Needs updating, breakfast attendant was rude, I use my own bread for toast do to allergies and she would not let me use the toaster, I've never ever had that happen before, I was so upset and she just was not nice...we are platinum IHG but when they realized we came in with Expedia, they wouldn't give us our points for IHG and their attitude changed, just wasn't a very good experience, wish I wouldn't have used my one key cash points on them, they didn’t deserve our money or points, definitely won't go back there..

I wanted to share feedback regarding my stay at your property on 1/11/2025. Unfortunately, my experience was not ideal. The room was quite noisy, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, constantly blinking on and off.

Additionally, I called at 3:31 PM to request a roll-away bed, and I was assured it would be placed in my room by the time I arrived. However, when I checked in around 6:00-7:00 PM, the bed was not in the room. I didn’t receive it until nearly midnight, which was quite inconvenient.

I hope you can look into these matters to ensure future guests have a better experience. Thank you for your attention to this.

Good: Updated furniture was clean and functional. Plenty of digital ports! Bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent free breakfast--many entree and protein options, and the quality of the prepared food was better than anything I've ever experienced, other than at a dedicated bed and breakfast.
Not so good: There were many scratches and dents on the entry and bathroom doors. The bath tile and walls had several flaws/cracks that were not sealed or caulked properly. Shower curtain was flimsy and did not function well to prevent water from seeping onto bathroom floor. The water (or something) had an excessively strong chlorine odor. Something else in the room contributed to a strong musty odor, which may have been mildew or mold, but may have just been A/C unit blowing dust in a humid climate.

The good: Great water pressure, temperature and amenities in the bathroom.

The Bad: Subpar check in customer service. We were not made aware of breakfast hours or even the wifi passcode. I know it was Chrsitmas day but the morning staff was slightly friendlier. The entrance also smelled like old hotel.

The ugly: Bathroom was not cleaned. The toilet had urine drops and there was hairs on the floor.
A woman received her Christmas gift and was VERY loud about it until about 1:30am. We ended up cranking the AC to muffle the sounds. It felt very motel.
We also found a bug on the bed in the morning and received a random, not requested, wake up call at 5:30am!

We only stayed one night, and decided to move on with teens on tow.

We checked in at 2:00 am on the 20th due to delayed flight and issues at car rental company(other people not having required documents to rent).
The attendant allow d us to check out at 1:00 pm inst ad which made it r night/day
Room was very clean and a comfortable king bed made the sleep better.Shower had good water pressure.
We did not get to use the complimentary breakfast provided so can't comment on that but they did have some fresh coffee being brewed before we left so was a nice wake-up.
Hotel is just off a major highway going to Daytona Beach and Jacksonville, FL but did not hear any noises from it.
