The bathroom lavabo did not work well
Sandra
it is ok to just rest before a flight. No elevator so it is hard to go to second floor with baggages. Crowded at breakfast as the area is very small.

Close to the Airport, shuttle available, great breakfast and helpful front counter staff
rony
Everything was very good thanks

Personnel agréable. Un plus, la navette pour l’aéroport. Très bon déjeuner le matin. On a aussi du café, tisane a volonté pendant toute la journée. Chambre propre
Akshay
Over all good value for money
Scott
Everything was satisfactory, no complaints.

When I booked the hotel, I wasn't aware that there is no elevator. If you are traveling with heavy luggages, you'd better make sure your room is on the first floor. The cheap rates that appear on Expedia site are somewhat misleading if you take the work involved in carrying your luggages to the second floor.

Bien situé près de l’aéroport.

It was great for one night but the no elevator thing sucks when you are coming off of a 13 hour flight and have a suitcases to then carry up stairs. Everyone was polite enough though and it was clean.

24hr shuttle
Jeanette
Remodeled updated rooms! Close to the airport. Convenient and varied breakfast. Nice staff.
Sophia
I love the convenient air shuttle. Thing of note is that if you're coming from the airport, keep an eye out for the white vehicle with three different logos 😅 If your view is blocked, you might miss it. We didn't, but it's a possibility. Drivers were awesome. Once you're there, the front desk can book you for the shuttle going back to the airport.
Airport to hotel (~5 or 6 PM weekday) took maybe 20 mins due to traffic. Hotel to airport (~7 AM weekday) was surprisingly quick (7 mins)! From an outsider's perspective, I was worried about morning rush hour traffic but maybe we got lucky?
Staff all around were great and accomodating. We were in a rush to get to the shuttle for an early flight and accidentally left one of the keycards in the unit, but the staff reassured us we didn't have to run back to our room at the very end of the hallway.
Breakfast buffet was delicious and options were plentiful (egg, yogurt, bread, etc.)
Maybe it's an us problem but we had zero clue on how to use the AC in our room. There's a thermostat on the wall and it worked... we think? We were sort of expecting some sort of control panel or remote... Not a deal breaker though.
The room's spacious, with a mini fridge and a chair+desk space to set your laptop down.

Neat and very clean room, breakfast was good!
Matthew
The room was amazing and super comfortable! The breakfast that was included in our stay was very delicious (they even had waffle makers to make waffles from scratch) I would highly recommend staying here if you needed some rest before an early morning flight!!

Hotel is nice and clean, staff are friendly.
However there is no elevator, and they charge extra if you book online and then request to change rooms to first level. I don't believe my reservation indicated which level my room was in.
With the hotel so close to the airport they should expect many people to have a lot of luggage and accomodate for that.

La chambre était propre et le lit confortable. Le déjeuner était bon et varié. L'endroit était silencieux.
Khrista
I was pleasantly surprised at the amenities provided in the room! Keurig, microwave, mini fridge. It was great! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the shower curtain won’t stay to the sides so water goes on the floor.
Stephanie
Le déjeuner n’était pas super, dans le sens où il n’avait pas de fromage ni de fruit, les aliments n’étaient pas disponibles, personne ne remplissait. Le staff ne parlait pas français impossible de se faire servir en français!
Carole
Had to leave early so they gave us a nice bad to go with good food
Graham
Everything was fine apart from the confusion over whether I could get a gluten-free breakfast (that's a long story).

It was ok for the price… only issue I had was no elevator which made hauling luggage difficult
Biljana
Good location and convenient
Kelly
Shuttle was great, breakfast was great. Not great when we got there - there were a bunch of drinks in the lobby and we had to carry our 50 lb suitcases up the stairs to the room.
Nathalie
Merci encore!
Marc
Good breakfast menu and free parking which is a lot more than I can say about another higher end hotel we stayed at down the street.
Cynthia
Clean room and great continental breakfast included. Airport shuttle was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Greta for a night stay before a flight. Restaurants within walking distance.
Alfred
This location is perfect for those traveling through Montreal and wanting highway access. Also perfectly located for those arriving or departing via the airport. Breakfast was basic but there was everything to have a nice start to your day. I would not hesitate to reccomend this hotel.
Dwayne
Everything was fine for an older hotel …. Only big issue was no elevator only stairs … with several bags of luggage….made for a challenging climb up the stairs.
jonathan
Good breakfast , great staff, comfortable beds, pillows and room
Melissa
Just needed a place to stay close to the airport and via rail station.
Convenient for both.
Comfortable bed and able to use the mini fridge to store foods needed for the next day.
I didn’t leave the property as I arrived around 9pm and left by 6am.
Wasn’t able to check out their breakfast

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had some special needs and they made sure we were taken care of. The shuttle to the airport was easy and on time. We were very pleased with our stay at the Comfort Inn - Montreal Airport.
Edward
The hotel stay was excellent. Only thing is no elevators. You have to haul your luggage up the stairs, which was pretty hard..
Scott
Clean room, comfortable bed, cheerful and helpful staff. Shuttle service is very good, too.

Dejeuner inclus et navette pour l'aéroport. Une navette pour le centre-ville serait bien.
Ali
It was very good

the bed & bathroom were clean aircondition set too low, I froze all nite, some of the lights did not work, but my worse complaint, I was put ion a room on the 2nd floor with no elevator. I was not told that those were the cheap rooms because of this. At age 84 with arthritis I was forced to carry my luggage up the stairs, which I could not do; so I had to leave my suitcase at their storage area. My flight arrived late so there was no one to help me with my luggage. Otherwise the personnel were kind smiling and welcoming. in the Expedia ad this was not mentioned. I did not use any other amenities. Tanju Mishara

Very close to the airport runways, thus VERY noisy. TV remote didn't work. Overall the place looks like it needs refurbishment. Good breakfast though and convenient shuttle.

May be add some spicy dish in breakfast

The complimentary shuttle service was efficient with very little wait time, and the driver was pleasant and professional.
Unfortunately, I did not realize the hotel has no elevator, and with heavy luggage this became a very difficult and painful experience. I believe this should be clearly stated on the booking page, especially for elderly guests or persons with medical or physical limitations who may not be able to carry luggage up the flight of stairs.
My check-in experience was also disappointing. When I asked about paying the security deposit in cash, the older CSR who attended to me responded in a condescending manner and stated that cash is not usually accepted. Additionally, my room keys were not activated, so after carrying my luggage upstairs and all the way to the back corridor where my room was located, I had to return downstairs to have the keys activated. Needless to say, check-in was frustrating and not a good experience overall.
That said, the housekeeping team was exceptional. The room, bathroom, sheets, and towels were all very clean. The cleaning staff were also very sweet, always greeting guests pleasantly and responding kindly.
Breakfast was good value for the price paid, and the complimentary hot water/coffee station in the lobby was a thoughtful touch that I appreciated.
Checkout was a much better experience. The younger CSR who assisted me was polite, warm, and very pleasant; I truly appreciated her 'Comfort Inn' customer service.

The overall appearance of the interior is dated but well maintained. 1 of the 3 staff I had interaction with was outstanding and very patient (as we were out of country for a very busy time). The individual who checked us in was acceptable and the 3 individual put me on hold the 3 times (for a total of 25 minutes) when I called the d front desk directly (with a questions on the where to catch the shuttle from he airport to the property. Something that a taxi ride (30 usd) for a 5 minute ride.following an exhausting day at the Canadian Grand Prix. I’m not sure I would return to this particular Comfort Inn and I will do some in-depth research should I need to stay at another Comfort Inn establishment

There were no elevators. Carrying luggage to the 2nd floor was hard on my knees.
Craig
Poor directions for getting to the shuttle. Nothing on their page. No one to tell you nothing.
Hotel has no elevator. Had to carry luggage up the stairs.
Night Shuttle driver never helped us with our luggage.
Night Shuttle driver was crazy. Didn’t understand him. Asked if this was our hotel and he said no and got pissed off because he had to go back then drove crazy to get us there. Wonder we never had whiplash.
Front staff were nice.
Free breakfast was a joke.
Day shuttle driver was really nice and helped.
Could understand him and nice to talk to.

Proche de l’aéroport , service de navette , personnel courtois
Maria lucia
Staff was rude and not very helpful.
Tammy
Exactly what you need for an airport layover. Clean, friendly staff, comfy bed, close to the airport with a shuttle. I can’t comment on the breakfast because I had to leave ahead of breakfast. I was able to order a delicious pizza that arrived super quick when I arrived at 9:30pm via menus featured near the front desk.
jarode
Déjeuner très généreux, service de navette, proximité de l’aéroport.

Skipped breakfast. Took taxi. Nice hotel.

Thin walls. It might help if they put a room in between travellers. I could hear the person in the next room snoring.
Henry
Good hotel to sleep and go to the airport. You really get what you pay for.
Krista
We only stayed over night, but the property was clean and the staff were friendly. I wish there was an elevator, but overall it was a great stay.
Raymond
Very close to the airport… only 2 stop on the tram, less than 4/5 minutes.
Siddiqah
The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was that kids were stomping and running through the hallways and a neighboring room at night and also all morning. I was awakened by the noise.
Mario
Noisy all night
