Absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Ordered a pizza and a frie. Waited one hour and still no pizza or fry. After being told initially the pizza would take 20 minutes. After 40 minutes we inquired. After a hour still no food. Asked for manager. She apologized and said can refund our money but we wouldn’t see it on credit card for a day or two. Didn’t offer to make this right just refunded our credit card. We left furious and hungry.we got to our room and turned on the TV which said “ no signal”. Parr for the course. My wife was so angry about the Celebrity Grill she called for management. They actually had the pizza and fries delivered to our room within 15 minutes by the same manager who did nothing for us. This should have been done initially upon our complaint. Also check-in was quite lengthy time waiting.

I've staying at Hollywood before and had pretty decent visits with no real problems. However my last visit went left after checkout I noticed a charge for an upgrade I never asked for. I was told it would be taken off and not charged but 2 days later it posted in my account...fast forward over 2 weeks, several calls and 2 messages for a callback from a supervisor I never received ...I finally called again and was able to speak with a supervisor who took 2 minutes to refund my money saying it may be several more days and without an so much as an apology but \"anything else\" Never have I ever been treated so rudely over a mistake the HOTEL MADE and did little to assure it was corrected nor did they apologize. They were a few very nice front desk attendants that did try to help but couldn't then the other half was not so kind and acted like I did something wrong.

Got in around midnight, so I wasn’t surprised that no food places on property were open. Even still, would’ve expected a casino resort to have at least one 24 hour food spot. But then morning comes and the buffet is not open until 11, no breakfast. One restaurant is open in the morning selling overpriced sandwiches.

I felt deceived. I intentionally reserved this property due to the advertised soaking tub. Additionally, I upgraded the room to guarantee that I would have the specific feature. My room was outdated and had inadequate plumbing. The on-site restaurants were substandard, particularly considering their prices. While I may consider visiting the area again, I will not choose to stay at this property in the future.

The shower was the biggest problem. Rusty fixtures, the water didn’t get hot enough, and the drain was too slow, meaning my feet were under water when I was showering.

There was no fridge in the room, and the check-in desk is located next to the gaming floor, so my family had to walk through a cloud of second hand smoke to get to our room.

The hotel is slowly being renovated. We were on the 3rd floor and everything was very dated. There was rust in the bathtub. The carpet was very dirty. However, the cigar lounge was fantastic and very nice. The servers were all very friendly. The front desk staff were very helpful. My cousin was on the 12th floor and their accommodations were updated and very nice. Looking forward to visiting again and hopefully staying in one of the newly renovated rooms. Oh the pizza that was in the lobby restaurant was sooo good!!

No frig but bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice and knowledgeable. The buffet salad bar which is mostly what I eat was very unkept and sloppy. Too smokey. Gym very tacky but worked. It was my birthday but I made the most of it. Thank you

Website needs to be easier to read as I looked for the Buffett hours and couldn’t find the days and hours We booked a room not knowing the buffet was not on wednesdays so when we went to go to the buffet found out it was closed was very disappointing and won’t go back again. We ended up at silver slipper to have the buffet and spent our money there

However it had no microwave or small refrigerator, and the hotel’s entire water system was shut down for over three hours mid day, with no warning or rent compensation….outrageously inconvenient (toilets wouldn’t even flush). Plenty of apologies, but no warnings about scheduled repairs. No excuse for that.

Room was not ready at 4 to check in. Got to room about 4:30 and heard hammering up above. Inquired at front desk and was told they were doing construction and should be fine by 7 pm. This was on a Saturday and hotel was not full. It would have been nice to get a room away from construction. Rooms are not very soundproof. Heard kids screaming until midnight in room next door, then got to hear everyone coming down the hallway. Bed was comfortable. Thought dining was limited and buffet was $53/person.

The stay was nice. Would have liked the new remodeled rooms but still good. The thing that makes it almost a no go is coming in and out the smoke is killer. The breakfast restaurant is good but very slow every day. Really liked the lazy river and the buffet and the crab boil on the deck. If there could be an entrance away from the smoke it would be great.

Room 1014. the 11th floor was under construction. We called to see what the noise was. It started at 7:30am and didn't end until 8pm. It was loud and very frustrating. They offered us a free buffet. They should have offered us a free room because we were never there because the noise was so loud. The staff were overwhelmed because of call ins. Seemed to be in a hurry all the time. I was told by housekeeping that they were supposed to tell us about the construction when we checked in. The last night we were there they slipped a piece of paper under the door letting us know the water would be turned off at 7a for repairs he next morning. They should be ashamed how they done us and others. As far as I'm concerned they need to refund our money. We have stayed here before with no problems, but this time was terrible.

Wasn’t happy to arrive and find out my 3 year old could not use the pool and all the vending machines were out of order. I am a single mother and my sitter takes my toddler to utilize the pool while I enjoy me time in the casino. The age restriction wasn’t listed on hotels.com but lesson learned! We found another resort that can accommodate our needs and we love.

The Hollydeck has live music, beautiful views of the water and good food. Bogart's is pricey but the food is good and it also has nice views. The lazy river is a blast. The show was great. My only critique is the room didn't have a fridge.

This was an overnight halfway to Panama City. We arrived at 7:45 pm. The bars were closed, the pool was closed, we waited over 20 minutes to get sodas at the snack place. It was a VERY disappointing overall experience.
