Fantastic location, in the best area!!!
Rooms were lovely, big, clean and with a balcony.
Pool area was cute.
Breakfast was ok, but not great. And I had dinner once in the restaurant but I wouldn’t recommend.
Staff were all very polite, and fast laundry service!

All staff are very friendly and efficient. The food was all lovely and the pool was a great place to cool down, although we would have liked a handrail to aid getting out again. There is no designated bar area so nowhere to sit when coming back to the hotel in the evening, which meant we often purchased drinks at 7-eleven and drank in our room - this is not a negative comment, just an observation.

It’s an awesome property. Across the street from a 7 11, and a supermarket. The mountain side is awesome. The only downside is the need to get a ride down from the mountain. I missed my flight due to the wait for my ride. Also, it’s a considerable walk to the tourist areas. Need to book a grab to any of the tourist attractions.

Quaint hotel. Good sized room but mine looked onto the main road. Woken a few times by loud mopeds. Worst was TV. Poor channel selections. Mostly Thai and Chinese. Bad reception.

Well-priced hotel in a fun neighborhood. While it's a bit of a hike to old town, the red buses go by frequently and you'll rarely wait long for a cheap ride. The neighborhood is full of different restaurants and shops, and even the hotel restaurant has good options. I didn't have time to try the pool but it looked very inviting and super clean.

Bathroom ventilation is poor, also the shower pipe has serious blockage which causes flood in the bathroom.

The wifi is weak, the connection can’t even allow streaming of youtube video.

The breakfast food quality just soso, especially the coffee is disappointing. The variety of food has no surprise.

Hotel staffs friendly & helpful. Rooms facing small road abit noisy. Walking distance to 7-eleven & small supermarket but need to take public trandport to Maya shopping centre & nights markets.
Very near to Chiang Mai airport can hear quite loud airplane sound for taking off & landing....

The location of the property is great. A lot of good restaurants and shops around. The pool area is nice and the room is quiet at night despite being close to a main road. The rooms are quite small but enough space for just sleeping. Breakfast was good and staff were welcoming.

If the room is away from the street, it’s perfect!

We would stay in this place again if we get quiet room. Over all it’s great except that we got the room just next to the busy street and a pub so all night we can hear tuk tuks, motorcycles, music, people shouting. If we get quite room, this hotel is perfect. It’s clean, easy check in, friendly staff, nice breakfast, nice design, equipped well with amenities.

The hotel is rather noisy from doors closing from other rooms and movements of residents. Perhaps dampeners of some kind is needed. Also not helped by the fact there is no carpeting.

Disappointing experience

I had to pay extra room charge for my son (which is fine) but when I requested for extra bath towel for him.. was told the charge does not include towel!!! I had to demand for one and offer to pay for it before they agree to bring a towel up! My gosh!

This place was incredible! We switched hotels after our first night in Chiang Mai and went here. It was super clean, great bathrooms/showers, and the breakfast was included and incredible. The room service was super cheap and no matter what time you ordered something the food was incredible!

Great find. Recommended.

A real find in an up-and-coming area. The decor is very understated and tasteful. Breakfast was average but we had one lunch from room service which was very good. Lots of thoughtful touches such as the eco initiatives (energy saving, soap dispensers, laundry service). The most inviting chlorine-free pool!

Pros: good location, freindy staff, clean and spacious room with sliipers for swimming pool, buffet breakfast with a la cart hot food, inhouse washer and dryer. Beautiful pool.
Cons: no toothbrush/ condiItioner in bathroom kit.

It is not the hotel''s fault to have loud, rude and inconsiderate Chinese guests. But the hotel room does not have very good sound proof walls and doors which made it miserable.

Nice breakfast and very comfortable room

The breakfast was really tasty with wide variety of choices. They do not run out of food although we went down to have breakfast at almost 10 a.m. The room was clean but the wooden floor was a bit slippery. The location is good, walkable to the famous Nimman road, where there are nice restaurants, clubs and etc.

Great little find.

Wonderful little find. We had a great stay and really found it to be value for money spent. The area is great for just walking around and discovering small little hole in the wall restaurants and coffee shops. We were picked up and dropped off by the hotel at a minimal cost. All in all the stay was great. Unfortunately, it is not very quiet inside the hotel. The doors are quite loud when they close. They have obviously had this problem since opening as there is a plaque on the inside of the door requesting people to please close the door quietly. People don't always pay attention. So if you are a late sleeper be aware.
Other than that no complaints. We had room 502, which is on a corner. Much quieter and not so noisy.

rooms - the rooms are old and need re-furbishing, toilets were not clean, noisy as it is close to main street and there is a pub across the street.
pool - nice chill out place.

Restaurant staff need some training. They do try but some don’t speak any English.
Good area to get around. Getting an Uber is super easy, they are always five mins away.

NEED TO PAY to use the Iron and Iron board.

It was a nice and new hotel, however the staff in the reception need to improve their politeness and due to too many Chinese tourist in the hotel and the staff just assume all asian looking are from china and give you \"I dont care'' attitude. ALSO one ridiculous policy in the hotel is guest NEED TO PAY to use the Iron and Iron board. 100 Bath for an hour. this is first time I heard as a frequent travel in Asia.

Stayed here 3 nights. Staff are great, do anything for you. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Close to Maya Shopping centre and some great places to eat. Pool is nice too. Would recommend. :)

Absolute rip off of you lose a room key. Even though inhad spent over a week in the hotel and spent a lot of drinks and food. There was no breaking the rules 500bhatt for a piece of plastic.

Great hotel within walking distance to the old cit

Staff extremely attentive to our needs. We walked to the old city and nearby temples and had a wonderful chat with a monk. Wonderful Thai massage at nearby spas.

It's a pleasant hotel without being memorable. It's location is a bit too far to walk to the centre but a Uber is around 50-75 baht or the hotel has its own taxi service (250 baht)
The breakfast we felt could have been better, bacon pale and fatty. No omlette, but plenty of local breakfast choice, personally the rest of the day local food is great. Fruits, cereals etc good

I stayed here for four days and enjoyed my stay. The Good: Hotel is new and very clean, comfortable bed and excellent linens. Hotel staff is very well trained. I wanted to extend my stay during Christmas season and the front desk did a good job of working that out for me. Pool was very nice - I swam every day. Excellent breakfast.

The Bad. I booked a standard room which was very small. And the rooms have the mini-refrigerator, which, as with all hotels these days, was stacked full with their own very expensive beverages, so there was no room for anything, even fruit. There was no room for ice, but for a nominal fee they did bring ice up to my room each evening.

The other problem was the location of the room safe, which was on the floor. Very good to develop your calf muscles getting down and up several times a day, but if you have any mobility issues it will not be easy.

I paid 70 USD per night, which was high for Chiang Mai but it was during Christmas season so maybe ok.

I would stay there again for up to 4 days at around 50 USD per day, as the location is excellent and the service is good. I would get a bigger room next time.

The service at this hotel was wonderful! The GM was very attentive, he would go by every table at breakfast asking if there was anything the staff could assist us with. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the location was perfect just 100 thb away from old city by tuk tuk. Breakfast was also very good! Thank you Buri Suri!

フロントとベルボーイさんが丁寧でした。子連れでしたが優しくしてくださり、嬉しかったです。駅からも徒歩5分圏内で、朝ごはんのビュッフェも美味しくとても綺麗なホテルでした。

部屋も設備もきれいでした。プールも気持ちがよかったです。ただ、となりの部屋の音は聞こえやすかったです。また、バスタブはありません。

旧市街やリバーサイドなど中心街からは車で10分程度かかり少し不便な面もありましたが、ホテルでゆっくりした時間を過ごしたい方にはいいと思います。ホテルで1日300バーツで原付の業者を手配してくれます。

すぐ近くにあるオアシススパがきれいでとても良かったです。スパに無料の送迎サービスがあるため、最終日はスパのあとホテルで荷物をピックアップして空港まで送ってもらうことができました。
