Coffee shop on top floor is rip off where they charged 100 bhd for 2 beers and sheesha. Aggressive staff who will charge you extra fees and bully you into paying. Be careful.

Great hotel overall, but very noisy at night.

This is a nice hotel, the room was huge, the bed was very comfortable, the service was excellent and the location was great.
However, as it seems to be in hotels here, the noise from the nightclub was excessive. It was located on the third floor and my room was on the tenth floor, but I could still hear it! Most nights I was kept awake until 3am.
I didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that.The rooftop swimming pool looked as though it could do with a bit of an extra clean, but the rest of the hotel, including my room, was fine.

The receptionist tried to charge extra $40 for a visitor who stayed for 30 minutes, even though the booking fee for 1 or 2 adults are the same. He also insisted on taking and keeping my passport even though I have an official valid ID, I had to speak to a manager to get it sorted out. Also, there were extremely loud noise from the next room all night until 7 am!

Nice hotel unfortunately asked for quiet room and music from clubs didnt stop till after 2 am. Suggest other hotel if u looking for quiet place. Breakfast fine, exactly what I expected from budget range hotel.

Every thing was ok, except the sleep in the night .

There was night club in the 2nd floor with very loud music and songs.

My first stay here was excellent so I looking forward to this stay. But it wasn't the same the sheets on the bed were torn the comforter had obviously been repaired repeatedly, the mattress was extremely hard. I value consistency and it was here. That is so sad since the staff is wonderful

Hotel was closed due to Ramadan and guests were given a room at Arman Hotel. Nobody was at the lobby and had to wait for over 15 mins until a worker saw me and told me it was closed. Nobody picked up the phone when I tried calling either.

Trrible check in checkout

They could not find the expedia reservation so they took an hour to check me in i was exhausted and in need for a rest. They kept the passport didnt ask if i am a smoker and gave me a smoker room

The hotel is complex in structure and breakfast terrible and expensive

Was not a good experience at all

Don't waste your time and money , if it is free stay avoid staying at this hotel , it is only for Indian guests , other nationalities are not welcome . Terrible guest service

Fine but very noisy

The room was very decent, big and clean. However, my purpose was going to a hotel and sleep, not booking a bed in a club... They have one or two clubs/lounges inside the hotel, so it was absolutely noisy. This should be highlighted so much. It is definitely not a place to go if you don't have plans for partying.
