Big, comfortable, modern hotel. Great location for bicycle touring. Close to the Route Verte and municipal bike-ways. They have a big secure bike and kayak storage area. On the other hand, the staff didn't seem focused on sharing this information with the guests. They also didn't have any local street guides or maps available, which a lot of hotels try to do.

The hotel, which was once a real factory, was impressively and beautifully transformed into a modern space. I loved how the interior preserved traces of the factory’s identity, blending them seamlessly with a modern, minimal, and clean design. Nice hotel in a nice area of Quebec. Check in was quick and friendly. Area had lots to offer for food and entertainment. Pool was average and hot tub was ok, but would suggest repair or replacement. Fitness area looked amazing. Building had fascinating history. Didn’t dine in the attached restaurant as it wasn't for us personally, but heard it was quite good from associates of ours that dined there. Free parking was just across street and we got to park in lower level. Shower was interesting with half door and access hole to turn on tap and no ventilation exhaust fan. Room was modern and quite comfortable. We dined at DEZ in town and the food was amazing and staff very nice and accomodating.

Very nice hotel in old building, fully renovated.
Very clean, recently renovated, quiet , even though street (cars) noise is a little bit anoying. Large free parking. Convention center on 1st floor is beautiful.
