I arrived at the hotel two hours before check-in and they offered to give me the room if I paid 20,000 pesos. The next day I wanted to change the room because there was a lot of noise and they wanted to charge me and they wanted to give me a room on the sixth floor without hot water when I know there were rooms on the same floor and with the same amenities that I had paid for. the restaurant was a total disaster due to the visit of large groups of children and adults. the adults drank and yelled until dawn. disastrous . there was even a fight between these groups with shouts and blows. .

Not recommended. Very basic hotel, does not feel clean. Very noisy street. Poor quality room, does not exceed 2 star rating. Shocking, Trimmers on high floors of building, almost felt like small quakes. No wifi in room, only in lobby, and very slow. Bathroom door barely opens halfway, as the tiny hand sink blocks the door. Dark lobby during the day, as no lights are turned on. That area in general is really dirty, Will never stay there again.

No hot water, WiFi didn’t work , dirty rooms. Fridge was disconnected and we had to look for someone who then came with extension cord and cleaned the fridge. We had a small double bed with bunk beds even though we wanted a room for a couple!Bathroom didn’t have towels. Service was bad they did not want to help with anaything! The room was nothing like pictures!

Couple of days in Sta Marta

Not far from the beach main gathering area made it a good location and based on the price per night can't complaint on the hotel accomodations. During off season next time I may rent right in the beach with ocean view since all the hotels in the area are discounted

This hotel is a scam no internet at the hotel it is a hostile or local you have to upgrade your room just to get hot water when you get your room and have little bitty beds in your room you have to complain to get a big room and upgrade just to have hot water and just everyday services it is not Porto Bahia quality I checked out 12 days early to go somewhere else now they will not give me a refund they say it Hotel policy I say it's fraud everybody when they go to Columbia travels around

Hotel was perfect! Highly recommend!

We stayed a total of 4 nights at Porto Bahia and we absolutely loved it. We read a couple of mixed reviews but the hotel was perfect in our opinion. The staff from the check in, to the gentleman helping us with our luggage, to the cleaning staff, and the servers at breakfast were all wonderful and completely accommodating. We upgraded to a slightly nicer room for a couple and it was perfect for us and the price couldn't be beat. We didn't have any problems with the wifi and there was nice hot water in the shower despite what we read. Thank you Hotel Porto Bahia for a wonderful stay!!

Great location. We got a fair price for a last minute booking. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was cold. The rooms had a safe but they never came to unlock ours for us. We stayed during the Bolivarian Games 2017 and this hotel was the host for the Venezuelan athletes, which was kind of neat. The beach was a couple of blocks away and there were lots of restaurants nearby to eat at. Breakfast was included and had beans, fresh fruit, arepas, bread, juice and eggs. Just an FYI this hotel does not have hot water for your shower but it's so hot that you want a cold shower.

Perfect place( El Rodadero beach), less noise from the streets and bars and restaurants than other hotels, very nice from outside, and clean inside, very good breakfast , they try to change everyday something(buffet with service).The only minus is no hot water in the rooms, there is hot water only on 2nd floor.Ecellent stuff very friendly, Thank you Daniela (she speaks english) others in the reception are very friendly and helpfull. They have safe boxes.El Rodadero beach is much much beter than Taganga, and the prices are better fir evrything.

Hotel staff was welcoming not much english spoken. Cafeteria style breakfast served. Got dirth loks when i asked for more eggs the firdt mourning. Short walk to the nearby beach which was quite crowded. We discovered another beach a 30 min walk down Calle 2. It's not as developed but very nice beach and much quieter and not as many beach sellers. Lots of nearby restaurants and a couple of grocery stores nearby.

Experiencia respecto a Calidad Vs precio

Fue una excelente elección en cuanto a precio y calidad, la ubicación frente al mar, la vista desde la suit, el centro comercial a un costado, la variedad de menú, el comfort de las instalaciones me generan satisfacción. Pero Fue incomodo que los desayunos estaban incluidos al momento de reservar para mis hijos antes de 60 días y una vez instalados en el hotel al ingreso del restaurante nos manifestaron el cobro adicional y esta situación fue frente a otros huéspedes que en realidad no fue agradable ya que nos sentimos expuestos al ridiculo; creo que falto empatía por parte del personal y eso no es lo que se busca cuando opcionas por un hotel 5 estrellas. Mi recomendación es que se de manejo a un trato más agradable y que manejen una comunicación asertiva por parte de los colaboradores del hotel para que la experiencia sea más valiosa y satisfactoria.

No contaba con telefono, la línea estaba mala, las 2 primeras noches a pesar de estar prohibido el ruido después de las 9, no dejaron dormir ya q tenían un fieston al lado de nuestra habitación a las 2 de la mañana, la puerta de baño no abría del todo una persona gordita no entraría. El baño no tenía ducha. Y el servicio tras reclamar algunas cosas no fue bueno. La verdad las fotos de la habitación q reserve no coincidían mucho con la realidad.

El hotel está bien ubicado, es desayuno es suficiente y el personal es amable. La limpieza de las habitaciones es muy buena. En mi habitación (211) por tener camarotes adicionales a pesar de no necesitaremos el posicionamiento de la cama lo hace debajo del aire lo que produce un poco de disconformidad. La otra pareja que viajó con nosotros le fue asignada la habitación 205 que está bien repartida , el baño un poco más pequeño incómodo para compartir pero igualmente limpia y ordenada..se filtra mucho el ruido de la calle a las habitaciones podría trabajarse en esto..pero en general estuvo excelente. El restaurante tiene buenos precios y calidad . Los seviches recomendados. Si van a salir de excursión temprano lo informan y tendrán disponible para los clientes cajas de desayuno completas. Excelente..

Mi estadía estuvo muy agradable, la atención es buena, personas amables y siempre sonrientes. No tuve ningún inconveniente. El desayuno es normal y me pareció bueno teniendo en cuenta el costo de mk estadía. Una persona normal se da por bien servida con ese desayuno en cuanto cantidad y sabor. El restaurante ofrece licores y comidas muy bien preparadas y a precios justos. Para ser un hotel me parece que la carta es accesible y los platos son variados, tienes posibilidad de cargar las cuentas a tu habitación y pagar al momento del check out. Los cuartos cuentan con una mini nevera, televisor y un baño espacioso y cómodo. El Wifi es excelente en cuanto a rango de cobertura y velocidad, se conecta sin problemas ni inicios de sesión molestos como en otros hoteles.

Contra: el único detalle que no me agrado es que tienen un sistema de riego particuladonde agua en la zona de la terraza del restaurante. Eso ocasiona que partículas de agua (suponemos que es agua) caigan directamente sobre tu comida. Lo hacen para refrescar la zona pero realmente no es agradable ver cómo caen líquidos a tus platos sin control

El hotel es muy chévere, pero recomiendo realicen el pago de su estadía con anticipación ya que elegí pagar al momento de llegar al hotel y no me iban a respetar la reserva. Fue un momento bastante incómodo.
Al hotel le hace falta un ascensor más, debido a la alta demanda del mismo.

Fomos instalados no quarto totalmente diferente do contratado, posteriormente nos mudaram depois de reclamar e o café da manhã era simples e servido pelo restaurante em fila idiana, um pratinho para cada hospedes, não podia repetir e não havia queijo e frutas. Chegamos as 10 da manhã com um bebê de 1 ano e não podemos ir para o quarto, mesmo depois de realizar o checkin..ficamos aguardando no saguão do hotel por 5 horas. Porque o quarto só foi liberado as 15:00 da tarde. Foi dificil com uma criança e com a temperatura alta.

El personal es muy variado hay gente muy agradable como el señor de las maletas es muy simpático y algunos camareros tambien son muy simpáticos. También hay gente que es demasiado antipática..

De tres noches que reserve sólo me pude duchar con agua caliente 1 noche...

Tampoco te ayudan en nada para ir al parque tayrona se limitan a decirte k te apuntes a un tour a los cuál ellos se llevan comisión..

Mal, reservé por hoteles.com y no me respetaron la reserva , me dijeron que no había disponibilidad de las habitaciones reservadas y pagadas, me hicieron un cobro adicional porque según ellos eran de mejor categoría que las reservadas , nos querían metar en unas habitaciones asquerosas del piso 7 por eso tocó pagar la diferencia. Además no me entregaron factura de lo pagado, la quedaron en enviar esa misma tarde y nada . En si MALO EL SERVICIO
