Some of the stuff was not friendly.
Didnt give solution or willing to help with the noise on the apartment above
Didnt fix the water in the tap
Didnt give alternative to the room door that couldnt be locked.

Excellent service and very friendly staff from valet to front desk to housekeeping. The location is great to explore the Moinhos de Vento neighborhood, which is filled with interesting cafes and restaurants. If you’re into fitness, the park across the street is great for running, and the hotel is next door to a CrossFit box (called Open,) where you can work out while enjoying a view to the park.

Best location and value!

The hotel is located across the street from a very beautiful and safe park in Porto Alegre, also very close to restaurants, shops and even a shopping mall. We loved walking around the area and felt the location to be the best! The front desk staff were very friendly and allowed us check in prior to 2pm. We got upgraded to a room on the newer side which didn’t face the park but it was very spacious, clean and updated. It was nice and quiet and the shades allowed us to sleep very well. The shower was quite small but it was nice and warm and great water pressure. I also had some work to do and the WiFi worked wonderful for connecting to USA. We had a kitchen and table inside the room which made for a nice office space. We loved our stay and will return next time we visit porto alegre. Great value for the price you pay!!

There was a leakage of diesel with fumes on the elevator shafts and aisles of the hotel for the entire stay. The management of the hotel ignored the problem. I left the hotel earlier because I was afraid of a fire. They did not reimburse me for the prepaid nights I did not stay there. Very disappointing.

From the outside and in the halls looks a little bit beat up. But when you get to the room is good. You get very good room for the price. There is a park in front of the hotel and many bars and restaurants on the area. Very safe neighborhood. It is also close to the mall and other fancy boutiques and entertainments. Breakfast is superior than similar hotels in the area.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I really like the desk area. It had lots of space to work. They got my reservation wrong and the lady that checked me in was not very nice about it. I ordered room service and the food was pretty bad. I ordered chicken with risotto. The chicken was so overcooked you could hardly chew it and the risotto had at least 20 whole sundried tomatoes that totally overpowered the dish. Then I ordered the cheese risotto and it was better, but not great. Best to eat somewhere else if you can. I had to say in because they were having a day of nation wide protests and the main site was by the hotel.

Lovely hotel overlooking a gorgeous park

Staff were very helpful, welcoming and proficient in English. Breakfast was fabulous and there are a number of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. There is a fantastic shopping center just down the road as well. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. I think it's a hotel used by executive travelers and they tend to get up early. After advice we organised a driver to show us around the city and drive us to the town of Gramado, a two hour drive. This was organised through the hotel and was a delightful service. Our driver had interesting information to impart, was a safe driver and obviously experienced with showing people all the best sights. I would recommend this hotel.

well-located property on the famous \"parcao\"

The hotel is a well-located property on the famous parcao. Rooms were clean, however the fixtures were dated. Service, like most Brazilian hotels, left much to be desired for. Good for a quick two night stay but not ideal for a traveler in need of service or pampering.

They asked me to pay more than I should

Nice hotel but I had a problem: I made a reservation and payment in Expedia but they required me an extra payment when I checked out. I complained but the employee told me that I had to pay and then complain to get my money back if it was an unfair charge. I accepted because I needed to go to the airport very fast; however, as soon as I came back to my country, I sent a complaint in order to get my money back. Furthermore, I sent them all the documents that they required me by mail (not e-mail!). More than 6 months have passed and I haven't received the reimbursement. I didn't want to make this negative commentary but now I'm forced to do it. They should give a better service when they make mistakes, I feel totally dissapointed with their behavior.

Would stay there again!

The name of the hotel made me think it would be the opposite, but we stayed at a radisson the night before and saw that they were under the same ownership. Not AS nice as the radisson, but not far off.

Lucas at the front desk was amazing. He spoke enough English to be very helpful, scheduling taxis and printing maps for us, never bothered.

Te neighbourhood was really cute, there's a really nice park across the street and there are a lot of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Also in walking distance was a boarding stop for the tourist bus.

The location is great in the Moinjos de Vento area, they are remodeling the restaurant, so that was the only drawback but it is supposed to be finished in Dec/2014

Great location

I have stayed in Porto Alegre over 30 different times in the past 8 years. I usually stay at the Sheraton or the Mercure hotels in the Moinojos de Vento area. I like this part of the city which is a very safe, upscale neighborhood with many boutique shops and dozens of restaurants along it's tree shade streets. The Sheraton while nice and convienently connected to the small 3 story mall, has over the past couple of years kept raising its rates. This trip I stayed at the Quality Hotel, diagonally across the Park from the Sheraton. It beat my expectations. The staff was over the top courteous and helpful. The location on the quiet tree lined street across from the park was not only quiet but there were 7 different restaurant/cafes to pick from as you walked up the street. The room was very comfortable with great king size bed! I will definitely be staying here on future trips!

I would be happy to stay again. The journey from the airport was quick. The hotel and room facilities facilities were fine.

The hotel was not right in the centre but taxi fares to attractions were reasonable. The bext side trip was the catamaran journey across the lagoon (20 minutes each way; less than $10 return).

Great location, staff and service!

I arrived earlier than the normal check in time and the hotel staff were very accommodating because my room was not ready yet. They put me into a diff room than what I had booked for the 1st night so I could shower and get changed for a business meeting I had to prepare for.

My friend who I was traveling with fell ill on our last night and was sick in the room unfortunately. The staff were amazing, they came up to the room to clean up and then returned with water and tea for her to help her get well.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to good bars restaurants and shopping. There is a nice park across the road too. The room are clean and of a good standard, it is not a \"high end\" hotel but I had a great all round experience with this hotel.

O hotel está muitíssimo bem localizado, em frente ao parque moinho de ventos e cercado de diversas conveniências. O quarto em que me hospedei acomoda com conforto 1 casal e 2 crianças. O fator negativo fica por conta de enxoval de baixa qualidade, lençóis ásperos e com aspecto de não terem sido adequadamente higienizados entre a última estadia e a minha. O café da manhã é objetivo.
Não voltaria a ficar no hotel devido a condição dos lençóis e travesseiros.

O serviço do hotel é bom, a localização excelente, o restaurante muito agradável, o café da manhã muito bom, com produtos artesanais muito bem feitos e frescos. O grande problema é o deslocamento dentro do hotel. Existem 2 blocos um dos quais é dentro de um condomínio e que servem também para Airbnb. Não se pode sair pela entrada do condomínio. Temos que dar uma volta. Outro problema, o hotel não disponibiliza copos nos apartamentos. Achei um absurdo. Os funcionários são muito gentis e educados.

Funcionários atenciosos. Não há fitos no anúncio da categoria em que escolhi. Jamais teria me hospedado se tivesse visto antes ! Era péssimo ! O primeiro quarto tinha avarias importante logo qdo cheguei, aguardei por mais de 20 minutos mas cansei e insisti por outro quarto. Um pouco relutante, o atendente me forneceu outro quarto antigo e reforçou que a minha categoria todos eram assim pq eu ressaltei alguns pontos e que não havia visto no site. Uma reunião de coisas incômodas no quarto: iluminação branca horrível típica de banheiro, cheiro desagradável, claridade incomoda de mau fechamento das cortinas. Parecia que havia parado no tempo.
Não voltarei mais.

O hotel precisa ser mais transparente quando da reserva. Explico: não sabíamos que o apartamento reservado ficava em outra torre, que para chegar lá precisávamos pegar um elevador da garagem, trocar de elevador para mudar de torre e depois pegar outro elevador para o apartamento. O apartamento era diminuto, difícil de se locomover, banheiro pequeníssimo, sem espaço nas laterais da cama e, apesar de ter uma mini cozinha, não tinha sequer um copo! Decepcionante! Quanto à limpeza, encontramos lixo na gaveta. Ao chegarmos a internet na funcionava e perdemos mais de uma hora com uma pessoa da manutenção que pouco entendia do assunto! De fato, neste hotel não mais. Não condiz com o padrão que conhecemos do Slaviero.

Apesar da ótima localização e dos quartos, o atendimento dos atendentes foi muito abaixo do esperado. Além disso, das 3 diárias, em 1 não foi realizada a manutenção do quarto, mesmo com a informação de arrumar o quarto desde as 9h da manhã, tendo retornado ao hotel às 18h e não tendo sido realizada a limpeza. O café deixou muito a desejar, inclusive o atendimento dos funcionários, que, por sinal, são terceirizados (segundo o hotel). Um descaso por se tratar da rede Slaviero.

Fiz a reserva para ficar com meus filhos, mas no apartamento tinha apenas uma toalha e cama de armar não estava montada. Fui informado que não teria ninguém para ajudar - uma falha para qualquer hotel.
Mas quartos confortáveis, limpos, cama nova e silenciosos. Localização muito boa também.

Recentemente me hospedei neste hotel e a experiência foi bastante positiva de forma geral. Desde a chegada, a recepção foi cordial e eficiente, com funcionários atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar em todas as solicitações. O check-in ocorreu de maneira rápida e organizada, o que já proporcionou uma boa primeira impressão. As instalações do hotel são bem cuidadas e transmitem sensação de conforto, com áreas comuns limpas, decoração agradável e ambientes que favorecem o descanso. O quarto atendeu plenamente às expectativas, oferecendo espaço adequado, cama confortável, roupas de cama limpas e de boa qualidade, além de um sistema de climatização eficiente. O banheiro, por sua vez, estava higienizado, contava com chuveiro de boa pressão e amenidades suficientes para uma estadia tranquila.

O café da manhã foi um dos pontos altos, com boa variedade de itens, incluindo opções de pães, frutas, sucos e pratos quentes. Já me hospedei várias vezes nesse hotel. Me decepcionei com as condições recentes dele : cortinas mofadas, janelas com marcos quebrados, toalhas rasgadas, água que não esquenta. Lâmpadas queimadas. Ar condicionado que não obedece o controle. Num dos dias, não colocaram toalhas. Faltam processos. Falta zelo.

O atendimento da equipe é ótimo. Wifi é OK.

O Café da manhã é completo e bem reposto.

O estacionamento funciona bem e é pago. Pedi nota ou recibo após pagar: \"vão mandar por e-mail\". Nunca chegou.

Não é barato. Tem muita coisa melhor por menos.

Não voltarei se não reformar e mudar.

A estadia foi muito boa e tranquila. Hotel muito bem localizado. O único ponto negativo foram os vizinhos de quarto muito barulhentos durante a noite, tarde na madrugada. O que o hotel não tem controle.

Como sugestão é de forma a minorar o risco, sugiro que o hotel ponha placas solicitando o respeito ao horário de silêncio aos hóspedes.

O quarto do hotel não é grande, mas a cama é confortável e tem TV a cabo. Um ponto positivo é o fogão, pia e microondas, além da geladeira com freezer. Mas poderia haver uma panela e talheres para usar a cozinha. Um detalhe anedótico foi que a arrumadeira deve ter jogado no lixo uma sacola com algumas fatias de pão, farinha, cacau e pão de mel, na bagunça do quarto.

A escolha do hotel se deu muito pela foto que constava na plataforma de vocês, mas a foto era apenas ilustrativa e não correspondia com a realidade. O quarto que me foi dado era bem velho, mobiliário velho, não estava em condições ideias, pedi para mudar e a sorte que o hotel tinha outro tipo de acomodação nova e disponível, porém de nível superior, então optei por fazer um upgrade. A segunda acomodação de tipo “flat” bem novinha em condições. Funcionários muito atenciosos e solícitos.

Hotel bom e de ótima localização!

Hotel em localização ótima e se não fosse pela condição do quarto, daria uma nota maior.
Hotel com estrutura antiga (pelo menos o quarto que fiquei) e o café da manhã achei d e pouca variedade pelo preço cobrado pela diária.
Maioria dos funcionários super atenciosos e queridos!
