Seven Park Hotel is located in Colico, directly on the Northern side of Como Lake, offering a spectacular view on the lake and mountains. The hotel, recently built, has double rooms/double rooms single use all on the ground floor.

Each room is equipped with minibar, telephone, air conditioning/heating system, TV sat., Wi-Fi, safe, shower, hair-dryer and outdoor terrace. A big English garden surrounds the solarium and two swimming pools (available also for external guests upon reservation), one with hydro jets, which you can enjoy from May until September.

The swimming pool with hydromassage is connected with the access to the wellness center and it can be used starting from 16 years of age. Access to the gym is allowed only for people over 18 years old There is also a conference room for meetings/events and one lake view bar and restaurant.

The hotel provides also a private parking (for electrical cars too) and a storage room for bicycles and sport equipment.

This hotel is very lovely. The views and the pools are stunning. The drinks and service are impeccable. The beds are a bit hard, but with enough spritz, you will sleep well!

We had a really enjoyable staybhere in August. The staff were fantastic and facilities were good. However, this IS NOT an adults only complex and i think this needs to be clearer in its advertising. The main pool - which is physically closest to the accommodation space - is open to paying public guests during the day which includes children. There is a smaller hotel guest only pool next to the main pool, however this unexpected discovery meant it wasnt the quiet oasis we'd hoped for when we booked (at a premium) for an adult only space.

Amazing hotel and will definitely return. Adult only resort does have adjacent pool for general public which is the pool to exercise in. Other pool lovely to cool down but disappointed with the proximity to large pool and children. Breakfast staff and reception truly great. Didn’t understand the ferry but visited a few stops; two amazing at Bellagio and Menaggio but found Varenna quite rude and racist. Got stuck at Menaggio for last ferry 30 mins late and woman in the ferry terminal was so unhelpful.

Incredible value for money! This hotel was perfect for our stay in Lake Como - the pool area was amazing, breakfast had a great selection, the hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the room itself was spacious, modern, comfy and clean! Welcome drink on arrival, parking was easy, loved the fact that you have a kettle in your room with tea/coffee, and the shower was great! No complaints!

Modern, clean & spacious

We arrived on a Thursday night. The check-in experience was good. Fast, friendly and concise welcome from the reception staff. We were also given a voucher each for a free welcome drink from the bar.
The room was really nice, clean, modern and also very spacious. We noticed 1 fault which was the air conditioning. It was extremely warm and would not blow cold. The reception tried to fix it but the temperature kept rising to 25.5 C degrees.
As a workaround, the reception gave us a fan for the room and advised us to turn off the air conditioning completely.
Colico itself although extremely beautiful and picturesque, seems like a fairly sleepy little town but we visited over a very rainy Easter weekend so we expect that the footfall in the area increases drastically in the summer. We will definitely visit again and stay at Seven Park Hotel as the location is excellent and the train station is also just 3-4 minutes walk away.

Wonderful location on the north end of Lake Como in Colico-a charming small town away from the crowds and noise of Como. Beautiful facilities including swimming pools, saunas, and strewn rooms. Adults only. Access to hiking and biking trails. Breakfast was wonderful with an extensive and delicious buffet, as well as cooked to order items.

There was so much we loved about Seven Park Hotel in Colico. Although the outside of the hotel is unremarkable, once you walk inside, it is welcoming and beautiful. The rooms are cleaned every day. Giulia at the front desk was extremely helpful in explaining how to get to the sites we wanted to visit. The staff in general were attentive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast, which was included, was delicious, healthy and plentiful. Seven Park Hotel is only a seven minute walk from the TreNord railroad station and a ten minute walk from great places to eat and shop. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, unlike some other more touristy villages. Finally, the nearby trail (for hiking and biking) that hugs the lake, is only a two minute walk from the hotel.

What a jewel hidden at Lake Como. Beautiful property, breakfast has absolutely everything including a chef to make omelette, eggs. Friendly staff, very accommodating. Nice wellness spa included with cost. 2 pools. Lots of seating options. I can not say enough to express how much we enjoyed our visit except that we extended it for one more day taking the only room available.

Absolutely beautiful location, easy walking distance from the train station. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection was lovely and the views are absolutely breathtaking. The swimming pools were clean and the surrounding area was also clean and comfortable with lovely sun loungers.

Abandoned stay

The bed was so hard that we left the hotel two days early. We had terrible nights sleep in the lead up to leaving. We raised this with management at the time and they advised there was nothing they could do. We followed up with an email but they didn’t bother to respond.


Hotel was otherwise ok. It’s quite expensive for what it is but it is summer time on Lakke Como so you will pay a premium. Read the other reviews about the pools and the ‘adults only’ nature of the hotel.

Lovely hotel with stunning views and great locatio

Lovely hotel modern and clean. Great position on the lake with fantastic views. Staff were wonder and friendly would highly recommend. Only point would like to make is main pool open to public which was no issue for us but if you want Adult only as per listing this is not entirely the case as there will be families with children there in the main pool during the day. Second pool has lovely cabanas and jacuzzi features. Again lovely place would highly recommend and we would definitely go back - best spot on lake Como. Food in the restaurant was also top notch.

Het was een mooi, proper hotel. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wat we echter niet zo fijn vonden,was dat er honden mee in het restaurant of eetruimte kwamen. Op de kamer was niet zo een groot probleem. Voor ons liever geen huisdieren in het hotel toelaten. Voor avondeten was er te weinig keuze. En elke dag hetzelfde eten. Er zou mee afwisseling van menu moeten zijn.

We specifically chose this property because it is advertised as Adults Only. Unfortunately this is not an accurate representation of the hotel as we found out by speaking with the reception staff after three under-5's, three teenage boys, a young girl and another young boy appeared by the pool on the Saturday before we checked out. Turns out the local council has mandated that as a condition of Seven Parks building their property they must allow access to locals of ALL ages to use the pool facilities. This means locals come and purchase access, get a bright orange wrist band and then dive, jump and squeal around and in the pool as children do. This was extremely disappointing for us as it was not the relaxing poolside environment we had paid for.

Otherwise the hotel facilties are satisfactory. The cafe open for dinner during the week is average. Breakfast is excellent, staff are lovely. Room size is tiny and there is NO PRIVACY once you open your curtains as there is no privacy dividers between the outdoor patio areas of each room. This could be easily resolved with some plants or due to lack of space fencing/trellis/frosted glass or plastic to provide the illusion at least of privacy between guests. The hot water surged in our bathroom and kept getting cooler throughout the duration of the shower. Parking for the third carpark should be controlled by an access gate like the parking beside the hote

Overall would we return or recommend the property most likely not.

Great Property!

This property is modern and beautifully designed. The pool and common areas are spacious and very accessible. The staff is friendly, always smiling and making you feel welcome. Lastly, the onsite restaurant was very upscale and located on the lakeside, which made dinner very enjoyable.

Good location but seems remote from the beach even though the beach is very close. The resort obviously prides itself on their guests enjoying peace and quiet which is a welcome change from most resorts. The staff could not have been more helpful. The food was good and the spa is a nice touch. If only one of the two outdoor pools were heated, I would have given a higher rating.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in May. We found the hotel to be clean and quiet. The breakfast was great, with an egg station for made-to-order eggs everyday! There’s a great spa and fitness center on site that we also took advantage of. The best part about this hotel though was the staff and how friendly and welcoming they were! I would stay here again if we ever have the chance, it was wonderful!

Lovely location, and hotel, however was almost like the hotel wasn't completely ready for guests, reception staff manned the bar, with limited stock, couldn't even supply coffee for the room, and the restaurant wasn't open.

Fabulous find great hotel 5*

This hotel is fabulous! It’s in a quieter part of Lake Como but we loved this because it was quieter. It’s extremely close to the train station, hotel is lovely and modern. Spotlessly clean, great staff, the breakfast was really good especially the omelette which are cooked fresh to order. The scenery is just stunning. I can’t recommend a better and more reasonable place to stay. We would definitely return thank you 😊

This was terrible. The staff were very rude and would not turn the AC on even though our room got up to 28C. We could not sleep and the staff said to open the window if it was too hot even though it was raining and the people next door were on the patio smoking so we smell like smoke and were sweating and they did nothing. Do not stay here

Both the train station and ferry boat connections are conveniently only a few minutes walking distance away. The staff here is wonderful and I fully enjoyed my stay! We stayed here for 3 nights just before the season started, and it was lovely and quiet. The staff are extremely helpful and the lake rooms are beautiful. We had housekeeping come in and clean every day we were there, which we weren't expecting. The breakfast buffet is perfect.
The only things we didnt like is that you have a limit of 2 very small coffee's per person at breakfast, and the mini-bar has very limited tea/coffee, no milk and it doesn't get replenished during your stay. Also, outside the rooms there are extremely loud pest alarms going off every 15 seconds. This spoilt the peaceful atmosphere quite a bit and was very annoying.
Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Once night in Colico

A lovely one night stay, out of season so the bar and restaurant were not open yet. The room had a terrace with a lake view. Giulia in reception was so welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast was nice and you cannot fault the place for the view. We would thoroughly recommend.

7 Park is a beautiful hotel with amazing views. The rooms are a little small but overall we were comfortable and spent a lot of time outside on the patio. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was very nice and had lots of chairs. The pool was very cold but we enjoyed sitting out in the sun and staring at the mountains. Breakfast was included and was great, lots of options. We had dinner at the restaurant and would say the food was just okay (compared to all other amazing Italian food we had). Spa onsite and overall very relaxing area to vacation.

Colico was not as touristy as other areas of Lake Como which we liked a lot. There was still an area along the lake to walk around and some restaurants in town. Lots of outdoor activities (boat rentals, SUP, kite surfing, horseback riding, etc.) Very close to the train station and ferry stop, a quick walk to each. We took the ferry down to Bellagio and Varenna and spent the day there.
**advice to buy your return ferry ticket when you arrive at the destination because the later ferries do sellout**

Would stay again, we really enjoyed it!
