Was able to check in a little early, promptly received front desk assistance in a courteous and friendly way. Our room overlooked the beach and pool, both views were greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, but didn't have a closet to hang attire. The included breakfast was superior and provided an assortment of food; breakfast staff was friendly and attentive.

Every staff member we came in contact with was pleasant, professional, and appeared to genuinely love their jobs.
Room was nice, view was amazing! Rooftop parking was convenient, but the door to the roof parking area needs to be heavier or have some means to remain closed. Our last night was very windy. I spent most of the night leaving our room to close that door, as the wind was coming into our room. I would definitely stay there again, but probably wouldn’t stay in room 316.

The hotel charged me an extra $70 for my dog after checking out without letting me know. They did not inform me when I checked in and there is no information about pet extra charges in the reservation. I called the hotel to give mean explanation and I requested to talk to the Manager. The agent I talked to, went to get me the Manager, but came back saying the Manager said we do not issue refund. He or she do not even want to spend one minute to talk to me, and by the way, I am a gold Hilton member and gold Expedia member. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Negative was having to pay to park. This is not a major city where most people arrive by public transportation. Just quote the total cost without the hidden fees. Shame on Hilton

I was nervous upon check in. There was a youth convention and the lobby was crowded and loud. The front dest attendant was AMAZING! She assured me that the noise would not affect us at all. Sure enough, once we got to our room it was one of the most quiet and comfortable rooms we have stayed in. The bed was especially comfortable after a long drive and a full day of activity. We had a partial ocean view that was lovely. The breakfast was a level short of a full buffet. Which was a pleasant surprise. There were multiple waffle stations, cereral, muffins, fresh eggs, potatoes, juices, coffees.
We did not take part in any of the amenities because it rained the day we stayed but we would recommend and stay again in a heartbeat!! The room was oversized, 2 queen beds, more pillows than you could ask for, a couch, a sitting chair, a small desk work station. A small “kitchenette” included a sink, mini fridge, coffee machine. What wasn’t readily available WAS available in the lobby! Which was very nice!
The only bummer was the 3am fire alarm that woke us. False alarm and didn’t have to leave just a bummer our sleep was interrupted knowing we had a full day of travel ahead of us.
All in all 5 stars!!

This is a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and the staff are the best! I love that they have a texting option- so we ran out of towels and I texted “Hi, can we get 4 more towels?” and they were there within an hour. It was cold and one of the staff offered to make my two babies hot cocoa when they got out of the (heated) pools- she was so sweet and made them feel like VIPs! The view was amazing, the beach was amazing- we walked it for hours and found some cool shells, it was within a short driving distance of everything- we ended up spending quite a bit of time at The Warf shopping area! Vinny’s Pizzaria was amazing and then we went on a dolphin siting tour with Cetacean Cruises Dolphin Tours and that was awesome! Oh, also, breakfast was really good! All around great little vacation!

The breakfast was good. One morning I waited 30 minutes for the coffee to be refilled. I thought that was too long. I had to ask to have the body was and conditioner refilled. They only set the conditioner at my door. My parents air conditioner did not work. It was really stuffy in their room. That was very disappointing.

Choose this hotel for its location, will come back for its customer service. Liz at the front desk made my whole day by singing me Happy Birthday. The good Happy Birthday song too! Breakfast was delicious and every staff member we encounter during our trip had smiles on their faces. It was clean and smelled like Christmas as soon a you walked through the door. Peaceful nights rest so we could enjoy the sun. Will be returning.

From the check in being so easy the lady being so kind to the place being immaculate and then we get to our room and it is even better. We have a beautiful balcony with a view gulf front, everything was pristine in the room. The next morning our breakfast was was one of the best that I’ve had at a hotel, very clean very good as far as flavor. And lots of choices this is my next go to hotel if I was to go to the beach to stay in a hotel convenience across the street or anything to shop or eat was good. It’s mainly souvenirs, but the outlets are not too far from here from the hotel this was an excellent stay.

We had a nice stay. Love the property and staff were great. we had one issue, it was super late and we saw roaches coming out from behind the television. It was so late, we didn't want to wake our kids to switch rooms. We packed up everything to keep any hitch hikers out.

Very pleased with our stayed! Check in was quick, parking was easy and our room was ready and clean. Modern, updated decor. Comfortable beds and a great view. It was also surprisingly quiet. Great location- Close to many restaurants and activities. Breakfast was okay but the morning staff was fabulous! Elevators were slow especially if you were on the higher floors. Pool and chess to beach was wonderful!
