We checked in at one in the morning after a flight from Mexico. Staff or friendly, however the bedsheets were dirty. They obviously had not been changed and housekeeping simply put the cover over the top. There was a large stain and hairs in the beds. We should have been refunded for the night, we ended up with a 30% discount. I certainly wouldn’t stay there again.

Wasn’t happy this time around. We rolled it at 3am after a much delayed flight in. Checkout is at noon but housekeeping came around knocking at 9:30 looking to see if we had left.

At 3AM I forgot to put the do not disturb door hanger, but I feel like 9:30 is a bit early to start looking for checked out guests.

The young lady at the front desk I think her name is Sophie, black young woman was absolutely fantastic!!! Very professional and nice. The hotel itself I didn’t care much for the money I found out there was a parking fee!!! How are you going to charge people to park their car while they’re staying at your hotel?!? That’s greed to the max! Make it make sense!!!

Unfortunately the rooms were subpar for the Hilton. The main light let out this horrible high pitched noise whenever it was on, and even at night there was still a hum in the room from something. The pool was alright but the hot tub unbeknownst to us was actually out of service and was fully covered. I wish that disclosed on the website or anywhere really. All I want to do after a long day of driving is relax and I couldn’t do that. The bathroom was also a bit of a letdown as the shower was actually like the shower head was just a random not even Walmart quality. Literally just a head you’d find in a college dorm. There wasn’t even a handle piece but they had a handle spot for it. It was just a subpar room for 213 a night.

The property mentioned that they have parking on premises.When checking in they charged me for 30 Cad which is unreasonable.They should have mentioned it that it's paid parking.Not all but one of the staff was also rude

The front desk staff and housekeeping were all very friendly. I ate breakfast once at the hotel, ordering off the menu rather than the buffet. Because I could get my order from the buffet, the server told me to just get it myself. The fruit bowl was limited that morning to only pineapple and over ripe honeydew melon, and the oatmeal was pretty gluey.

My room was fairly comfortable, although there are small signs of wear. A hole in the curtain, a huge chunk of tile missing under my foot so I had to cover it with the bathmat. My fitted bedsheet was too small and tightly stretched over the cushion topper of the mattress only. Housekeeping only comes in every second day so I needed to put the sheets back on myself the next day, it popped off.

The location was convenient to the office I was visiting, that part was great.

I have always used Hilton hotels and have always been satisfied, but this time...
When we entered the room, one of our beds had no pillow or blanket. The service was not good at all and they did not clean my room. One of the staff, a young lady at the concierge, did not treat us well.

I had called to get room service to have the garbage cleaned and laundry changed, they did not do anything on that day. I had to call again and had to request them again with a little force to have my room serviced.

Also, only 2 bottles of water for a 3 day stay with a kid is something which left a sore. Was told that anything over this is chargeable.

When I checked in I was given a Ground Floor Room which I never take being a woman and security conscious. The Room smelled of cigarettes. When I asked for another Room I was treated like a sub-standard customer by the front desk supervisor because I had booked through Expédia!

I experienced two unauthorized charges on my credit card without any explanation. Upon receiving the alert from my bank, I contacted my credit card company, who assured me that the first transaction had been approved using my PIN. However, the young lady informed me that it had not gone through and requested to see my card. She proceeded to tap my card again without my consent, as the credit card company indicated. When I returned to the desk, the same young made a dismissive comment about switching terminals due to an issue, as if I was supposed to be aware of it. It seemed she took offence to my inquiry about the infringement of an additional transaction. I wonder how she would feel if someone swiped her credit card twice without permission or an explanation. The young lady then assured me it would only be processed once during the nightly reconciliation.

Additionally, we were quoted a rate of $25 per night for parking while on vacation, but upon arrival, we were informed that the price had increased to $30 per night. While I appreciate that they honoured the original quote, it was frustrating to find that we were charged for parking on the night of our stay, especially when there is no optional parking in the area. It’s hard to believe. Moreover, I was never asked for my Hilton Hotels Points card. As such, I will certainly consider other options before returning to a Hilton Garden Hotel in the future. I do intend to take it up with the company upon our return.

I was double billed for the room, even though I was told it was a deposit on the room and would not be charged for the room again. We made a reservation to have the shuttle pick us up at 3:15 am. When we got to the front desk we were told we would have to wait until 3:45
am because it was 3:17 am and we were two minutes late. We had to make it clear to the front desk that we would miss our flight if we did not get picked up immediately by the hotel shuttle. The shuttle itself was empty and no one was waiting for it either once we got to the airport.

Specifically picked a room with 3 beds, and the third bed was not good enough to sleep on, very old mattress, no bedding. Stayed 3 nights and room was not serviced between day 1 and 2, no clean towels, no coffee pods. Room was very expensive for what we received. Front desk staff not very knowledgeable or friendly. Very disappointed as have stayed at other Hilton Garden Inn with great service.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Montreal whether it be by car or air. We found the room comfortable. The staff were very helpful in finding information about the event, President's Cup, that we were in town for.

We had breakfast there as well and the food was very good and the portion size was suitable. Our server was friendly and looked after us as well as a number of other tables in a prompt manner.

The staff were fabulous and the hotel room was clean and had all the amenities we required.

Be wary staying here - theft

The hotel was ok. Expensive for what it is. When we turned up, the first room we were put in smelt very strongly of cigarettes. The window was wide open and the air conditioning was blasting. We asked to move to another room and they obliged but the door kept sticking so we had to use body weight to close it. I left an item of clothing there. I called within an hour or so to let them know. They said they would call back to confirm that they'd got it. I didn't hear back so called the next day to confirm they had it as we were travelling back thay way a few days later and I could collect it. We called a couple of times and when i finally spoke to housekeeping they claimed they had not found anything. I know it was there so someone had obviously taken it. They werent willing to look into it. Although it wasnt an expensive item, it's frustrating to know it was stolen. I wouldnt recommend staying there for that reason alone. If it was something valuable that you had left, you would likely not see it again

Overall its average experience, service is good. Pool was kinda small for amount of people want to use the pool. Parking is okay extra $25 per night (kinda expensive) also breakfast was extra $20 per person. It's good for a night stay. 20-30mins from downtown Montreal. So much traffic nearby especially the highways. Provided comfortable beds and clean room.

The Hotel was good. The staff was even better from the front desk to the house keeping staff.

Location wouldve been fine but two highways in the immediate area were shut down and under construction so traffic was terrible. This was obviously out of the control of the hotel but made the stay a big headache at times.

I was here with my family and felt safe here which is key for me.

Would stay again...and hopefully the highway construction is over by the next time.

This is an excellent hotel for an overnight layover or an early flight out. Close to the airport, offers airport shuttles even early in the morning. Good restaurant, excellent and friendly check-in staff and bartender. Not much in the area to do other than for an airport layover since it's located in an industrial area. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Good night's sleep. Thank you!

Check-in was slow. Room was excellent. Tub/shower lacked a grab rail and bathroom was either not equipped with a fan or the fan was not working- bathroom was very steamy following my quick shower and mirror had to be dried manually.
Would stay there again.

Seems to be a frequent mention in the reviews - given this they should add additional security. They will give you a club for your wheel upon request but it’s unfortunate that you have to worry about this during your stay

At one point the shuttle bus was only available after 2 hours which is supposed to be everybhalf hour, i was offered that they will get a taxi for me but never told me that i have to pay for my own taxi?! I can my own uber if i have to pay for it!
