This was an immaculately presented property, well equipped with a welcome gift of wine, beer and some bottled water. The bed was fantastic, and the shower was REALLY strong. Excellent comms with the property overseer, Highly recommended - Use uber or bolt to travel around the city.

Everything was great. Views from the room were amazing! Make sure to communicate access and parking a few days in advance though. Not too close to old town, but worth it for the free easy parking. It’s about a 10 euro Uber ride to old town. A beautiful beach is a ten minute walk. Would recommend.

Good location, kind of hard to find,, definately need your GPS,
Cclose to Sunset Beach, a greatplace to relax, a 10 min walk to the bus to downtown, The only thing wrong, I could not use use the TV, needed directions to use the cable remotes,
But overall, highly recommeneded,,

Checking in was difficult. We arrived at 2 as communicated ahead of time. No one seemed to be there. We had phone issues, so we were not getting through when we called. We waited 40 mins. We finally got through. The company called the owner and they came out a few mins later. They need better communication on how to check in. If someone was there the entire time, they should direct us where to go. The property also has water damage on the walls. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. There are quite a few stairs to the beach. This was not a problem for us, but don't stay here if stairs are an issue for u.

I had a great stay at Apartments Mandy. I stayed there for a conference I was attending 10 minutes walk down the road in a big hotel complex. The location was great near a local beach area and it was easy enough to get to the old town. The view is nice from the apartment and the balcony. Everything was clean, and the apartment was very well-appointed and well thought out. The family who owns it were very helpful and friendly and gave me little things like water, wine opener, etc. that I needed. Very friendly people and very nice place. I got an excellent price and would stay again.

Perfect for our visit. Close to beaches.

Great location, close to multiple beaches and restaurants. Very clean and homely. Perfect for our week stay, with only a short walk to a bus service for Old Town.
The views within the apartment are amazing. The balcony is the perfect spot to have meals. No issues.

Apartments Mandy was an excellent apartment in Lapad Bay, Dubrovnik. It was a great neighborhood to stay and relax but we were able to read Old City Dubrovnik easily by bus. The apartment is a quick walk to the water, bars, cafes, and restaurants and a 20 minute bus ride into Old City or the port area. The staff was very helpful and communicative. We arrived very late on a delayed flight from California and they were prepared for us with the key even though we came late and in the middle of the night. The apartment was everything we needed with a little kitchenette and balcony.

Close to sunset beach and all the bars and restaurants. Easy to get a bus from the main street to Old Town, close to tourist information, shopping centre and supermarket.
Lovely friendly people who are very knowledgeable and will help with anything you need.

Relaxing appartment with sea views

Great little apartment with everything needed. It's around a ten minute walk to sunset beach and around a 45 minute walk to old town. There are some steps to tackle to get up to the apartment but I didn't find these particularly taxing. The views of the bay from the apartment are brilliant, and the area is very relaxing and quiet. The owners live next door and are available if you need anything which was great, they very much leave you to enjoy your holiday though.

Lovely good value apartment

Cannot fault the apartment its perfect. The downside of us being in our mid 50s is the location
We struggled with the amount of stairs and steep slopes which makes up the area of where the apartment is. We did read reviews prior to booking but it was too much. Great if you are fit though.

Apartment Mandy was perfect for our stay.

Such a friendly welcome on arrival. All the amenities were pointed out to us so we knew exactly where to head for the supermarket and the best routes to take.
The family were always willing to answer any questions. We were perfectly located for walks round sunset beach, walks to the port to see the cruise ships there was always somewhere to stop for a drink.
Bus service was excellent and plenty of taxis nearby if that's your preference.
Lots of places to eat nearby with a huge variety of meals to choose from.

Exellent apartment to stay in Dubrovnik

We stayed for 4 nights in this apartment, which we liked very much. Driving from Dubrovnik airport took about 30 min. Owner lives in the house. We had a long flight from Canada and were very tired, so it was very pleasant to be welcomed with the beer kindly offered by Anita. Parking space was available. Apartment is comfortable and clean. It was nice to have a kitchen, even we did not use it much. A view from the balcony/terrace was fantastic! Location is great, about 10 min to the beach and restaurants, 10 min walking to the bus station (it is near runabout with the clock inside, the name of bus stop is Tommyslava), another 10 minutes and you are in the Old City. There are a lot of stairs you need to take when go down to the beach/ restaurants area, but when going back after first stairwell we were walking around following the street to our house to avoid stairs

Lovely apartment- lots of stairs up from beach!

Really lovely apartment, nicely furnished with well equipped kitchen. Very welcoming host. Only downside is location up the hillside so lots of steps down to beachfront which was pretty hot to do in August- but otherwise we'll located for day trips to dubrovnik old town and great beach.

Hotel is high up in hills of lapad , 20 minute walk from beach . Lots of stairs but could walk down the road just extra walking cause it wraps around . Taxis are hard to get but you can walk to hotel more and get one . About 89-100 Luna to old town. Also your room is not cleaned daily if that's something you need . We didn't realize that . Also check out can be complicated , we ended up leaving key in room cause we weren't sure how to check out and left money for taxes as well . View is amazing though and room is nice . To far to walk to town, 15 minute walk to bus station for 6 bus to old town . Lapad beach is really rocky bring water shoes . Also if here for a few days go to Montenegro ! It was beautiful ! Great . We used same company as Expedia transport from airport . Do transport tacos can charge a lot .

New Apartment with a Beautiful View

We had a brilliant holiday. The apartment was great, the owners were available for advice but not intrusive. It was a good location for exploring the area. We visited Mostar, Old Town Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Lokrum Island and Montenegro.

Nice apartment close to the Lapad sea walk.

Apartment is nice; owners are very helpful. It is comfortable and clean. The hot water could have been hotter.
The only negative is the climb from the Lapad beach to the apartment; 100+steps.But, with this it takes care of the daily exercise. I would definitely recommend it. The bus station to the old city of Dubrovnik is close; app.0.5 miles. y; app.$ 2.20 each way.

Brilliant! Definitely recommend.

Really nice apartment, beautifully clean and fittings to a high standard. Staff extremely helpful. Close to a nice beach but be prepared for lots of steps!! 10 minute bus ride to the old town-(really recommend the 7 day dubrovnik card as you get a bus pass with it). Also visit the Atlantic restaurant just down from the apartment- great food and a short walk back.

Good apartment, long walk

A great apartment, and ideal for our needs, but as has been mentioned in other reviews you will get plenty of exercise walking up the stairs each night. Hosts were excellent and were very good with instructions prior to arrival. Overall a great stay with the only negative the stairs (although this does give you a great view over Lapad bay)

Rooms were dated but balcony and view were nice

The pros of the apartment were that it had a nice balcony with decent access to the beach. The cons were that the rooms were very dated and beds were uncomfortable as they need to be replaced. The pictures on the website were definitely not of the two bedroom apartment we rented. The kitchen and bathroom need renovations as well. Also, to our surprise they did not take credit cards and only accepted Kunas and Euros which after a long stay is unusual to have that amount in cash. The owners should disclose this on the Expedia website or make it clear at check in.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Room was large and clean with basic yet comfortable fittings and pleasing facilities. Ideal for couple (we are 21 and on our first holiday) and families alike. We had a fantastic stay in Apartments Mandy with polite staff who ensured our stay was comfortable, especially Blanca who truly went the extra mile to see that we were looked after . Close (5-10min walk) to all amenities - bars, beach, restaurants and shops. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Dubrovnik area, we would definitely return!

Clean, basic room

Just stayed here the past weekend. Would most certainly book this apt again. I hope I can return to do so! We stayed 3 nights in one of the studios. The rooms are basic but very clean. The little couch was prefect for resting after a long day. The patio is great as well! My husband thought the bed was too soft but I thought it was just fine, guess it's a matter of preference. The owner was very nice as well as his family. We were supposed to get there a day before and stay 4 nights but our flight was delayed, owner was very accommodating on changing the time of our check-in and shuttle from the airport. It's not located in the old town but I think that's a plus as the old town can get really crowded. There is a bus you can take to the old town which was very convenient and the stop is not far. There is also a cute pedestrian walkway near with restaurants. Dubrovnik is so beautiful, enjoy!

Great Value Apartments on Lapad Peninsula

Clean facilities, with sufficient kitchenette and fridge, and an absolutely amazing view from the balcony (2nd floor) looking over the Lapad beach and bay. The apartments are very modern and new, built up by the very friendly and accommodating family who live in the house next door.

The location of these apartments is on the Lapad Peninsula, so not very close to the Dubrovnik Old Town; you need to either get a taxi or a bus from Pile Gate to the Lapad bus stop and from there it is about a 10 minute walk down the Lapad street and up two flights of stairs. Area is relatively safe, wifi is included, and although there are no safes in the room, you can ask the landlord or landlady for the keys to the apartment room for added security.

I was contacted prior to my visit by the staff who offered to collect us from the airport at a reasonable price. We had a hire car so drove, the one way circuit was awkward, you must approach from the north and then west.

The staff were helpful friendly and the accommodation is great for the money.

There are lots of steep steps down to the resort which may deter the older guest, we saw it as an opportunity to walk off our food.

We were a party of four and enjoyed the ease of access to our friends balcony, some more private guests may not like this.

A lot to be desired

Host was very helpful and courteous and very welcoming and I can't fault his enthusiasm or the standard of his apartments but The location of these apartments is not ideal and you definitely need to be able to taking on some serious steps! It would be impossible to find without getting a taxi. The view is somewhat obscured on the lower apartments by the roofs of the houses in front. There are clearly some plumbing issues the en suite did smell after using the shower once and the smell persisted. It was clean and very comfortable though.

Nice Bright apartment with lovely orange kitchen

Nice apartment in quiet location,we liked the place and there is a friendly cat that appeared every day for breakfast, be aware that there are 3 flights of steps to walk in order to reach main strip and beach. We are in our 40's and managed no problem but may not suit everyone. With a car its not a problem and there is off road parking at the apartment.

The room were nice, recently renovated and clean. The location is quite close to Lapad station (10 mins walk) and 20 mins walk to the beach. Free wifi with some dead spots but overall accessible in the balcony. Beautiful view of the beach. Lots of hotels and restaurants around there and good ones too. There are some steps to go up and down the hill but that's everywhere in Dubrovnik. Most important than anything I really liked the owners of the apartment. They were so nice and helpful and tried to accommodate any request I had. I'm happy i went there and I'll definitely pick this place again for my next visit in Dubrovnik.

O quarto era bem agradável, espaçoso e com tudo novinho.
O local era acessivel e vizinhança tranquila!
O unico problema que tivemos foi com o chuveiro que estava quebrado e nao ficava preso no suporte, tinhamos que tomar banho com o chuveiro na mão, isso foi um incomodo.
Segundo ponto é que a cortina nao era blackout, logo pela manhã entrava muita claridade no quarto!

The apartment is located in a quiet area and offers a really nice view of the beach and the forest park. It is built on the side of a hill, so getting to the apartment requires climbing several steps (which might be good for working on your cardio a little bit). There is a small grocery store close to the apartment where you can buy simple food to cook, and nearby there is also a bus stop for Bus 6, which goes directly to the old town. At the bottom of the hill, there are several restaurants near the beach, which is very close, around 300 meters away. It is easy to walk down to the beach, though the walk back up can be a bit more physical.

Beautiful view! Helpful staff! A bit up to walk all the stairs but some days we could use the elevator from the hotel next door.
BUT- we were denied one day there of a rude guard who refused to believe us???

He said that the owner on Mandy’s had not told him that we stayed there so we were not able to use the elevator that day. Strange!

Make sure you ask the owner that it’s 100% ok to use the elevator before you go there!

Room was clean, nice and air-condition was awesome!

Yövyin Mandy-apartmentissä 3 yötä. Alku oli hankala, koska he eivät tienneet tulostani vaikka olin erikseen ilmoittanut ajan. Huonetta ei oltu siivottu.
Lakanat olivat froteiset ja öisin nihkeät vaikka ilmastointikin oli päällä.
Sängyn takana olevalla seinällä kasvoi hometta, jonka selvästi myös haistoin. Yövyin huoneistossa A3.
