Super friendly staff. The accommodations was spacious and they had a washer, a full kitchen and big bathroom. A little hiccup in our airport transportation, but the staff handled it very well and properly and made sure we made our flight on time. Highly recommend this location, it’s walkable to the beach, restaurants, and into town.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants (not close to the Old Town, have to use bus/taxi to get there). Friendly staff, got checked in early on arrival. Spacious flat, well equipped. TV receiver didn't work properly, plus property wasn't ideally clean, but overall very good impressions from the stay. Downstairs there is a bar, which tends to be pretty loud until midnight - for a quiter stay choose upper floors or the street side

I would have given 5 stars for this if not for the washer dryer options.. the dryer did not dry and given the cool conditions even after 18 hours hand drying things it was still wet.. probably need to get a new dryer or ten people that the dryer is very weak

We were traveling with a baby so this two bedroom apartment (not luxury) did fit our needs. Very convenient location with bus stop, bakery, bars, restaurants, market and ocean all less than 5 minute walk.

The apartment was a really great size, with huge balcony. Very convenient to the tourist bus for old town, and there are various places close to get groceries, food, or enjoy a drink.

I just stayed here for a week. The complex consists of mostly private apartments and rentals, with a bar, cafes, bakery, cinema and small supermarket on the ground floor. I used the supermarket every day it was great, also used the bakery (like a Croatian Greggs) and the Cake café was very reasonably priced. The room was very clean and modern. The cleaners come in every 2 days which I was surprised by as most apartments I have been in don't have this service. The balcony and the apartment was massive, it overlooked the centre of the development.
The staff were very friendly and have a little reception office next to the entrance. I had an issue with my Aircon which they fixed the next day.
The location is probably the best in Lapad, as it is 2 mins from the beach and the pedestrianised road of bars and restaurants. The bus stop to Dubrovnik is right outside the complex.
I had a car which you park in level -2. It would have been good if they gave you a fob to open the garage door for the week, rather then calling them to open it for you. However other than the airport run, I only used the car once to go to Cavtat and reception did lend me a fob for the day so no issues.

Pros: Spacious property, living area was much larger than expected plus two large balconies with sea views. Excellent places to watch the sunset. Good location, local cafe, restaurant, beach and supermarket was great. There was a few kids puzzles which my daughter loved. Highchair and travel cot also both very useable.
Cons: The kitchen only had one bowl, could do with more! The area outside of the lift on our floor (level 4) smelt very strongly of smoke. Rugs all needed a wash. Bathroom very small.

Checking in was easy and fast. Front receptionist was warm and welcoming. The apt was very specious for our family of 6. Few minor glitches when we arrived. There was a massive power outage, no fault of the hotel, so we were without AC or wifi for a bit. One of the shower doors were not working properly and whatever the cleaning crew use to clean the apt had a very strong scent we didn't like and we tried to air it out. Overall, beautiful, spacious apt that is close to amenties and the beach.

Amazing stay! If you are visiting Dubrovnik for more than 2 nights, seriously consider this location. Reception Staff was super helpful and friendly. Bus stop in front of hotel to get to Old Town for €2. Supermarket in the building, coffee shop, bakery, restaurant and more as well. Walk across street to stunning Sunset Beach or the promenade that takes you walking around the gorgeous bay and to more great eateries.

Our stay here was fine. The apartment is nice and beds were comfortable, but the pillows could have been more supportive or they could have given more. The air conditioning was very dry and we all got congested as soon as we walked into the place, this didn’t happen anywhere else we stayed, and then we would be fine once we left the apartment. We would suggest looking into a humidifier and/or changing the furnace filters. The area is very close to the boardwalk with lots of shops and restaurants. Far from old Dubrovnik but no big deal taking an Uber.

The day before our fully paid for stay we were told there was an issue with our apartment. They moved us to a different hotel in the area. It was in no way comparable to what we had booked either in quality or amenity. We were very disappointed in our stay.

Great location and value with these spacious units! Room was spacious and clean. Ours had a huge balcony deck which was wonderful. Beautiful beach is right across the street. Very friendly and helpful ladies during check in and out. Take bus #4 to Old Town…crowded, touristy, and more expensive but a must to see. The Korean restaurant near the entrance is awesome BTW!

A bit hard to figure out where to go when you arrive-reception is around the back of the building between two cafes. But the staff was very welcoming, the apt was spacious and exceptionally clean. The only complaint is that the lounge chairs on the balcony were tired and dirty.
Our friends locked themselves out of their room and when no one answered the after hours phone number multiple times and the security guard was no help we were forced to make room for another family of four in our apt suite. The impromptu slumber party will be a memorable part of our trip but was definitely avoidable if the hotel had proper policies in place. Like offering a family of four two keys and maybe not having a locking door to the hallway before the actual door to the room.

Almost excellent for family trip
Great property located near beach in a beautiful city of Dubrovnik. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The Sunset beach close to property is very well maintained, clean with many options for drinks and food. It's a pebble beach so you will need water shoes. The apartment we were given was very spacious and convenient for a few days stay. We wish it would have been cleaner as we found a bad smell coming from the refrigerator and ants walking on the kitchen countertop. It does not necessary needs updating, it just needs a more detailed cleaning service between rentals. We would come back.

I stayed for just over a week, and for the most part this was a good accommodation. Sparkling clean upon arrival/cleaned well daily during my stay, spacious rooms, good location right off the beach, friendly staff, kitchen had all the basics for cooking, and the property is surrounded by restaurants. Bus stop was just across the street, and underground parking was provided, making for convenient sight seeing.
The only downsides are that the hookah bar/caffe in the courtyard cause the building to be very smoky all the time (you can't open your windows or your whole room and clothes will stink! Hallways in the building/elevator smelled like smoke every day, as well). If your room faces the courtyard, you can expect to hear very very loud bass/music until about 1AM every night which was problematic and caused me to have to change rooms mid-stay (bring earplugs or ask for a room that faces the outside of the building and you'll be all set!). Also, there IS a washing machine but there IS NOT a dryer, so be sure to do your laundry well before departure to allow time to air-dry your clothing!

The staff is fantastic, she is basically a tour guide and a hotel lobby clerk. The room is modern and clean, we got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom, the hotel is in a nice safe area and the bus comes from right outside our door to the old town. Very simple to use. The hotel is actually in a little mini city of shops restaurants, gym and grocery store. There’s even a movie theater! It could not have been more convenient!

This was a great place to stay. We could easily walk around to many places. There is a super market and movie theater in the same building. We walked to the sea in minutes. The room was great. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint would be the smoke lounge beneath our room. It was a bit noisy and smelly. I wish we could have stayed for longer.

Overall lovely break
The girls on reception are very helpful. The area is lovely. There were a few things broken in the room and unfortunately the walls are very thin so we were woke up early. The girls looked into fixing the broken things and gave advice on nice places to visit and eat. We were disappointed we couldn't keep our room, we had a late flight but understand it is busy season. There are no facilities to use the bathroom or shower before leaving :(

Comfortable & clean apartments equipped with everything we needed, large balcony with a partial sea view. Location is excellent, supermarket on site and many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Dubrovnik old town is so easy to get to, a 15 min bus ride which stops outside the apartment and is very frequent and reliable running to past midnight. The reception staff are amazing, personally taking you to your apartment on arrival and spending time going through everything with regards to the area and the apartment. They suggested many places to visit, including which food dishes to try and also arranged a day trip to Mostar for us. Nothing is too much trouble and they are eager to share their knowledge and experiences with the guests.
