the room is non smoking. The carpet desperately needs replacing among other things.
I've always enjoyed staying here but I don't know how much longer we will if the rooms aren't updated some.
