The owner is amazing. Explained us the the area. Location is amazing. It’s 3 minutes to the beach. Grocery store 5 min. Bus to the town is 1 minute and coming back it stops literally in front of the apartment. We are making arrangements to come back next year. Reminder: since it’s and apartment please make sure you have your own shampoo, etc. Toilet paper and towels are provided. You need your own beach towels or you can get them at the local souvenir store. We love the place, rental car is on the corner.

Nikola is a very kind & helpful owner. Hd went out of his way to help us in any way he could. A very convenient location for the bus to the Old Town of Dubrovnik & the port - it stops right outside the apartment. Sunset Beach, is a beautiful location & is a 5 minute walk down the hill. It is full of restaurants, shops (clothing etc) & there is kids play equipment in the water. The sunset is superb. Supermarket is just down the lane from the apartment which was basic but had all that we needed. The beds were acomfortable & the shower hot. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. We enjoyed it very much & will always have fond memories of our stay.

Nikola is a wonderful host and the apartment is huge for two people. All the appliances were working. They have an insuite laundry and basic cooking appliances and utensils. No 4 bus is frequent and can get you to old town in 20 minutes. Nikola's airport transfer is cheaper than Uber and reliable. I would definitely stay here during my next visit.

Nuestra estancia en Nikola Apartments en Dubrovnik fue excepcional. Ubicado en el tranquilo barrio de Lapad, el apartamento ofrece la combinación perfecta de cercanía a la Ciudad Vieja de Dubrovnik y un ambiente relajado. La ubicación es ideal, con fácil acceso al transporte público, restaurantes económicos y deliciosos, y hermosas playas a pocos pasos.

Cada mañana disfrutamos de un café en Fashion Cafe o MaBelle Coffee Bar, acompañados de un croissant o un burek, disfrutando del ambiente local.

La hospitalidad de Nikola hizo nuestra experiencia aún mejor. Desde la reserva, fue muy atento, organizando nuestro traslado desde el aeropuerto. El conductor incluso nos llevó a un mirador con vistas espectaculares de la ciudad, un detalle inesperado y encantador.

Nikola nos recibió personalmente y nos dio recomendaciones útiles sobre los alrededores. El apartamento era tal cual las fotos: moderno, limpio y bien equipado. A pocos minutos a pie teníamos acceso a supermercados, restaurantes, cafés acogedores y lugares pintorescos para nadar.

Recomendamos Nikola Apartments para quienes busquen una experiencia tranquila y asequible en Dubrovnik, sin sacrificar comodidad ni conveniencia. Fue una estancia maravillosa y sin duda queremos volver.

Nicola was a great host. He met us late at night due to our flight arriving late. He gave us good directions and recommendations. The apartment was located very conveniently to the beach and the bus li e to go to the Old City. The apartment was spacious and clean. We were happy about onsite laundry and air conditioning. The apartment is not well equipped for cooking but we didn’t need it to be. We only needed the beer to be cold, and it was! Nicola even gave us a cold beer from his own fridge when we had arrived after a long travel day. I would definitely recommend Nikola’s apartment.

The owner Nicola leaves downstairs and is very easily accessible. He is amazing host and very good person. He offered my friend who came from Sarajevo to drop me a place to stay in the night. And then since we reached late, he bought some eggs and bread etc for us and refused to take money. Apartment is simple but comfortable. The bedroom ac had stopped working but Nicola took care of it. There was some consistent noise from ac but I did not report to him and so it is not against him. Nicola was nice that he even helped us in understanding the reverse gear change of our rented manual car.
You can not find a better located reasonably priced place. So overall I had a great experience.

We loved our stay at Nikola apartment. The place was very nice, clean, quiet and not too far from the old town of Dubrovnik. About 10 minute with Uber ( around 7 euros). The owner is very nice and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived giving us many tips about the city. In brief, we had a wonderful time and we highly recommend this place if you do not want to stay inside the old town.

This apartment house is located in Lapad area of Dubrovnik and exceptionally convenient - City Bus (Line #4) stops right in front of it and not only can you go to the famous City Walls in 10 minutes using the Bus, many restaurants, pubs, local supermarkets and Sunset Beach are all in short walking distance. The apartment itself has 2 floors, and is well furnished and clean. The owner, Nikola, is very friendly and accommodating: he has replied to my queries in kind and professional manner and gave me lots of tips that were valuable in getting around in Dubrovnik. Great place. Highly recommended.

What more can I say about my stay at Nikola apartment than amazing! I stayed there a total of 12 days and my overall stay met expectations. I stayed in 2 apartments as I extended my stay and both apartments were super clean and very spacious. The apartment is located in an ideal area as everything you could want and need is within walking distance - supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, bus stop, beach, shops, everything. As a female solo traveler, safety is always super important to me and I felt very safe in the neighborhood, from early mornings to late nights. As the old town isn’t that close to the apartment (10 minute bus ride) I would highly recommend to walk at least once (about minutes) but the scenery is definitely worth it!

Walking distance to the grocery store, great restaurants and the beach. Would stay again. Very nice stay in Dubrovnik and a big part of that was this apartment. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice quiet place with easy access to the ocean and the old town.

I recommend this property. The location is great and is right on the bus line for the route that goes to Old Town (bus stops directly in front of the entrance. Within walking distance is grocery store and plenty of restaurants. The apartment is nice, clean and well stocked with everything you will need. Nikola is on-site and ready to assist and answer questions and can arrange airport transportation. Again, HIGHLY recommend!

This is a great place - bus stop for #4 to old town right out front and sunset beach just down the road as are shops and restaurants - uber is cheap and short ride to old town and then you come back and relax awwy from the crowds - host is excellent and friendly! Loved the stay!

Good overall experience

Initially there was a little confusion regarding the reservation (hotels.com accepted a 1 day reservations but the minimum, per the host, is 2 days). That was quickly resolved and our host was very gracious in making us feel comfortable. Check in and check out were very simple We didn't use the apartment much since we just spent the nite. However, it met all our requirements. We were looking for a king bed (I'm 6'5\", 260 lbs) and a washing machine. Both were there as advertised (thing to note is that is is only a washing machine .. you have to let clothes air dry on provided hangers). Room has AC (which worked well), 2 bathrooms, living room with TV and kitchen area. A balcony. Overall ... good experience.

Such a very nice and comfortable stay at Nikolas apartments. Nikola was so welcoming and took us through everything when we arrived. Nikola can also arrange airport transfer for you at a really good price. Throughout our stay Nikola was on hand to help and offer assistance and he can also help with booking day trips too. The apartment itself was clean, a good size and well maintained. The area around the apartment is nice and the beach is a short walk away. Dubrovnik old town is a short journey by buss or as we preferred Uber. If you are looking to stay in Dubrovnik and the Lapad area Then stay with In one of Nikolas apartments you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Nikola and we will see you again soon.

Cold shower all the time.

No hot water! Nicolas mentioned that he connected all the water boiler together so everyone has more hot water. The result was that someone used them all and making my whole family in cold shower for 3 days. Very terrible experience but the location was great

Great Stay, Great Host, Great Location

Arrived late at night after airport troubles and Nikola was there to greet us and help us park no problems. Very nice man who was very helpful, the apartment was great and perfectly located just outside Dubrovnik and in the small area of Lapad. Bus stop ideally stops right outside the apartment and a short ten min ride to town. Lots of choice of restaurants and bars and a supermarket around the corner to stock up the fridge. Two balconies so sun all day and brilliant air con to cool off. Couldnt recommend the apartments any more, we had a great stay.

Wonderful apartment in Lapad

We had a wonderful stay my wife and I at Nikola Apartments. The apartment was really big and well equipt. A big living room and bedroom. Two bathrooms with showers was really great. It was just 5 min walk to the beach and the bus stop was just outside the apartment and there was a direct bus (no 4) to Old town which took only 10 min. Close to the apartment there also was lot of restaurants and shops. Nikola our host was really kind and gave us some really good information about Dubrovnik. We stayed 4 nights and would really like to come back sometimes in the future. We would very much recommend this apartment to everyone.
