This incredible 4-star establishment is located in a vibrant district of Manama called Juffair. The hotel is modern & offers many amenities, including a luxury-style pool. My room was extremely clean & spacious, and the bed was very comfortable! The exceptional service from the entire hotel staff cannot be overstated, & absolutely exceeded my expectations. Notable recognition goes out to Bhim (a truly amazing concierge) for his sharp attention to detail & perfect sightseeing recommendations!! Without him, I would have been lost (since Bahrain was a last-minute vacation getaway from my arduous work in Kuwait). Jamaica at the reception desk welcomes every hotel guest with a warm smile, is very dedicated to hospitality, and provided me with stellar customer service. The daily breakfast is abundant & delicious, and the server, Sunshine made my dining experience a pleasant one. Thank you, Pars International Hotel!!!

Run away don’t stay there

Broken shower both sprayer and off and on valve. The tv was broken and the next day the room smelled like raw sewage. Tried to move me to a different room which the whole hall smelled like an ashtray in a non smoking section. The rooms are very outdated and requested to be beside my friend and was opposite with no view. When asked for compensation the girl laughed at me and I told them we will never stay there again.

Pleasant stay. TV channels need upgrades. Bathroom had a tub with shower curtain - which is old style.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional. I will plan on staying here again. It’s close to eating places and shopping.
Three of the staff, Margaret, Ravi, and Gal also the concierge Ylarinder were extremely polite and helpful. Loved the stay there.

2 nights stay at the Pars International Hotel

No issues with checking in, smooth and efficient.
Staff where friendly and polite.
Room was clean and in good condition.
My only negative really was the lack of hot water, I mentioned to the front desk 3 times, on the morning of my check out the shower temperature had increased to luke warm.
Bathroom could do with modernisation.
All public facilities where closed due to the current situation.
Good location, was over happy with my stay.

I’ve stayed here before but this trip was bad , the front desk clerk didn’t have provide anything I asked for in my pre booking, extra toes, high floor and non smoking room. In addition the room and bed was smaller than advertised.

The staff was very nice! This is more of a party hotel but they were accommodating and very helpful. Everyone had a smile and helped me several times. The room was clean and the AC worked well. The only issue is that i was on the second floor, directly above the bar. The band in the bar was very good, so it was ok with me. The breakfast buffet was very good, I just have no complaints.

There is a club onsite, so it is not a family friendly property. Expect a brothel like atmosphere with lots of loud musuc and the strong smell of alcohol lingering in the air.

Good place for Families

Room was clean. Hotel staff brought in a crib for us free of charge. Unfortunately the crib had low walls so the baby could crawl out so we used it for our 3-year old instead. Very polite and responsive. We were on the 4th floor and couldn’t hear the music from the club.

Hotel was as usual as I am staying 6-7 times in same hotel. Off course that is the reason for repeated stay in same hotel. But this time I stayed in 7th floor and internet access was very poor. Reported 3 times and not seen any progress. May be due to this reason I will rethink my decision in future. because there is no scarcity for Hotels I Bahrain..
We are staying there for weekend . So the Wi-Fi is more important in a hotel.
Every time the lobby answered rubbish answer that there is a connection error or wiring error. like that/ There is a major issue there and every body hiding to customer,

nice and free hotel .

Check out time should be more flexible. I requested till 4 o clock but they allowed me only till 3 PM
My flight was in midnight . I wasted about 8 hours in roads. Even check in was done 5 hrs late.

They have to cooperate with gust when there is no other immediate check in in the same room. some time we order some thing and this will be added advantage for the hotel.

That is why I think there should be better flexibility for check in and check out timing.

Good Hotel in Juffair

I stayed in the Pars for a weekend in January 2018. It was as one would expect. The check-in was quick and easy. The staff is courteous and professional. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. It's ok for the money. On the negative side the lighting in the room is harsh; a dimmer switch would be nice. The TV was cheap and the picture was bad, but who comes to Juffair to watch TV? The bars are crawling with east Asian working ladies, so I thought it was unfair that the hotel management assesses a surcharge for bringing a guest to the room.

I stayed at the fifth floor as i did not want to stay in higher levels since there is a night club at the ninth floor ..There is also another night club at the first floor ..I like the sea view ..Comfortable bed..Light is sufficient ..Unfortunately no international news channels like CNN...etc.They have only BBC .There is only one electrical outlet .
There is a safety box but it seemed not working properly ..
I think the hotel not suitable to families ..

Decided to stay over since I had too many drinks to drive home. Hotel is nice and staff is friendly. Good value for money. Would probably not go there with family, but definitely would stay again if I need a reliable place to crash.

First...I would easily recomend this hotel IF you’re coming to tour and maybe party and basically only use the hotel for sleeping. Breakfast was limited (at best). The room was large, but the tub leaked and caused the floor to be constantly wet. The hallway smelled of old wet carpet although no carpet was present! The beds were comfortable enough for the night and the hotel offers free airport shuttle and a couple of attractions nearby!

I stayed for 4 days to have some time away from Kuwait to relax. I was disappointed on arrival to find that the swimming pool and gym were completely closed for major maintenance work. This was not mentioned at all on the booking site, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. The bedroom was OK but the bathroom very low standard. Water leaked from the shower head and sprayed such that it formed a mini-river across the floor every time I had a shower. Mentioned it to maintenance but it was not fixed over 4 days. No plug in sink so couldn't wash face etc. in sink. Mentioned again to maintenance but no action there either. The Bloomers Bar and Z-Lounge were enjoyable. The concierge and front desk staff were friendly and generally helpful as far as they could be.

There is a night club on the first floor so people everywhere no parking. We parked in a dirt lot away from the hotel. Upon entering there were people everywhere and blaring music. We had to shove our way onto the elevator with a zillion single guys and they just kept shoving on. Our room on the 5th floor we listened to techno base until 2:30 am!!! We were in a non smoking room and it was full of smoke! The ac barely worked the room was worn and dingy. If it hadn't been so late we would have just driven the hour home. This hotel was horrible don't stay here!!!

This hotel was not what I was expecting. Nothing like the photos on their website. The pool was out of service and the sauna was not working. The walls in my room were dirty and very limited channels. I would like to request some kind of refund for the horrible experience. Thank you.

Pars Hotel Bahrain - Stay Away!

The website says that it overlooks Bahrain bay. Well, it's two blocks away from the water and if something is built in the empty lots in between, it won't have views.
The website touts 8 restaurants and bars. No, the pool bar, Rogina Lounge, Business Lounge, and Masti Restaurant either don't exist, or aren't open due to renovation. The breakfast buffet in Parsia, the Cafe is limited and of poor quality. Furthermore, the only coffee included is instant. I paid over $9 for 2 cups of brewed coffee. When I complained to the staff about the coffee issue, I didn't even get a perfunctory apology.
Let's talk sex workers aka prostitutes. I don't know if they come to the hotel when called by customers, or come to the lobby and wait for customers. I observed gentlemen approaching ladies in the lobby, getting into the elevator while the men groped the women publicly.

100% overpriced rooms. Poor customer service

they gave me a room, which was a downgrade from the one advertised on the website. I complained about that and they said they've run out of superior quality rooms, and that they might give me such a room upon my next visit. Can you believe that?!
They've also charged me a 50% additional fee for my wife, because I had booked a single-occupancy not a double room. When I complained about that they had the nerve to tell me that all hotels enforce such a policy. Clearly, the reception staff have no training whatsoever, and have never heard of \"customer service\".

I must admit, I was a bit concerned after reading reviews from other sites. The hotel is extremely clean ( I have stayed in a lot worse that had excellent reviews ) .
The staff were amazing , could find no fault with any of them .
If you are wanting a 5 star hotel with all the bling then this one is not for you BUT if you want affordable , clean , with great staff then I would suggest the Pars International .

We checked out of this hotel after 1 night. The staff were very kind, but the place is gross. We were greeted by cigarette smoke, our bed was hard, the extra bed they brought was the most digusting mattress I have ever seen, coach roaches in our room, and to top it off, we heard the music from the bar downstairs all night! It was so awful. Spend an extra $50 (usd) a night and the quality of the hotel is so much better.

Friendly Staff, Great Service, Convenient Location

This is the second time I am staying in this friendly hotel and I am never disappointed. The staff are very friendly and they will do their best to help you. Plenty of entertainment inside the hotel itself and at your doorstep. Twenty minutes leisurely walk to Juffair where there are great of restaurants and cafes.
All in all, great stay and I will certainly stay there again.

Prostitutes and pimps everywhere

In the lobby, clubs, and restaurants there were prostitutes everywhere. I was sitting in the lobby waiting for friends and within a 30 min window I counted about 30 women in small groups coming into the hotel wearing robes and long coverups, bypassing the receptionist and heading straight for the elevators. The hotel staff seemed very accepting of these activities as if they are making money from it.

The Pars is well located and easy to get to, which is important in Manama. The staff is excellent. We only stayed the weekend and immediately they learned our names. The room was very clean. There was a small problem and maintaince showed up in under 5 minutes to fix it correctly. I would stay there again without a second thought. The downside is the there are 2 very active bars in the hotel. In the evening they are extremely loud with very questionable clientele. The staff go out of their way to shield guests from them.

OK if you don't mind the night club's customers

I was looking for a mid range hotel in Bahrain for one night. This hotel is in a good area but the hotel itself was a bit dated, although clean. the service was basic...nothings fantastic but I can't complain really. My main issue about the hotel, which would stop me from staying there again, is the night club in the first floor. The club customers and the hotel residents share the same entrance and lifts ....which is not very pleasant specially when you come back to your room at 1 or 2 am to meet some drunk men and woman outside your hotel and in the main lobby and my the lifts
