I think this is the nicest Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed at. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. I highly recommend.
CHIJIOKE JERRY
Stayed in a room with 2 beds advertised as Queen sized, but they were double sized beds. They also need at least a tv channel selection with dedicated kids options as this helps with guests that have younger kids. Overall it was a lovely experience. Staff were really nice, Hotel was clean and the Pool area was well maintained. I'd visit again certainly.
Eric
This is one of the cleanest hotel room I've been to. I was able to get a good night's sleep. The bed and pillows provided are good. Helpful staff and breakfast included! Will come back again.

Les chambres étaient spacieuses et l’offre au déjeuner était excellent.

This property seemed almost brand new. The staff was extremely friendly, and the room was wonderful. It was about 20 minutes from the metro station, which we caught to go downtown for the F1 race. This made the hotel with a bigger value in the long run. There are also several good restaurants within walking distance across the parking lot. They also have EV chargers level 3.

Nice hotel, location is VERY convenient.
Room had lots of wear and tear, that being said I was traveling with my dog and I believe we always get the rooms in worse shape when traveling with pets. Premises were clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Mistakes happen! However, my reservation via Expedia was not properly understood by the Holiday Inn Express. I made a reservation for five nights and on the day before my departure, I was locked out of my room. I had to make another reservation and the price for one night was substantially higher than the price I had when I made the reservation. At this time, I still haven’t received my hotel bill and I absolutely need them in order to process my claim for reimbursement. I am not happy with both Expedia and the Holiday Inn Express. I don’t know how to resolve this issue, but some people will give me some answers and I expect something in return for the inconvenience caused by no fault of mine.

Clean room and common areas. Only downside was that the TV was not a smart TV so nothing could be airdropped to the TV or access other streams such as Netflix.
Area of hotel very convenient. A grocery store and several restaurants are within walking distance.

A nice stay. Room was very clean!
We were disappointed as the juice machine was out of service (including the water tap) in the morning during breakfast and so they gave us 1 complimentary bottle of water (then told us we’d have to buy additional if we wanted more water).

The supplies in the room were skimpy. There was no extra roll of toilet paper. I had to ask for more at the front desk. There was only one bath towel for two guests for a three night stay, had to ask for another one.
The day of check out, the cleaner came into our room at 09:00am when we were still in our room. The door was locked but the cleaner opened it. We literally just finished getting dressed from getting our respective showers and were still packing. Check out time is 12:00, not 09:00am.
We have stayed at this hotel many, many times, the service is going down.

smell of cigarette when you walk in the main lobby. Staff said that is not true. He/she should have offered to investigate the source. I am sure that we were not the first ones to report this issue.

The monitoring of noisy children in the hallways especially late at night.

I had brought beers and left them in the fridge for the day. When I came back, the beers were frozen.
I went to the reception and the girls just said to put them in hot water.
I know how to defrost liquids, I wanted to be compensated somehow because frozen beer is lost, but no. Nothing.
Someone came in the room and repaired the fridge.

The floor wasn't too clean because when I walked with bare feet, I feel lot of particles on floor. So i had to put on my flip flop. Besides that front desk staff were friendly and very efficient. I purchased a family room but there were only two towels, but the staff brought the other two towels very quick! The hotel is nice and convenient. The price was fair as well. I give 8 out of 10!
Deborah
This hotel was spacing clean. Room had a long bench for suitcases and drawers underneath. Great breakfast room and choices. Pool looked nice, although we didn’t use it. Lot and lots of nearby restaurants.

Excellent stay. Clean, convenient parking and several restaurants in short walking distance. Loved the walk-in shower. Very helpful staff and excellent breakfast options.
Stephanie
The floor was not vacuumed or sweep properly. It’s a little rough when your barefeet walking. No extra towels.
John
We had to change rooms cos the first one was not cleaned properly (desk table still had coffee rings) and counter where the fridge/microwave was a bit dirty too. But otherwise a decent room. I read that the rooms were renovated, but it didn't seem like that to me. The first room, the door nob on the closet door was falling apart, and the shower curtain was torn in 2 places. Staff was very friendly and the person who was working when we arrived promptly came up and gave us another room on the same floor, and even took a few pics to show where it was still dirty. Plenty of parking which we appreciated, and seemed safe enough. There was a small child or 2 running up and down the halls but it didn't last long. Plenty of options for breakfast which we appreciated as well, hot and cold etc..we couldn't get a late check out cos apparently they were sold out? We never heard of that b4 as we never had a problem asking for a late check out from the day b4. We also appreciated the extra room as we got a suite, couch..table to sit and eat, along with the extra television. The water pressure for the shower could have been better, but i have to mention the wifi, i know it's free but at times it was just horrible and we couldn't connect to anything. Overall a pleasant stay, even though a few glitches here and there.
Aneesa
It’s was pretty quiet and thanks place to just relax and spend time with love ones
Julie
Staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. The rooms however lacked towels, as do the pool area. The floors in our room were very sticky, and the bathroom showers have a slight grout/mold issue. At least in our room.
