Everything was excellent except 1 paid 148 usd per night but I had to pay for breakfast separately
When some customers pay lower price and got free breakfast was 20 usd I am very dissatisfied with this

Would have been four star. But very bad breakfast

First of all, the staff are excellent.

The rooms are decent, and the location is very handy for the Canton fair.

But make sure you book the breakfast as they charge approximately $15 for a very mediocre breakfast.

Food is often very cold, only one coffee maker for 100 or more guests

The selection of food and breakfast is good, but the quality is less than satisfactory.

It’s not hard to keep food warm, but they do not turn on the hot plates or heaters - so after moments of going out it is cold.

It could be vastly improved with a new faster coffee machine, or better again, three of them.

You’ll buy them all for the cost of one persons four day stay.

Also, switch on the heaters for the breakfast to keep it warm.

Out of a five nights stay. We only at here twice, it’s that bad. The rest of the state was excellent.

So sort out the breakfast. Don’t let yourselves be let down by reviews like this over tiny cost saving measures.

The hotel surrounding is very commercial. Hard to find food or convenient store. Hotel condition is good and quite clean. I considered it well maintained. The breakfast is good varieties of food to dessert. I liked the soya bean drink.

Great hotel
Lots of amenities around the facility for exciting dinning experience. Staff may not be able to guide you well but if you choose to explore, head out if main entrance and bear to left and walk a short alleyway onto a street towards your right and all you will notify is restaurants. On main highway side, good walking area to explore all sorts of shops and other stuff if you want.

It’s a nice hotel, great breakfast. But there was a really bad sewer smell in the lobby the whole time we were there.
It’s about an 8min walk to the subway station which is very convenient.

Even though the language barrier was difficult to overcome, the staff tried their best to help us and they did! We were able to get to where we needed and have a good experience of Guangzhou. The deluxe double is a beautiful, spacious room that was well maintained by house keeping.

Location: good but needed a taxi everyday to travel to attractions and malls.

Staff: polite and helpful

Cleanliness: great!

The only reason I couldn’t give this hotel full marks is because the breakfast didn’t cater for everyone. Chinese food served which was extra difficult for us as we were vegetarians. However I believe this is the case in most if not all hotels.

Overall, I had a relaxing stay in my bigger than kings size bed. Thank you to all the staff! 🙏

Learn Chinese to stay here

Hotel is very nice from the pictures they show, Lobby was clean and nice. Staff really does not speak English at all, maybe a few words, but that is it. They did not have a room for us with two beds and charged us to upgrade for an extra large room with a couch bed. Internet is slow and spotty. Food was just ok. Close to the Fair, which was nice. Took five tries to just get an electrical adapter.

This hotel is clean , the location is good for business especially if you want to attend the fair of guwanzhou, and dont want to pay 200$ for a hotel near the fair ,
The stuff are doing thier best to satisfy the customers , the hotel main income comes from the Chinese customers so they are not investing alot in english speakers reception stuff ,
they are very nice young guys , but their English language is not perfect, breakfast is good and if you like the Chinese food then the dinner is also good
Be ready to pay deposit and have enough RMBs to pay the hotel charges , they don’t accept USD in cash , you better exchange the money at the airport othewise you will spend a hour at the bank to do so Visa &MasterCard-are okay

Old world opulence with modern technology

Very comfortable hotel with great staff. It’s fairly close to the Canton Fair and they have a shuttle bus at the beginning and end of the day. If you don’t want to be there all day, a taxi is only about 15RMB using the meter. The room is very comfortable and breakfast is a good mix of local and western food. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Language can be a bit difficult, especially when ordering room service but they ended up sending someone to my room to take my order by pointing at the menu. Overall a great place to stay.

Overall was good, especially the service rendered by the staffs, there was this grand feeling, except the hotel is quite old. It would be better if the break fast can be improve into more international as the hotel name.

Hotel best for local clientele not international.

Hotel mainly focused on domestic clientele, very basic English spoken. Reception always busy, only ever one or two staff around. Arrived with no RMB cash and needed some for a taxi next day., Hotel could not change money or advance against my credit cards, even though holding over 2000 RMB deposit. Local ATM's didn't accept international cards. Lent 100 RMB from the bell boy (Johnathan) and paid him back later, great guy he helped me out of the situation, only good member of staff who wanted to help... I opted for the cheapest room as only traveling on business, room had no window on the 19th floor, comfortable room, ambiance - inside cabin on a cruise ship. Swimming pool, sauna etc are located in the adjacent spa complex with a 200 RMB access charge. Breakfast was OK. Small supermarkets and a McDonalds locally. Convenient for the Canton Fair complex, go by metro, 3 indirect stops and only 3RMB. I traveled to the hotel by metro from the airport, 3 changes, but really easy 8 RMB compared with 150 RMB in a taxi. Wouldn't stay again as nothing memorable about the place, choose a \"branded hotel\" if you want international service standards, that goes for most hotels in China.

交易会へのアクセスに近いです。ただ、近くに食事をするところは少なく、地下道を駆使し駅前に行かなくてはなりません。また天河公園も徒歩圏にあり、ジョギングする方にはおすすめ。ただ、部屋に窓がありません(笑)カーテンを開けても壁です。ですので、1階におりるまで外の様子は分かりません。また、朝食は7時からと遅く、激混みで、エレベーターはなかなか来ません。

El hotel es lindo pero el único inconveniente fue que por un imprevisto tuve que dejar el hotel 2 días antes de lo previsto y como el pago ya había sido efectuado, no me reintegraron el mismo y tampoco me dejaron los 2 días para una visita futura.

Kamers zijn goed en schoon, overigens ruikt het riool wel (maar dat is daar in veel hotels).
Ontbijt is zeer matig (weinig keus, niet echt vers)
Personeel is niet behulpzaam/meedenkend.
Ervaring, ja ik kom hier al 6 keer, waarom prijs/ligging, voor de rest helaas niet. want dat is al die tijd nog niet veranderd

中国人の旅行者多く、北京語の方が通じやすいので、ある程度話せる方向けのホテルです。

インテリアも可愛いですし、お部屋も綺麗です。
中国の四つ星レベルのホテルとしては、かなり良いと思います。

また、朝食も美味しいです！
特に、蒸し物、フルーツ、エッグタルトと仙草ゼリーが美味でした。

少しずつ朝食の内容に変化を持たせているようです！

中国なので、無愛想な表情ですが、スタッフはみんな親切です（笑）

タクシーを拾いやすい場所にあり、ホテルのすぐそばにコンビニが二件、少し歩くとマックや麺屋さんなどあります。

ホテル内のレストランの点心が美味しいのでオススメです。
お昼に点心メニューがあります。

ちなみに、ホテルの場所をタクシーの運転手さんが分からないことが多いので、住所を携帯の写真に保存して、見せると便利です！
