The wireless network did not cover the entire property, so management should address this issue. Apart from that, the place is wonderful.

Outside of Montréal but close enough to a metro station (Cartier), this motel is a recommended stay. It is not top notch but quiet and clean : a good sleep, a good shower and then Tim Horton's and Super C nearby.

This would have been great had it had a pool and a place to eat. Other than that it was a good place for a night stay.

The room had a very strong smell of cigars. Unable to get rid of the smell even I stayed there for two nights and had a/c turned on.

The good;
-parking
-Air conditioning
-parking
-quaint & quiet
-wireless charger
-mini fridge
The less good;
-staff never checks or refills amenities, towels etc. I understand one is to ask for replacement towels but it should also be part of service offered by default, theres 5 golf carts yet nobody can check in on rooms to give fresh towels? Just unimpressed.
-water leakage during heavy rain storm
- incredibly terribly maintained parking lot, massive holes in the asfalt so I had to drive zigzag around
Notes for improvement:
-having clear concise instructions on who and where to get towels, coffee pods, soap etc would be great. Rather than chasing down staff or being looked at weirdly by cleaning staff and not getting help.
Power was lost for an entire day which resulted in having to stay elsewhere and spending more than we expected.

Better than expected. good location for transit. the shower head could use an update and a second mirror but that’s minor. we stayed for a week and the motel part was very nice to come and go

Clean room, comfy bed. Classic style motel but with modern refurbishment.
Definitely would recommend as a good place to stay.
There is a mini fridge and a Keurig.

Checked in for 2 nights to see a game. Wasn't expecting the top hotel for the price.
Had called prior to arriving to ask if the rooms were accessible and wasn't really understood. I received a message shortly after that they were all on one level, so assumed that meant they were. They are NOT. If you are wheelchair bound, this is NOT the place for your stay. I saw one room that could be accessed by a ramp from the parking lot, directly to the door to that one room. The office has a curb with no cutout, all of the rooms are accessed off a sidewalk that has stairs randomly along the length and stairs to the parking lot at random locations.
The outside has been updated and looks nice. The room we had looked like it had recently been upgraded in the bathroom and new paint in the room, clean linens on the bed. Sadly, one entire corner of the bedroom was a massive cobweb (at least 2 feet wide). The extra blankets were on a high shelf in the corner close to the cobwebs and they felt \"not so clean\" so we went without. There were ants coming out of the corners of the grout in the bathroom and all over the bathroom floor, which is white so easy to see... in the bedroom with the grey carpet, impossible to see but obvious when they were on the white sheets and comforter. Found 2 larger silverfish in one of the beds.
Disappointed that I just was not impressed with the visit. One positive is that the beds were comfortable, if you could get past the idea of the bugs.

Yeah parking was safe and Ac or heat work fine, but WIFI FROM 0 to 10 I’ll give 2. And there was no closet in the room…

Timothy
I have stayed many times and in different units. This unit (149) lacked some TLC. I strongly advise the management to either advise customers in this (and possibly other untis??) to be super careful in the tub when taking a shower. Someone is going to fall and the motel could be facing a liability issue. The tub (a type of polymer or plastique insert) was INCREDIBLY slippery and there are no grab bars, I spent my time trying hard not to slip and fall. In addition the shower head had been clumsily 'repaired' with white plumbing tape and could not be adjusted. Disappointing after staying in other units at the same place. I really hope no one falls on the premises. Thanks for considering my feedback.

The room looks like it has just been renovated - the room was clean when we walked in! It is walking distance to a few fast food places, boutiques, etc. I would give a 5 star but there was no free breakfast available, or the internet was not working (as well as very limited cable channels). Staff was very nice! It was our first stay so we will see in the future! So far it was great.

This was just the perfect stay for my needs. No microwave in room but there is one in the lobby. Staff were friendly and super efficient! There is ample parking, no issues whatsoever! An overall positive experience and you can’t beat the price! Thanks 😊
Taylor
Had some issues with the outlets in my room and their ability to charge things like my phone. But was able to make it work with minimal issues. Could tell it was an older building but that didnt change my overall experience. Staff was friendly and was easy to find transportation
Antonio
The motel had plenty of parking. I started for 17 nights, the room I was originally put in had a damaged curling light, so they offered me to switch rooms. The second room I stayed in was good, the room was clean the bath/shower worked perfectly fine, and the air conditioning was good and it had a fridge. There was a slight issue, one of the shelves had a dried food stain and a spoon left behind from someone, so I had to ask the front desk for someone to clean it. They were very apologetic and even offered to clean the room free of charge (usually there is a $23 charge). They ended up cleaning it and I had no issue with the motel after that. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient with communicating with me as my French is not that great. There was a good access to public transport so even without a car, staying here is a good option. Overall, I would recommend staying here. I know motels are usually for shorter stays but even a longer stay like my one was perfectly fine.
Jordan
First room wasn’t cleaned. Next room was only one bed and I booked two queens. Was a very late check in due flight delays. The next day they gave us a second room with one bed free of charge for the next day.

The room was exactly as shown on the Expedia app,,,super clean, with very white, crisp bed sheets. The bathroom and towels were spotless. The concierge was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely book again.

The room was perfect for what we needed just wish it had a plug by the table to a finally use the Keurig in the room without having to relocate it by the tv. Also would be great to have a microwave in the room and not have to go to the main office to use one.
