We had booked a superior room with a kitchenette but were given a classic double room. We did not get what we paid for. We had mentioned that we were coming with a pet. This was totally not appreciated plus there was no refund or way to make it up for that. Apart from that the staff receiving me at check in was really not even interested in helping

The one bedroom suite was amazing! Staff was very friendly at the front desk, the breakfast was pretty good also! The croissants were amazing, just like in France. There was a super sweet Ukrainian lady working the breakfast, she asked if I wanted espresso when there was none.
The only problem that I encountered during the stay is when I came down with my wife with a bottle of wine to enjoy by the fireplace, I was told that I’m not allowed to have it. I have never seen that happen in a hotel before. When you pay for a room, it automatically becomes your house.! I ended up buying wine from the bar.

Room was at the back of the hotel. There is an exit, but after 11 pm it’s locked (even with access card), so you have to go all the way around the building to the main entrance - very inconvenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and they made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, with everything we needed after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated how quiet it was at night, which made it easy to get a great night’s sleep.
There were plenty of self-parking spots, and the location couldn’t have been better — close to restaurants, shops, and conveniently about a 30-minute drive from Montreal. Breakfast was fresh, well-stocked, and absolutely delicious!
Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Laval or Montreal!

The hotel was okay overall — clean and decent for the price. However, the receptionists were not very friendly, which made the check-in experience less pleasant. A bit more warmth and hospitality from the staff would really improve the stay.

I wish i was speaking French or i should say the staff is not too friendly to others than the french speaker, the french speakers would get a welcome bottle of water during check in and other guest would not just because they don’t speak the same language. I gotta say the breakfast is fire and might comeback to get their breakfast. Huge thanks to all the cooks!!

Fresh food. Quiet area. Very clean. Did not feel in a hotel but at home. The only hard issue was the high traffic to get into or out of Laval, but this not the hotel responsibility!
