Željka and her team are amazing. The property is conveniently located near shopping, the port, beaches, and Old Town. My family of four had an amazing few from our room. It is very safe and at night very peaceful to get the best sleep. The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk as well.

Our apartment was amazing, we had an ocean view and could sit on our balcony watching the sun set over the mountains and ocean...it was breathtaking. The receptionist (Zeljka) was so wonderful and helpful. We would stay there again but even for longer next time.

We loved our stay at the Pervanovo Apartments. The manager met us at check in and quickly gave us all the information we needed, she was extremely helpful and pleasant. The apartment is big, clean and full of amenities such as a full kitchen and washing facilities. It was a good price and conveniently located less than 10 minutes from a nice beach and a 5 minute walk to a bus that takes you to the old Town. We asked for a 1 hour extension to check out later and the property manager was extremely accommodating. We would definitely stay there again and fully recommend it

These apartments are perfect. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Easy walk to lots of great places in Lapad and beautiful beaches. Getting an Uber to the old city is simple and inexpensive.

Modern and spacious apartments in a quiet location, but still easy to get to the hussle and bustle of the old town. The apartments have everything you need to feel like you are at home. Ours was on the ground floor, so we had no views, but I guess that this is the luck of the draw. Staff were very helpful. The front desk is not always open, but once they had settled us in, we kept in touch on WhatsApp and they always responded to our needs and questions. There was some noise from the family above. They also had a young child that was very active. The apartments have tiled floors and not many soft furnishings, so the noise travels between apartments, but the family kept reasonable hours, so the noise was only during waking hours.

We had asked for an airport shuttle for 10 of us. They were there, reliable and we were thankful. Our only complaint was that we had asked six months in advance that the three apartments be close by or at least in the same building but we were in three different buildings, communication was not great but otherwise it was nice.

Property was as described on website. Staff very professional, did call maintenance and promptly took care of the issue. Only thing I did not like was the comfort of the sofa bed, but moved mattress on the floor and did not contact property about it. Good soundproofing of apartments and decent neighbors, what more can you ask for? Had lovely view of the sea, not frontal but to the side. It proved a wonderful opportunity to have the same view in the bedroom, its window facing the view directly.

What an absolute delight this apartment was! Well appointed, comfortable, spotless and equipped with all mod cons. I stayed there with my wife and two children and we loved our whole time there. Kristina in the office was incredibly helpful as well. I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful apartment to anyone. There is also a very good supermarket nearby that provided us with some essentials that were unfortunately with our luggage in Vienna (bags arrived early next morning).I would happily stay there again.

We arrived in Dubrovnik early, the taxi transfer service I had organised previously with Pervanovo was there waiting for us at the airport, very reassuring, when we arrived at the reception office which opens in the afternoon he contacted Christine who arranged the cleaning staff to come over and greet us. They were very friendly, helpful and showed us to our apartment which was ready to use. Thank you to them.

Utilities washing machine iron etc and the hairdryers were a good addition, you won't need to take one. The bedrooms were all a good size for family and friends to sleep in comfortably, we had the 3 bedroom and balcony apartment which was on the second floor, the views from the balcony were breathtaking.

Spacious, attractive apartment with nice deck. I had a conference at one of the Valamar hotels about a 20 minute walk from this property, and decided to stay here. I'm very happy about that decision! There is a small grocery store a few minutes away. The apartment had a nice washing machine and modern bathroom, and comfortable bed. It was quiet in the evenings, peaceful. Highly recommended.

The Pervanovo Apartment were in a good location. Close to Copacabana Beach, a 5 min walk, only a 15 minute drive to Old Town, the big historic area where all the tourist things are. The property was spacious beds were ok. We had some issues with the water, either boiling hot or cold. They came right away to help. They needed to walk through the apartment with us upon arrival to show us how water worked, stove and microwave as they were different than ones we have ever seen.

Good location, nice size, clean. There was little sound proofing between the apartments so we could hear our neighbours. There was also no partition between the balconies which could be a little awkward if both us and our neighbours were all on there

The issue we had was that the price charged at check in was different from the one on the reservation and it was not because of any extra charges or city tax. Our reservation was made in EUR and they converted it to local currency, which increased price in about EUR 50. This info is not stated anywhere in the booking, so something to be aware of. The 2nd issue was that we informed them at the time of booking that we were bringing a dog, together with remarks about bed arrangements. Their employee said they never got any of this. Luckily they realized that they had made a mistake and the problem was solved without further headache.

Good Apartment...slightly far from old city but lavish parking and open space.Old city is easily accessible via uber(cheaper than city bus if there are 4 people).

The staff from the chamber maids to the receptionist were very freindly and helpfull. The location, with both the beach and resturants 10 minutes away. Theres a supermarket close by, and the bus stop into Dubrovnik is about 15 minutes away.

Villa was great, very clean and comfortable. The location is great with Copacabana beach a 10 minute walk away, with restaurants & bars just up from the beach.
Going in the other direction there are lots of restaurants and bars a 10/15 minute walk away. There is also a bus stop here which takes you to Old Town and various places.
The welcome from Kristina (I hope I have remembered her name correctly) was lovely and she was really helpful.

Spacious apartment close to beach
We enjoyed the apartment about 10 minutes walk from beach. It was about 20 minutes away by car or bus to the old city. The hostess was very helpful on nearby attractions and available for any questions. The apartment was comfortable, when there was an issue with the hot water they were there in 10 minutes to get it fixed.

Apartment is spacious, very clean, fully equipped kitchen incl detergents & cleaning sponge & paper towels. Onsite free parking, good free wifi, air conditioner. Very quiet (except on the first night there was a music festival at the nearby camping grounds) & safe. Nice balcony with nice view to the sea and island. 15 min drive into the old town Dubrovnik (or by bus, walk 10 min to bus stop). Has laundry washing machine in the apartment. PEMO supermarket 15 min walk. A nice tavern restaurant 5 min walk away.
The young receptionist under training was very very helpful and friendly. Made efforts to attend to our needs and questions, with a smile !

Another of the two apartments we had, has both double bedrooms on one same floor. The manager who checked us in, assigned the one with both bedrooms on one floor to one couple, and the one with the bedrooms on two floors to our two couple group. It would have been more sensible to assign the rooms the other way around !
Our towels were not changed at all for the 3 nights we were there, nor was there any daily service.
For cash payments, only accepts Croatian currency, even if the booking confirmation is in a foreign currency.

A short bus ride to city center. Spacious apartment in a quiet area. Less than 10 minutes walking to the beach on foot. Grocery store within walking distance. Nice balcony to relax or have food/ drinks on.

I got in relatively late (about 19:00) and the young lady had waited for me to show up. She was kind, enthusiastic saw I was in the wine business and recommended some great wine bars and restaurants. She walked me to a very spacious, and elegant apartment and showed me around and gave me some pointers on the neighborhood. No sooner had she left for the day that I mistakenly locked myself out (I'm used to plastic key cards. This is key entry) ....I called her on her cell, she answered and said not to worry she would quickly return - and when she did she had a big smile and was gracious letting me back into the apartment. Truly exceptional customer service and a great location and comfortable and spacious place to stay while visiting Dubrovnik. For one person....it was huge. Definitely a place for a couple or a family. I will return...hopefully, next time with my girlfriend.

Quiet location with superb view over the islands
Used this apartment as a 10-day holiday base for visiting, primarily Dubrovnik but Split, Kotor, Montenegro and Mostar, Bosnia with self drive car hire as well. Local supermarket and bakery provided for breakfast on the balcony, lunch out and mostly restaurant dining in the evenings. Restaurant prices are not much different to UK-anything between £50 and £120 for 2-3 courses with a good (Croatian) bottle of wine, of which there is a fantastic choice. Using the 7-day Dubrovnik Card paid for itself in museum entries, city wall tour, bus rides and discounted island (Lokrum) visit. On first thought, we liked the idea of an apartment in the Old City but when the nightly noise from crowds and cleaning services are considered, staying outside was better. Two Top Tips: 1. Use the Port of Dubrovnik website to determine when the cruise liners are in and avoid the worst days as there can be an influx of up to 10,000 extra people all trying to visit the same places as you! 2. Decide your itinerary and do your sums to see if a Dubrovnik Card could save you money.

Our apartment had a superb sea view though would have liked more sun on the balcony , being a sun worshipper! The welcome from the receptionist was excellent , being very helpful and informative.Very clean and quiet surroundings and close to a beautiful beach too. Lovely Apartment with great sea views
Our first time in Croatia and what an amazing stay. We loved the 2 bedroom apartment with great sea views from the balcony from which we ate breakfast every morning whilst watching the ships go out... Staff were very friendly and accommodating and our stay went without hitch from start to finish. The local Copacabana beach (within easy walking distance) was very nice and great for a swim, although did get a tad crowded and hiring sun loungers were quite expensive. The seafood at the Orsan restaurant (recommended by staff) was excellent and the setting on Lapad harbour front was stunning... Great bus links into Dubrovnik which spared the nightmare of trying to park the car! All in all we had a great first trip to Croatia and saw some amazing places during our week and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to visit Croatia, we will hopefully be back soon...

Unfortunately, the blind/awning on the balcony was broken & could not be folded up. On Sat 15 July, there were very strong winds, which resulted in the blind banging into the bedroom window all night. This was extremely frightening & we had no sleep & was concerned that it would break the window . At 4am , the metalwork on the blind was buckled & the awning was dragging on the floor. We telephoned Mateja on her mobile at 4am several times, but her phone was not in service.
The next morning , we reported the problem to Mateja & confirmed it by letter which we delivered to the office.
The awning was made safe but we were unable to have the canopy open, which meant that there was no shade on the balcony for the remainder of our trip.
Mateja was very sympathetic , however did not believe that the awning was already broken when we moved in on July 13th. We had one night where we could not sleep & two days where we couldn't sit on the balcony, due to there being no shade.
The apartments were a distance from the local restaurants, but luckily we are fit & coped with the walks.

We had a great holiday in Dubrovnik. The apartment is near an attractive shale/pebble beach and also to a smaller beach with a walking trail to the marina. The sea is amazingly clear so wonderful for swimming. The buses to the old town are frequent and reasonably priced but they do get very full. There are many good restaurants and it helps to enjoy fish and seafood, which we do. Mateja was very helpful with providing leaflets and local information. We really enjoyed the boat trip and visit to Lokrum with its walking trails, botanic gardens and wildlife-rabbits and peacocks. The old town is just stunning of course and so it is shocking to see film of the bombing of Dubrovnik in 1991. We didn't like the main beach in Dubrovnik but there is a small cove about a kilometre further on, not signposted and down steep steps, which is very pretty and has a cafe.

Great apartment overlooking the sea, close to beach (10mins walk) mini supermarket (10mins walk), 10min walk to a wonderful pedestrianised pathway full of bars and restaurants all the way down leading to a lovely coastal walkway with a cave bar.
Only downside was the wifi connection, drops out a lot and isn't too strong in the bedrooms or balcony so if you're planning to do any work or watch a movie you may encounter interference but on the whole it was a great apartment.

Excellent apartment, finished to a very high standard with great facilities. Very comfortable stay and a very pleasant apartment to be in, I wish I could live there! Good sized balcony with gorgeous sunset sea views from our room.

Absolutely wonderful stay in the apartment
My family and I had an AMAZING stay here. The apartment is so comfortable, clean, well-located (just 15-20 minutes drive and/or bus ride to the old city Dubrovnik), and loaded with amenities. The bedding was SO comfortable! We had a great 4 nights of sleep here. The view from the apartment was amazing as well. The apartment comes fully equipped with a kitchen, utensils/appliances, dishwasher, laundry washer, great wifi, free parking, separate living area and dining space, and more. My dad was raving in particular about how much he enjoyed the apartment (he is generally a hard man to please, so that's saying a lot!), and we cannot wait to return :) Thank you!!

Excellent apartments!
We stayed here for 6 nights and found the apartments to be clean, homely and spacious. The apartments are close to Copacabana beach about a 7 minute walk away. It's around a 10 minute taxi drive into old town, which costs around £10. We found Sanja to be extremely helpful and friendly and gave us valuable advice to get around the area. I would definitely stay here again, the apartments were excellent value for money!

The lady at reception (Soja) goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay and gives you all the help and information you need. She is what makes the stay at the apartments great. The apartments are close to the beach with plenty of space and facilities. It's a little further out of town in the middle of summer it was tiring but it's super easy to get into town with the local bus that runs every 10mins

Apartment lived up to previous reviews, could not fault it, great location, very clean, everything you need, we arrived very early, but as apartment had been cleaned, they gave us keys. Nothing was to much trouble, Sonja was very friendly and professional, would highly recommend these apartments. Campsite around you hardly notice and very quiet.

There is a bus stop (number 6 to Pile gate and 7 to the port and bus terminal) within 10 minutes walk from the apartment. If you are arriving later at night, I recommend the transfer. The hotel staff, Sanja, was lovely and very informative regarding bus schedules, restaurants and other general information.

The property manager waited for our arrival in the evening and was very helpful with maps, bus routes, and restaurant suggestions. He showed us to our apartment and it was just as advertised. We hoped we would have been in one of the buidings facing the water, but since we weren't there very much, it didn't seem to matter too much. The apartment was well equipped. An AC/heating unit in each room, washing machine, dvd players on each TV, fully equipped kitchen, and wifi were all great. We did not use the TVs or DVD setups, so I'm not sure how they were. House was clean and a decent size for our family of four. Bus stop that takes you into old town is only a 15 minute walk away. A cute restaurant just 5 minutes away, associated with the camping area, came in handy one night when we were tired and hungry. Other restaurants, small grocery store, and shops are all just a short drive away. Nice place to stay if you don't want to be right in downtown.

Excellent Staff and GREAT accommodations
Informative \"can-do\" staff! We are not prima donnas but everything we asked for (directions, them to make restaurant reservations for us, restaurant recommendations) they did with a smile. Location was far from Old Town and bus-stop was 10 min walk from apartments. Bus-stops are un-named and confusing but we learned to look for Renault car shop for us to get off. Apartments were \"boiler\" heated so my 13yr old daughter used all hot water during shower. But we are a family of 5.

This is a fantastic place to stay. We had an early arrival time and it was no problem for us to do an early check-in. We ended up getting a much larger apartment than we had booked with a great ocean view.

We were permitted to arrive earlier than reception opening at 3 as housekeeping staff welcomed us. We had taken the bus from Pile Gate (v efficient service) and needed directions to walk to Pervanova but fortunately encountered an English speaking girl who knew where we needed to go. (That's my only criticism!) Apartment was immaculately clean, well furnished and equipped with every mod con and impressed to see that kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc all supplied. Although view from balcony of Adriatic Sea was slighly obscured by trees, it was still stunning to view the Dalmatian Mountains, particularly as dusk fell. Magnificient evening display by hundreds of House Martins was a joy to watch. Although the apartment was surrounded by residential apartments, it was very peaceful. The supermarket just yards away had, sadly, closed and the nearest one was a good half mile away but the walk, particularly on the return up hill, did us good! Babin Kurk beach is stunning and easy to walk to but also on bus route. V nice restaurant serving reasonably priced good quality meals within 5 minutes' stroll. We loved Dubrovnik and Croatia is stunning with amazingly friendly people with exception of bus drivers who were a grouchy bunch but maybe fed up with ferrying tourists on circular routes all day long! Visit More Cave bar, again easy to walk to, for its wonderful terrace over looking a picturesque bay and its stunning interior. Not to be missed.

4th Time just as good as the 1st
Stayed at the Pervanovo for the fourth time last week and it's just as good as ever. Nice big 2 bedroom apartment in Lapad away from the crowds of the old town. Perfect for getting away, but still close enough to restaurants and grocery, beach, etc... It's a short drive or bus ride and a moderate to longer walk to the old town. Apartment is spotless and has everything you could want. Free wifi, all kitchen supplies, toiletries, satelite TV, etc...If they don't have it just ask and they will get it for you. The view from the front row apartments is wonderful. Will be back agaiin.

Fantastic view, all mod cons
The standout thing for this apartment was the view! We had a furnished balcony with an amazing view of the sea and neighbouring islands. The apartment was very well equipped, with comfy sofas, a large tv, and fully kitted out kitchen. Ana was very helpful, arranging airport transfers both ways and giving us advice on the local area. There was a small supermarket 5 min away. The buses into town are frequent and the bus stop was about a 5 min walk from the apartment. The only issue was that the main bedroom had water damage and some mould in the corner of one wall which looked like it was from a leak from the bathroom above.

We couldn't use the bedrooms at all in the afternoons and all our windows had to be kept shut due to their noise and cigarette smoke. Then if this wasn't enough, one night, after 8pm, the cleaners were cleaning the unit upstairs, using vacuums, moving and clunking the furniture and making a racket for two hours.
The location of the apartments wasn't at all good, it was a twenty min bus ride to the old city, a twenty minute walk to the nearest supermarket and restaurants and a ten minute walk to the beach. So it was near nothing of value and the sea view was non existent. There are much better locations to stay, nearer to the city and on the water like Lapad. Very Comfortable Apartments
We were lucky enough to be allocated an apartment on the 2nd floor which gave us magnificent views of the surrounding bay. It was very clean and well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Only drawback is there is no lift so you have to climb 2 flights of stairs with your luggage. A 10 minute walk to the local No. 6 bus which comes very regularly and takes you into the centre. There are some local restaurants and shops about a 10 minute walk away but very limited choice of restaurants. One stop on the bus is the Lapad area where there are loads of hotels and restaurants. The two girls in reception were extremely helpful and welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pervanovo Apartments. Our apartment was modern and well equipped and was bigger than we've been used to in Greece & Turkey - it was great for 4 adults (we went with our 18 and 20 year old children). We chose to eat out mostly, but with a fridge, freezer, full sized cooker, microwave and dishwasher, the kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook. There were lots of restaurants within easy walking distance and the best meal we had was at the Atlantic Kitchen.
The apartments were a short walk from Copacabana beach where you could get sunbeds and umbrellas. On the other side near the Levant restaurant there were rocks for perching on with steps in to the sea for swimming, which we preferred.
The reception staff gave great advice about things to see and do and were always keen to help. For instance, we were given access to a shower on our last day before our evening flight home. We also booked the 3 island boat tour through them, which we really enjoyed.
A visit or two to the Old Town is a must with the cable car and walk around the walls.

Good place for a family stay in Dubrovnik
We are a family of 4 who stayed here in June of 2014 for just two nights. The apartment was clean and the price was right. The only issue to consider is that it is about a 10 minute walk from the bus stop, so it can be a bit of a hassle getting in and out with luggage if you are not driving. We didn't mind, and I think we would have minded even less if we had stayed for longer. The location is about 20 minutes by bus from the Pile Gate, but it is very close to the Copacabana beach and to shopping and dinning areas out on Lapad. The area is beautiful. The view from the front of the apartment is stunning.

Fabulous views of the Adriatic
What can you say about the Pervanovo Apartments that has not already been said? Lovely, well equipped apartment with everything you need - washing machine, wi-fi connection, air con,etc. We arrived early and this was no problem to Meerija, the manager, who was more than helpful in settling us in and spent time advising us of the amenities nearby, how to get to the Old Town, etc. As we were on the second floor, the views of the Adriatic were amazing. The beach was less than 10 Minutes walk and the Old Town a 20 minute bus ride. I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you are visiting Dubrovnik.

Fabulous Apartment, quiet area, lovely staff
Staff couldn't be any more helpful. Apartment was spotless. We were on the ground floor, had a view of the sea if slightly limited but made up for by two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We could watch the cruise ships coming and going. Everything you could ask for was provided. Dishwasher (with tablets), Washing Machine (with powder), loo rolls, air conditioning, wi-fi, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave. My husband would have preferred to be nearer to the old town but the bus stop is 3-4 min walk away (we found a shortcut - turn right out of apartment, follow dirt track up to the top road) then the bus is only 10-15 mins. Lovely little shop on site.
Tip - if you have small children in the bath, cover the hot side of the mixer tap with a flannel as it gets scalding hot.

these appartments are really nice and modern with a fantastic view from the balcony. The staff reponded very qickly to my emails and arranged transfers from the airport for us.gave us good tips on what to do and visit in the area. The staff even gave my husband a surprise bottle of wine for his birthday which fell while we were staying there.

We were a hen party staying at the Pervanova Apartments in Lapad, a 10 minute taxi service to the Old Town. We had an amazing stay! The Apartments were fantastic - clean, comfortable, great value for money and just around the corner from Copacobana Beach! The 10 minute taxi ride to old town was no problem too! High quality semi-rural duplex apartment
A ten minute drive/bus ride (every 10 mins) from the old city but in a countryside setting with lovely walks. Very quiet day and night so best for relaxation not part-time. Manager extremely helpful with good contacts and helpful advice. Spent 2 days here after 3 in the old city (Celenga appts) - a great wind down before returning home. Would do it again at the drop of a hat. Thoroughly recommended.

Have stayed here 3 times in the past year and this place is just perfect in every way. Modern, exceptionally clean, quiet two bedroom apartments in a quiet residential area. A five minute walk to the grocery store or the beach and a 10 minute walk to some great little restaurants.
