We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vischio Osaka. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day out. The staff were warm, helpful, and consistently attentive, which really elevated the experience. Amenities were well-maintained and convenient, adding to the overall comfort of our stay.
Overall, Hotel Vischio Osaka exceeded our expectations and made our time in Osaka even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again.

Love this hotel, it was the perfect stay for our Osaka trip! The room is decently sized along with the bathroom and the location is perfect - walking distance from Umeda Station and shopping center, and 30 mins train from Universal Studios. Only a couple stops away from Shin-Osaka for the bullet train/shinkansen. They give you pyjamas to use, and amenities to choose from and keep downstairs. We wanted to organise shipping our luggage from Osaka to Tokyo and the staff were so helpful and kind with organising this for us. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was amazing. The room and bathroom were decently sized. It was clean and fresh. Staff were very accomodating. The hotel is walking distance to the train station and shopping centre. Highly recommend this hotel and very much enjoyed our stay here. Thank you to the amazing staff!

Clean, great staff, location right next to the train station. Do not eat at their buffet restaurant downstairs. Caught us off guard how expensive it was and the quality wasn’t all that. This is what missed the 5 star. Also, you have to walk some distance to attractions or hail a cab.

I liked the size of the room and the cleanliness of the hotel itself. However, I did not like how the bathtub had gaps between it and the wall causing mildew smell. As well as the carpet was not clean initially.

This hotel is located right in a beautiful park and super close to Tokyo tower. Our view from our hotel room was pretty great. There are many stores inside of this hotel including a Lawson convenient store which was really ideal. It wasn’t too far from the trains but expect a little bit of a walk. The area around the hotel was really nice.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay.Easy to get to from the airport taking the Airport Limousine Bus. Friendly staff. Nice size room for two. Close to Osaka Station and Yodabashi. Great option if going to the Osaka Expo 2025. I would definitely stay here again

This was a great hotel. The room was an actual room and not just a room filled with a bed. The staff was super friendly. The 2 on-site restaurants were good, but i would go to the mall nearby for better food. The only issue i had was on night 2 there was a big family of 7 or 8 that were staying on my floor. They were making noise in the halls. There wasn't much the staff could do to keep them quiet. The kids were just excited.

We booked this hotel because it stated it was a room for 5 people. We were traveling with my three kids, ages 7, 11, and 17. It was hard based off the pictures to see if the room would be big enough for all of us but based off their recommendation we booked the room. It, in fact, was not big enough. We were given three twin size beds for 5 people. In what world is three twin size beds big enough for 5 people? Even small children would not sleep comfortably in this room. The hotel should not have allowed us to book this room. No lies were told in retrospect....the listing stated there were three twin sized beds. So blame me if you'd like but I still stand by the fact that they should not allow 5 people to stay in this space. The room was average level of cleanliness if you consider puke stains on the bed skirt and carpet of average cleanliness. The location was great.

Hotel was a bit noisy at night as I can hear people talking outside and banging things next rooms. No decent coffee in room, only instant coffee. Room size is decent and very clean.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need. The staff are very friendly. The beds are comfortable (firm, as is pretty standard in Japan). The cafe outside the hotel (Drip?) is wonderful. We are picky Americans and the food did not disappoint.

Not a bad hotel to stay at. Had a nice cafe downstairs and they also did a buffet. Rooms are clean but being Japan... pretty small. It fit myself, my wife and a toddler with two big suitcass though.
Area around is great...short walk from a few departments stores and the main station and 2 mins away from to Combinis so can't really go wrong.

Very convenient. Central to train stations. Love the shopping mall (Links) nearby, just 3 minutes walk, which has every shops I want to visit in Japan (including UNIQLO, GU, Daiso, 3Coins etc.)

Hotel provides various amenities in the lobby for you to choose, including facial cream, toner, toothbrush etc.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and neat. Definitely will stay here again for next time in Osaka. Not even a tiny complaint at all. Highly recommended!

Great location

Located in the heart of Osaka Umeda with only 3 min walk to Yodobashi Camera building which right above Umeda Metro station.

Hotel front desk service was hit and miss when handling our concerns with daily cleaning as our coffee cups were left uncleaned in one of the day, apparently they don’t clean unfinished tea or coffee in the cup as they assume we are still going with them? So we returned to our room later that night with our tea and coffee as they were when we left in the morning.

Coin laundry needs to show live status to avoid unnecessary trips, otherwise the hotel is well equipped with gym and vending machines and ice machines.

Plenty of amenities available with regular refills.

Will consider to return if they maintain their ratings and price range.
