Both TV’s would constantly freeze (lag) I’m guessing due to poor signal. Too frustrating to relax and watch hockey game. I was told if it continued I can change rooms but I was already settled in for the evening I switched to my personal cell data. No compensation was offered. Would not go back. The staff was absolutely amazing, food was great, but there is a little gap under the door , the light to the hallway was coming through, we could hear everyone in the hallway up until 2am, people were talking and laughing extremely loud and we could hear the people in the room beside us puking and being loud, for the price I’d expect the rooms to be a little more insulated.

What a lovely experience, the interior of this property is very visually appealing, the room was lovely and there was just the right amount of nostalgia and elegance. Food was cold, coffee was cold, and the service accidentally cleared my table when I got up to go back to the buffet area. The $15 service amenities fee is unnecessary in my option. We love the Chateau. The overall hotel is very upper class, both interior design and exterior grounds. The staff is superb from the doorman, dinning, bar and room maintenance. Friendly, engaging and helpful. The food is excellent.
It's our favorite place to stay at when we come to Montreal to visit family. Both summer and winter it is a great place, but we especially like to stay there at Christmas time. It's so nicely decorated, warm and cozy. Also, our grandchildren like to come and swim in the pool in the winter time.

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The room with the extra sitting area was a lovely oasis and the large bathroom was a treat. We loved the comfortable kingsized bed and had no issues at all with room temperature. We appreciated having room service for dinner and our order arrived earlier than predicted. Overall it was a lovely one night getaway after enjoying a Christmas Market in Hudson!

Staff initially assigned me a room that was inferior to what i had reserved. I called them on it after seeing the room and they gave me an upgrade to their best room, which was nice.
