Nice place, clean and well maintained. Breakfast is nothing special, below average in my opinion. Location was good for me but could be issues if you're thinking of going to downtown Montreal as it is located in an industrial area in the West Island.
Overall it's a godd place for the money.

The cleanliness of the sheets and blankets was terrible. The pillows smelled awful—strongly of sweat and with a very unpleasant odor.

We booked two double rooms, but they turned out to be suites with only one double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed could not be fully extended because there wasn’t enough space due to the furniture in the room. We had to ask the staff to remove a chair just so we could move around comfortably.

On the positive side, Mr. Daniel was absolutely outstanding. He was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast was excellent—fresh, spotless, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious.

Room and common areas were clean, breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of items. Parking available underground or outdoors which is great. Lovely terrace area with BBQ, good gym and nice pool area. Some areas of the room were a bit dated (curtains, sofa, shower), but everything was very clean. Coffee machine in room didn’t work, but coffee was available in main lounge. My only complaint was the room was somewhat noisy (kids running in the halls past 11pm, some highway 40 noise, room above dropping items on floor late at night), but I’d still recommend for a short stay.

The rooms were clean. Pool was clean. Staff was okay. We stayed for 3 days and they said they will clean after 2 days. The room service came. Literally made our beds. Did not change the sheets. They put in new towels and mopped bathroom and kitchen area. There was garbage in one of the bins when they left. There was garbage on counter like soap cover. The ear plugs box was there but empty. I was very unhappy with it.
Then the breakfast was good but man if you go after 8.45 pm there was hardly things. No plates. No spoons or forks or knives. Staff was clearly overwhelmed. There was no waffle making material left. No juice left. I came in at 9 am on the day we checked out and literally all I found was bread and some peanut butter. They should not be running out of stuff. They should know how many people are staying and anticipate the outcome. That was very disappointing and for this very reason I will not be using Hilton again. This is the same complain by other people as well. It’s management issue not a staff issue.

Overall, it was a clean and secure place to stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

However, the kitchen staff often seemed irritated when guests asked for assistance or requested items.

One drawback was that there were no uncarpeted room options available.

I was also disappointed with the breakfast selection. If you eat eggs and pork, there are plenty of choices. However, there were very limited options for guests who cannot eat those foods. The fruit selection was minimal, and the yogurt ran out midway through the week and was not replenished.

On the positive side, Oliver and Linda at the front desk were excellent. They were professional, welcoming, and a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service made a positive difference during my stay.

We had an amazing family experience at this hotel—very clean, modern, and very nice. They had apples at the reception. The breakfast was pretty darn good, with an assortment of cereals and yogurt, decaffeinated and caffeinated coffee, tea, hot chocolate, different types of bread, waffles, chocolate milk, white milk, and various juices. It was a really good breakfast. The pool was great—pretty warm—and they had a ball you could play with, along with lots of free items. There were plenty of fresh, clean towels—not crunchy like in some other hotels—and free parking. There was also a free car wash in the basement, outside the garage parking, which was amazing. Our suite had a small kitchen with a microwave, fully stocked with plates and cutlery, and everything you would need to prepare your own meals, including a fridge. We are very happy and highly recommend this hotel.

The main issue is the rooms are very small, a room that was supposed to accommodate four was not at all suitable. The beds were small and uncomfortable. The one bed was a sofa bed that was in a horrible condition. When we got the room the washroom soap bar had hair on it. The room itself was done up for 2, not 4, so just be careful when selecting. The lady at breakfast began closing up the buffet before 10am closure and the meal staff weren’t very pleasant. All the other staff were great. The pool is present but it’s very narrow and once you have 4 people in it, it feels very crowded. For the price point I would suggest staying elsewhere. Also it is very noisy, but they do provide a white noise machine in the room to help drown that out.
