Great place to stay with large rooms and luxurious feel
AZUBUIKE
Location and ambience could not be better. Looking out at the glimmering lake at night through the window while having fine dining and absorbing excellent piano music was an exquisite, unforgettable experience.
Fangqiu
Prestigious hotel with remarkable views. Staff are friendly. The only pity is the receptionist didn’t tell us information about the facility and we were first time being there so didn’t know where to eat, pool and spa etc
Vladislav
The hotel is of a good standard. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel.
Richard
The surroundings are spacious and beautiful. The room lake view is gorgeous!
Oumou
Nice place, just the odours in the Suite that weren't pleasant
Kuruvilla
Very nice and clean property . Quiet and comfortable . Would’ve been nice if our windows were clean from the outside to enjoy the beautiful view, otherwise nothing to complain about. Lots of parking and easy to get to from the highway. Lakeside property makes for a nice morning or evening walk .
Nicole
Personnel accueillant et courtois.
Propre et quel environnement wow !
Terrain et endroit pour relaxer extraordinaire 🤗
Un seul petit bémol…pas de miroir grossissant pour le maquillage.
Je vous recommande cet endroit magnifique.

Lovely location, looks like it is mainly a wedding facility. First night wedding was outside. Second night wedding was indoors - directly below our room. After being out all day arrive back to thumping music & told wedding could go until 2am. When we spoke with front desk we were informed that they tried to call us to see if we wanted to move - on the room phone! Odd, especially since I’m certain the wedding was already arranged when we checked into the hotel the night before, and they had asked for mobile & email information at that point. Moved to new room with no offer for the inconvenience or upgrade to the room.

Very awkward to access off highway. Ladies lighted makeup mirror not available.
Valerie
The hotel and property is lovely. Exquisite actually.
Our group enjoyed everything but the dining room menu for dinner. The wine list was limited, especially by the glass. We had never heard of the wines they offered and they were very pricy (by the glass for 5 oz. $22 plus).
We all found it difficult ordering as it was either very pricy or something not of interest to those in our group.

5 star hotel lives up to its name. Will go back.
Tyler
Wouldn't check me in and sold the room since I didn't check in at 4pm. I arrived at 4am and was looking for my room to sleep. Ended up sleeping in my truck until the morning. The staff said they were sold out and didn't have my room and simply shrugged me off.
Absolutely disrespectful and would warn all other travelers to avoid this place in the future as they don't seem to concern themselves with anything other than money.
To this point I still haven't heard from or have been reached out to by them.

A beautiful location. Weird restaurant openings. Closed on Sunday and Monday night! Not sensible. Bellperson occasionally! The staff are marvelous. Kind and helpful. A quiet place to stay by the Lac De Deux Montagne! This is our 10th stay at least!!!
Debbie
The only negative is the goose Pooh on all the always. It should be more maintained daily
Trevor
Didn’t really use the facilities as we were only there one night passing through. However dinner was excellent. Lovely bar and restaurant. The room was good but unfortunately we were at the front next to a busy NOISY motorway. We did raise the issue but the hotel was full so couldn’t move rooms.
Nice grounds and convenient for the motorway but I wouldn’t want to stay there more than one night or 2 as not much in the area. Very much an out of town industrial area. But nice by the lake.

Best meal we had in Montreal!!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Château Vaudreuil, and it was an excellent experience. The property is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and stunning views of the lake. The hotel has an elegant atmosphere that feels relaxing from the moment you arrive.
Franca
Beautiful grounds by the water!
David
It is close to the highway but the rooms are dead quiet. The renovated spaces are beautiful. And the grounds are gorgeous. We will be back.

Hotel is very nice, however if you not renting a car not convenient as nothing is really within walking distance and there is no onsite convenience store - so if you forget anything you are out of luck.
Room service was difficult to reach at times and I had to go to the front desk to check out as my bill was not sent via email.
All in all a beautiful hotel but a couple of small improvements would go a long way- convenience wise.

Enjoyed our stay. Overpriced for F1 weekend, just like everywhere else unfortunately. Pool, hot tub and sauna were not busy at all, we had them to ourselves each night. Beautiful setting would love to see it in the summer.
Paula

Possibly the best hotel experience we have ever had! Checkin was friendly, seemless and quick. The room was spacious and luxurious. The hotel was magnificent, reminiscent of grand European hotels. The grounds were perfectly groomed and wonderfully set on the water. Best of all were the staff. Every single one was friendly, professional and helpful to a fault. Special recognition to concierge Sandro and our waiter Bernard. Cudos to the restaurant for a fabulous dinner in a memorable setting. We can’t wait to enjoy another stay at Chateau Vaudreuil!

Convenient close on site parking. We were immediately welcomed by the most courteous concierge man holding open entry doors helping with baggage and briefly familiarizing us with the property generally making my wife and I feel welcome and special! The restaurant overlooking the lake was a bonus. Our room was large and impeccably clean. All staff in your restaurants were professional and attentive .Loved the hotel and noticed how well the management was dealing with a little lake flooding near the property. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and memorable!

Nous avons adoré la piscine avec le spa, sans parler du service impeccable. Nous avons même eu des bouteilles d’eau froide à la piscine.

This is one of our favourite places to stay! It has that romantic charm and elegance we love. The rooms are cozy, the pool area is calm and clean. The bar and restaurant have a lovely view and the food is well thought out. We arrived late after a long day of travel and the front desk staff could see it in my face, they were graceful about my stress and we got settled in quickly. Always our go to when we visit family in Montreal!!
Nancy

extremely well located with shops in close vicinity. The Costco warehouse at 5 minutes. In same plaza we came across a breakfast boulangerie store which we fell in love with...like spending mornings in Paris. Montrealers are well nurtured, hospitable people. Despite the cold temperature we found the chateau as a gem beside the busy highway. Was so pleasant to finish the day with a trip at the spa where the steam room removed the cold from our bones and prpared us for a wonderful sleep
Martin

The hotels and room was wonderful.

Both TV’s would constantly freeze (lag) I’m guessing due to poor signal. Too frustrating to relax and watch hockey game. I was told if it continued I can change rooms but I was already settled in for the evening I switched to my personal cell data. No compensation was offered. Would not go back. There are other options in the area.

The staff was absolutely amazing, food was great, but there is a little gap under the door , the light to the hallway was coming through, we could hear everyone in the hallway up until 2am, people were talking and laughing extremely loud and we could hear the people in the room beside us puking and being loud, for the price I’d expect the rooms to be a little more insulated.
Michele LeBlanc
Clean however since the change in management certain extras have been dropped like the biscotti cookies in the room we stayed in and the fruit water in the lobby …French toast was a bust:(
Kyle
Phenomenal customer service that addressed a mix-up with a charge immediately. Will definitely be back.
