Hotel is okay for a stopover. Very friendly, helpful and nice staff. The hotel is very dated, with some lifts not working and old decor with slight modernisation of room furniture. Hardest best I’ve ever slept on. Breakfast did the job.

Hotel was fine and beds comfortable however they do not offer a shuttle bus to the airport so the hotel description should be updated. Several other guests were disappointed this wasn’t on offer. They will book a taxi for you - it costs 20 Euros.

Breakfast in the dining room was good but there was no provision for an early breakfast (before 7am) for our early flight. A takeaway breakfast was provided but this wasn't great - i would have liked some fresh fruit such as a banana to be included.

We booked this hotel as we thought it is next to airport and provides a shuttle service. You need to take a taxi to get to hotel. In summary location is terrible, it is not text to anything. Additionally, room is ultra dated. We had a view of a black wall and very noisy.

One-night stay. Walls and ceilings are most likely made of cardboard. Zero soundproofing. People were walking around at midnight, talking and laughing loudly in the hallways. Neighbors were \"having their fun\" and moaning loudly. I woke up at least four times during the night. I would not consider this hotel again. Breakfast was delicious, though and the staff were friendly.

We stayed at this hotel as our flight into Pisa arrived late at night, a taxi from the airport cost us €16. The receptionists were lovely and the lady that checked us out was really helpful in giving us directions.

Originally chosen as it stated there is an airport shuttle but told on arrival this was not the case. Also a walk from Pisa is closer to the airport than this hotel. Amenities are okay but poor for a 4 star hotel and it’s not close to any other cafes or restaurants. Breakfast was good although very crowded considering we went in offseason

I love this hotel , the staff are great and nothing is a problem . I felt the shower could have been cleaner and I don’t like that they don’t have a shuttle bus to Pisa so it adds cost in to holiday as you can’t walk as it is surrounded by motorway . So unfortunately I might go elsewhere to save on taxis.if your driving it’s a great hotel

In all just what we needed, clean and easy. Only problem is it in an industrial area and you require a taxi to get anywhere, surrounding roads busy and not really suitable to walk along. Restaurant also fully booked for the evening when we checked in at 2pm, book ahead.

I was unable to get a late check out. The rooms were 26 degrees and when I enquired about air conditioning I was told it’s turned off and we could open the windows - it’s an airport hotel so this option is flawed considering the noise from the adjoining airport and being able to sleep.

Airport shuttle option is a joke - a private driver that would cost €30.
Restaurant staff at dinner were excellent - the primi piatti portion size and price should be reviewed. Portions far too big compared to other restaurants and it meant we were unable to finish the secondi piatti and no desserts were ordered.

An acceptable base hotel for Tuscany travels
This hotel is the equivalent of a Travelodge in the UK, minus the tea and coffee making facilities. It's on the edge of an industrial area with the tower JUST visible in the distance, and Google maps said it was within walking distance of the airport, which it absolutely is, but not the route Google recommends! We like a walk, to balance out the pizza and pasta calories, so the fact it wasn't in the centre of city wasn't an issue for us, and the price was right. The bed was super wide, but a bit hard. One English-speaking TV channel. The actual condition of the hotel is maybe a bit concerning: some cracks on the internal walls, the bathroom floor seemed to slope, and although there was a sticker on the window saying it had restricted opening, the tilt facility didn't work and I was able to open the window fully - not great if your family has younger children as we were on the 6th floor! We only ate in the hotel once, for complimentary breakfast, and it was fine - a buffet with a decent selection. The restaurant menu was expensive compared to eating in the city, which surprised me. There were lots of workmen and airport workers based in the hotel, which sums it up for me - great for an overnight stay or (as in our case), a base for exploring if all you need is somewhere to sleep. Last point - their computer system wasnt working properly when we checked out and they didn't ask me for the €16 city tax. I would happily have paid this, and they're now chasing me for it...

The photographer who took the promotion shots deserves a medal or award, he managed to take a shabby prison like property and make it look a million dollars.
Take my advice and stay anywhere else, the taxi will still cost the same wherever you stay in Pisa, ( 15 euros to go around the corner). I must say that breakfast was good.
I could go on about other things that disprove this property as 4 star but I don’t want to bore you.

The staff were exceptionally lovely. From the pictures on the website, it looks really modern but it is really dated in the bedrooms. Asked for smoke-free room but I could clearly smell cigarettes. Beds were extremely hard. Breakfast was good - cheese, meats, yogurts juices, cakes and good coffee. They kindly kept our luggage while we visited Pisa. We had to get a taxi as no buses running to hotel from either the airport or the city of Pisa.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Our room was lovely. Air con kept switching off and there was no remote control so we had to keep getting up to switch it back on. View was lovely. Definitely needed a car to stay at this hotel as it's a little far from places but the walk into town was about 30 mins (very slow because the weather was in the 30's). Nothing to fault. Breakfast was great as it ran from 7 to 10.30 which is much longer than other hotels. Selection of breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Not only were we not told we had to personally request they turn each room’s air conditioning on at the front desk, but they then also failed to tell us it automatically goes off at 11 pm! We sweltered and hardly slept . That’s insane and can’t comprehend how this is even possible in a major city in a Western European country. Absolutely do NOT stay here if you want air conditioning.

Horrible hotel! It was a rip-off. The hotel is near a highway with no access to anything without a car. It is extremely dangerous to cross the road across from the hotel. Bad place for such a facility.

There was mould on the grout in the shower. The sink was blocked. No coffee making facilities in the room. There was a lot of noise from our neighboring room even though they were not shouting. Bad sound proofing. The staff were nice. The hotel is located in an industrial type area so not practical to walk away into the city. The breakfast was ok but seemed low quality food. Despite its cheap price I would not recommend.
