The property was located about 30min from all the other casinos and was pretty much a lone casino. So if we wanted to play any table games we had to drive about 30min away.
The room was very clean but I could have used a couple more pillows and another blanket. The bed was very firm and wasn't the most comfortable. The view was nice though and very quiet during our stay.

Upon arrival to the room I was told that I needed a credit card on deposit $100.00 and I was told that the full amount would go back to my card and that full amount wasn't refunded to mi card. Not only that my wife had to change the foul odor bed linen and pillows cases had slobber and smelled. Then the mattress was fouled and apparently had bed bugs problems and people's sleeping on this. This was to be a wonderful birthday 🎁 outing for my wife and she totally shocked with the unhappiness of the hotel and trip. Go to a hotel and no help with the front desk and staff period. Piss poor.

I was surprised. The hotel room was pretty nice and clean. The lady who helped at check in was able to change our room to non-smoking as neither one of us smoke and was the last room available. We were very appreciative of that. Food was decent, but nothing to write home about. I wish there were table games however. The wait staff on the casino floor is extremely understaffed. If you like your libations while drinking, that may be an issue. They had 3 people for the entire floor. Not a good look.

We had an amazing stay at Delta Downs! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The housekeeping team was especially wonderful — always greeting us with a cheerful “good morning” or “have a great day.” Their friendliness really made our stay feel personal and comfortable.
The racetrack was very well kept, and we were lucky enough to catch the last race of the season. It was such a fun experience and added something special to our trip!

The facility was very dirty and we woke up and had to fight off bed bugs and we had to throw away clothes luggage and my daughters Lebron James and Jordan tennis shoes. The hotel did not credit back my deposit and they laughed when we went down stairs to report we woke up with bed bugs all over the head board and in our luggage.

When checking in they didn’t have our room handicap accessible. I had to show them that I requested it. They did get us a room that was handicap. The casino only has 3 restaurants and they do not have breakfast only on certain days.

Every employee we encountered looked less than thrilled to be here. Bed were extremely uncomfortable, neither myself or my son slept at all. Half the ATMs don’t work making for long lines at the ones that do work. I ended up going and buying drink while we were gambling because we didn’t see a server for the first 2 hours we were on the floor. Food was ok for what it was. Overall a real let down!
