This a gem in font of Lake Como, owners and staffs are friendly and welcoming. They booked us a great affordable restaurant near their hotel for dinner and helped us how to use boats around the lake. Room was super clean and view of mountain and lake from the room made us feel staying in heaven. We will definitely visit this hotel again. Hotel has 3 star but don't let that trick you, cleanness and size of the rooms, exceptional customer services, continental breakfast, pool and location of the hotel, make this a 4 star hotel.

It would have been nice to get a heads up on driving access to the site. They sent us a message that there is no check in after 11pm but no information about road access to the hotel. We had to drive around town to find a way to the entry to the hotel. Also, the reception wasn’t very friendly. Check in and check out.

Town where hotel is located only has one taxi and hotel was no help with transportation. We were told by hotel to take the bus 45 minutes and then walk a mile which we had no choice but to do in the hot sun with our luggage. We also had to take a ferry for an hour to get to Bellagio which is the highlight of Lake Cuomo. Great place if you want to be isolated from civilization.

Great New-Looking Hotel, So-So Location

This is a small nice hotel on the northern part of the lake. This was our first trip to Lake Como. Having been there now, I would probably choose a hotel in one of the towns further south. We had a hard time finding this hotel initially, its surrounded by some small farm-looking properties, and Google Maps kept trying to take me down a single lane road that would dead end at a farm. There are no restaurants that are easily walkable, especially at night. With that said, the hotel itself is wonderful - right on the water, very clean, good size rooms, and we were able to at least get snacks and drinks from the lobby until 11pm. So the hotel was great, the location was so-so.

beautiful position on the lake shore

Family run hotel on northwest side of Lake Como. It’s difficult to find using satnav but it’s well signposted from the main road. It’s got a quiet and beautiful position on the lake shore. Breakfast is good. The one thing that lets it down is the very cold swimming pool. It has pleasant modern style rooms with lake view terraces and balconies.

This is a modern, spotlessly clean, lakeside, family run hotel in a beautiful small town at the quieter north end of Lake Como. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and well equipped and it is well worth paying extra for a superior room with either a balcony or a patio facing the lake because the views and breeze from the lake are spectacular. The breakfast is delicious with a large choice of local produce. There is a lovely pool, a shaded patio, and a nice garden in which to relax. The centre of town is a 3 minute walk away, and ferries to the other towns on the lake are available there or within easy driving distance, so this makes it a great base for exploring the lake.

A slice of heaven

Have just come back after 7 incredible nights at the Tullio. It is just one of those places that you will never forget. Surrounded by extraordinary beauty and simply breathtaking scenery in all directions.

The warm reception we received upon arrival was wonderful, and the hotel itself is small, intimate and stylishly decorated.

The pool, terrace and gardens are exquisite, with the smell of flowers everywhere, and the sound of birds tweeting.

The rooms are a great size, and the bathroom is done to a very high standard with walk in power shower, bidet and lovely soap and shower gel.

Breakfast is very plentiful, loads of fresh fruit, delicious pastries and cold meats and cheese as well as a good assortment of cereals and dried fruit.

Gravedona itself is a lovely little village quite far North on Lake Como, but Tullio prides itself on being one of the very few hotels to actually back onto the lake, with a garden gate allowing you to take a walk along the lake path to the nearby beach and cafe.

A small walk into the town centre offers restaurants, ice cream shops, a large supermarket (which sells everything) and some great boutiques.

There is nothing negative to say. We loved every second in this place and miss it already.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was amazing and the staff could not be more helpful with all requests made including helping to book hotels in the evenings and making local recommendations for different types of food. The location was also fantastic with views overlooking Lake Como and facing directly onto Lake Como without any hazardous roads to cross. The rooms were spacious and peaceful and the shower room was modern and well equipped. Overall fantastic stay. We will be returning.

Spacious, Clean, GREAT location.

We lived our 3 night stay here. Our two girls (8+6) loved the couch that turned into a double bunk. Heaps of room for the family.

Breakfast was great and the staff really helpful.

Gravedona is a great little town which is away from the main tourist areas, but still a comfortable drive or ferry ride to Bellagio. Pizza and Gelato down on the water will be a highlight of our trip!

We would love to stay here again!

The hotel is modern and in a great location. Nice owner and free bicycles. Great for travelling around the area and we even went to Switzerland from there. Be aware that you need a car as the location is at the Northern end of Lake Como so the area is more local and less tourist focused - quite nice.

Peaceful location close to the lake

Gravedona is a quiet town at the North end of the lake, around one hour's drive from Como. This part of the lake is much more peaceful than the South, and the Tullio hotel overlooks the lake itself (the main road passing inland at this point). The views were stunning, looking towards snow capped mountains in Switzerland . The disadvantage is that this part of the lake has few passenger ferry boats, so a car is essential, but it does mean that travelling to the East side is easy. We were also lucky with the weather - if it had been poor, we would have struggled to find much to do and would have travelled miles.

The hotel was excellent, with smart and clean rooms that had all facilities that we needed. Breakfast was super, with a great choice of fresh fruit, nuts, cereals and grains, breads and pastries, boiled eggs, meat and cheeses. The sauna, steam room and hot tub were great, but for some reason, we had to ask for them to be switched on and only then between 3.00pm and 8.00pm. The unheated swimming pool was immaculate and there were plenty of loungers in the garden beside the pool.

We traveled as a couple driving from UK through France (1 stop) Switzerland (1 stop) and arrived at the Tullio Hotel for our stay for 6 nights. The room on the first floor overlooked Lake Como (as per our booking) Large queen size bed and balcony. The room was clean, airy and above expectations.
The family staff were very helpful and looked after us to a high standard throughout our stay.

What an amazing find... See you next year...

The place is absolutely amazing, so relaxing. From the moment you walk in you just seem to feel so relaxed. The owners are really helpfull and very knowledgeable about the local area and also speak very good English. The rooms were stunning all with amazing lake views. I could not find one fault with this hotel. The location is great also as the town of Gravedona is only a 15 min walk or 3-4 mins in the car. In the town there are some really nice restaurants with really good food that is not overpriced.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage direkt am See, ein sehr gutes Parkplatzangebot und der Ortskern ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt einen Pool, aber auch die Möglichkeit an den See zu kommen. Das Frühstücksbufett ist super. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, eine riesige Auswahl, jeden Tag frisches Obst, leckerer Käse, u.v.m. es fehlt an nichts. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht so schön und etwas abgelegen. Aber die Anlage ist sehr schön, mit Blick auf den See. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, moderne Zimmer, ein ausreichender Wellnessbereich und kostenlose Parkplätze sind definitiv ein Plus.

Das Hotel ist leicht außerhalb der Stadt, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man aber schon in dieser. Ich sehe das aufgrund der Ruhe (nicht direkt an der Durchfahrtsstraße) aber auch als Vorteil.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel am Comer See

Das ruhige Ambiente am Comer See mit stillvoll eingerichetem Mobiliar und einem schönen Pool hat uns mehr als zufrieden gestellt.
Die Hotelbesitzer waten sehr freundlich und nett und sind auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen.
Ideal zum Ausspannen und Auftanken.
Die Umgebung selbst ist touristisch noch nicht so überlaufen und man findet auch gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider war das am nahesten gelege Restaurant was Essen und Service angeht, trotz Empfehlung, nichts für uns. Im Hotel selbst gibt es nur Frühstück, welches aber sehr gut ist und auch auf der Terasse genossen werden kann. Der Sauna-Bereich war recht klein ausgelegt und wird in den Sommermonaten nur nach Anfrage geöffnet.
Vorhandene Fahrräder sind für Gäste über 1,80 m Grösse leider ungeeignet.
Trotzdem verdient das Hotel unsere Empfehlung, da es unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt hat.
Was noch zu erwähnen war (positiv oder negativ überlasse ich ihnen) sind die für italienische harten Betten.

Suveränt boende vid Comosjön

Lite svårt att hitta eftersom det ligger för sig själv nere vid sjön men när man väl kommit dit är det ett suveränt hotell. Familjeägt med trevlig personlig service. Allting rent och snyggt inklusive pool och kringliggande område. En frukost som var en av de bättre vi upplevt. Istället för att satsa på mängder av olika pålägg etc har man satsat på hög kvalitet i det som erbjuds. Fräscha juicer och frukter. Vackert och lugnt läge precis vid Comosjön. Bra och säker parkering om man anländer med bil. Mycket bra restaurang inom gångsvatånd.

Dit hotel is zeker in orde en goed gelegen. Ver genoeg van de drukke baan en lekker dicht bij het meer. De bediening is ook heel behulpzaam. Wegens persoonlijke redenen konden we pas een dag later inchecken, hierin is het hotel ons tegemoet gekomen. Dit apprecieerde we zeker. De kamers waren kraak net, alsook het ontbijt, zwembad en de tuin. Dit is zeker een 3+ sterren waard! Groetjes Lani en Stijn

Hôtel très bien situé face au lac, au calme. Le personnel (polyglotte) est charmant et toujours à l’écoute. Hôtel plus 4 étoiles que 3 ! Nous y avons passé 3 jours en mai 2018 et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Et une magnifique région !

Sehr schönes, modernes, ruhig gelegenes Hotel direkt am See. Familiäres Hotel mit freundlicher Hoteliersfamilie. Saubere, helle Zimmer mit herrlicher Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Leider gehört nur Filterkaffee zum Frühstück. Der Cappuccino muss separat bestellt und bezahlt werden. Der Service sonst ist hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kleines,feines Hotel in ruhiger Lage direkt am See

Ein hübsches, modernes Gebäude welches sich architektonisch gut in die Umgebung anpasst. Liebe freundliche Hotelierfamilie, stets gut gelaunt und immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.(sprechen Italienisch, Englisch, Deutsch ). Super saubere helle Zimmer mit schönen Ausblick vom Balkon, Zimmer im EG mit Terasse , grosser Parkplatz. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.Großer gepflegter Pool, Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden, große Liegewiese. Anfahrt über \"Schleichwege\" von der Hauptstrasse her,teils sehr eng.
Absolut ruhig, einfach toll für ein paar Tage Erholung und Nichtstun...den Booten auf dem See nachschauen und das Panorama geniessen.
Im Herbst sehr ruhig, wer den Comer See vom Sommer kennt ist überrascht wie ruhig es hier sei kann ;)

Wir waren drei Tage am Comer See und haben unseren Aufenthalt im Tullio Hotel sehr genossen. Großes, sauberes Zimmer mit eigener Terasse, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Die Bar war günstig und bis 23.00 Uhr geöffnet.

The hotel is immaculately clean, the room and the bathroom is spacious, perfect, the atmosphere is very relaxed. The location is great, peaceful, by the lake, a 15-minute walk from Gravedona, which is a lovely, quiet old town. Lake Como is amazing.
There was just one thing, some constant buzzing at night in the room, which was quite disturbing since we chose this place for the silence. I wonder what the source was, the swimming pool, or the air conditioner...
