Our check in was supposed to be 4pm. They couldn't get us a room until 530, they were supposed to call us when a room was ready but didn't. Front desk counter person was very rude. Room was worse, beds linens weren't changed and there were marks of street in both fitted sheets. Food was atrocious- could have gotten better at a mcdonalds. I would rate this a 2 on a scale of 0 to 10.

The rooms were like low rate Motel rooms. Guest services leave at 9:00 so if you need anything you’re just SOL. And the smelled bad. They tried spaying something over the smoking smell but it just made it worse. I had been excited about the all you could eat crab legs and they were NOT good. They only slightly heated the small ones and they were over cooked so the shrimp. I was highly disappointed in the whole thing. Especially for the high price I had to pay. Needless to say I will not be going back

What i liked is that the rooms was very clean and the people was very helpful but trying to get the room when u get there was to slow for me because we had been there for at least 3 hours before I got my room I had to tell them I had my elderly mother with me for them to respond quickly u wish that they would do better in getting the rooms clean on time before people check into the hotel that would be a plus because it dont matter where u book from I feel u still should get a quick response for checking in just my thoughts but great stay

The rooms were ok, but the walls are paper thin. Had to call security twice, because the couple in the room next to us was so load and up arguing for hours! The Buffet was subpar as well…seafood was over cooked!!!! Will not stay at Silver Slipper again!!!!!

The rooms was clean, the carpet was tourn up, the staff was very helpful. Check in was late buy 2 hours or so becouse the rooms were not ready due to short stuff for cleaning. And we were not there at 4 wish was check in. We got in at 5:45 and room was not ready until after 6. Need newer machines and up date the rooms. Love the idea that it was adults only. You need to put refrigerators on room for people who travel far and need water in there room or other stuff they travel with. Over all love the stay.

The room was dirty, and many metal surfaces were rusted. The hotel plays music outside through speakers 24/7, which disturbs the guests. When I asked to change rooms, staff said they couldn't and claimed I was staying the farthest from the speakers, which was untrue and spoken ironically. The casino area smells of cigarette smoke and air freshener. I recommend avoiding this location.

The bedroom’s carpet has a tear-hole in it. You can see it before you get to the bed. I stayed in room 409. Also, I had to clean out coffee pot before using it. It was very unsanitary, dirty inside.

This is our 2nd year staying at this property for July 4th. Unlike most, we are not gamblers. The weekday lunch buffet is delicious. The dinner all you can eat crabs are delectable. The cafe and the Bayou restaurant each offer great food choices. The room is bright and clean. The shower is huge! Looking out over the ocean and watching the sun rise and set is so peaceful. The pool area is wonderful. The pool bartender is very welcoming and makes sure that you stumble back up to your room, tipsy! Bay St. Louis has a variety of restaurants and bars for hanging out. The locals really, really LOVE July 4th, it was an entire street party. The icing on the cake was sitting on the beach, watching firework shows from Gulfport, Jourdan River, and Bay St. Louis.

No fridge, no microwave, no breakfast; but that's all OK because what I got instead was a very clean and comfy bed at a VERY affordable price, which is what matters most to me when looking for a place to rest my head for a night. And it was right next to a pretty beach too, which was a nice little bonus.

The hotel rooms were spacious and offered really nice views of the bay. The location is nice, it gives you a feeling of being secluded. We ate in the cafe a few times and the food was great but the service was even better. The employees make you feel so welcome. We ate at the Jubilee buffett and it was so good that I would like to go back again just for that feature. The slots were a mix of old and new games and during our weekend stay, it was most busy in the evenings. It is a smoking casino without a non smoking area, so if that is an issue for you, it's worth considering. Overall, it was a nice getaway for my husband and I. The prices for the rooms and food were very reasonable and a great value. The parking was free.

The staff was awesome the enter stay until the staff in the cafe stop in the middle of taking my order and took someone else and his 2 friends. When I question it she said she didn't know how to make red eye coffee and didn't want the other people to wait while she go figure it out. But I'm guessing it was ok for me to wait!!!
