Nothing says \"Welcome\" like dead plants, peeling faux leather, and wall wraps falling off a filthy elevator. Toilet seat falling off must have been missed by the cleaning staff. No charging ports for smart devices, and beds hard as a rock, and well worn on one side! Other than that, will find somewhere else next visit, perhaps a 2 or 3 star hotel.

Pool and hot tub was just absolutely disgusting. you could see the brown/green along the outside like it hasnt been cleaned in MONTHS. gunk in the hot tub and you could see chunks in the bubbles. just didnt seem very clean or sanitary at all. staff checking in was super nice, but when i returned my keys the lady had an attitude. the room was mid. a little gross, smelled like cigarettes. lots of imperfections in the paint and seals of the room. not a great stay :(

Most of the \"hot\" breakfast items were cold. The staff helping with breakfast were very friendly. The hallway on our floor smelled like Marijuana. Our room had multiple staples laying on the carpet. I noticed a sticky substance on the bottom of one of our lamps.

It’s a lovely hotel. We were particularly happy to use the pool and hot tub. They were very well maintained with good water temp. (Greatly appreciated in January.) Breakfast buffet was well worth the small additional charge, though I feel a Wisconsin buffet should offer butter! Would definitely stay here again.

Both of my rooms were very neglected. Mold and bubbling paint in bathroom. Venner pulled off bathroom door. Stains on wall and ceilings. In desperate need of a renovations. Will not stay again. A storm with blizzard warnings was issued so I didn’t even stay the second night. Would love a refund on the second night.

I had to search for someone to check me in, and she seemed a little annoyed with having to come to the podium.

I also had to track someone down to pay for some items from the \"market\".

The towel rack in the bathroom was loose/broken, but there was no one around at checkout to let them know.

We had a great time. The only thing I suggest is not having the rooms at 74 degrees. It was so hot in our room. We turned the temperature down to 65 but it would not go below 71. We stayed in the winter. I’m just not use to such a warm room. We keep our heat at home at 67. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Usually when I stayed here it's well clean. This time around, we had some expired milk drinks in our refrigerator that my kids thought the hotel gave to us. Had some trash near our beds and glass. Didn't have as much towels as we usually do. Only 2 big ones and 4 small ones hung above toilet. Our heater/ air conditioning was very loud which made it hard to sleep.

Overall stay was nice. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the pool as always. Staff was very nice. Big parking lot which I love!

The hotel is old and appears to have been remodeled at one point so the furniture is \"newer.\" There was an awful smoke smell in the hallways and the rest of the hotel had an odd smell to it. The hotel was very dark and they did not turn on all the lights and assume due to saving electricity. We will not be staying again.

The shower had mildew in it. The couch and carpeting were very old and windows were very dirty. The room was old and smelled like smoke. For $200 a night, we expected premium. We went to the breakfast buffet and nothing was left. All we could get was a bagel and a yogurt at 9:10am

The hotel offers a calming experience as soon as you walk in! They also have movies playing during the day and evening to help unwind!

The bed was a bit stiff for our comfort but that’s our personal opinion! To the next it could be perfect!

The breakfast food wasn’t the best, we got there later in the morning and the waffles and potatoes were dried out.

The bar was nice!!! The had an amazing Bloody Mary and cheesecake!!! So yum!

Definitely would return for sure!

A broken down hotel with paper thin walls.

The walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors TV throughout the night. It was so loud we could not sleep. The towel rack was broke & hanging off the wall. The toilet seat was cracked with severe damage. We had a two night stay and the Kleenex was never replaced. Holiday Inn is never again!!!

The room that they gave us was on the second floor, and our window view, was a flat roof top. I was not expecting that. The wall under our window had pealing paint as well as the ceiling. The exhaust in our bathroom didn’t seem to be working properly, every towel we used stayed wet. After a swim in the pool our suits, towels and our body was left smelling very musky. We’ve had better for the price we paid. The shopping and dining place’s were the only positives for our stay. Hope you can offer something better next time.

When we checked in, it was late and we were tired. Apparently there was a kid’s baseball tournament over the weekend and there were kids running around the lobby without shoes on. As we were waiting in line, one of the hotel employees was yelling at the kids to stop running. Then she proceeded to go and stand behind one of the computer kiosks, and we made eye contact with her several times assuming she would check us in. Apparently that was not her job though. We continued to wait for several minutes while she typed. There were kids running up and down the hallways on our floor. Fortunately once we got in the room we couldn’t hear them as well. The room was ok but felt old and weathered and there was mold inside the picture in the bathroom. The light next to my side of the bed was so dim that it was basically useless, but I really didn’t feel like braving the hallways one more time to ask someone about it.

Hotel is older and in need of updating. Our room was dark and older. My 2-year-old needed a bath, and the tub was not suitable for this. The mat was moldy and lifting; there was pieces of plastic and dirt floating in the tub.

Terrible stay. One of the staff members entered my family’s room while we were inside and I saw the same staff member (male) enter a women’s bathroom without warning. Housekeepers standing by their carts on their phones. Hot tub and pool were slimey and grimey. Was also served raw chicken from the restaurant located inside the hotel. Very very Weird atmosphere all around. Very disappointed.
