The room was great, first hotel i’ve been to without carpeted floors (in the rooms) which helps cleanliness imo. Breakfast was not what I’m used to, but it is a smaller hotel so buffet style doesn’t make sense logistically. Other than that, staff were helpful regardless of the fact me and my mates don’t speak french. Overall, 8/10

The hotel was great and very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The lady at the breakfast area was a real sweetheart. She was always trying to make everyone’s experience better. Parking is great and the public transit is close to the location.
The only one thing is that the breakfast serving area is cramped and gets very busy even to toast a bagel. It may be nicer to have a few more toasters and may be at a different spot.

This was a really nice hotel that was clean. It was a little loud especially in the morning but it didn’t wake you up. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the room was clean and nice. There wasn’t air conditioning but that was fine for us. There wasnt a ton of selection for breakfast but there was enough. It was a very busy hotel but you wouldn’t know that unless you went to breakfast or were awake during it. The rooms were very quiet, you couldn’t hear from other rooms, only sometimes you could hear the hallway.

We were super impressed with the excellent service at Spark by Hilton. In the morning, a manager came and greeted everyone and asked how was their stay. Since we didn't have any paper cups for our washroom to brush our teeth, she immediately apologized and informed her supervisor to ensure paper cups were delivered to our room while we are enjoying our breakfast, that was unexpected but greatly appreciated.

The complimentary breakfast was super basic but it did its job coz we don't eat that much in the morning anyways, but it offers bagels, toasted bread, cereal, orange juice and coffee.

The room was huge and clean and modern. We really appreciate the complimentary in-and-out parking, it's so easy to find and access the underground parking. It's a tap of your hotel cards, so easy and save you money, as some hotels charge you extra.

Staff is very helpful.
Breakfast could be improved and is on the lower side compared to many other comparable hotels.
The hotel is not far from the metro so convenient for a visit of Montreal.
Our room had a big window so to keep our privacy we needed to close the curtain. So during daytime, the room was dark.
My conclusion: this is ok for a one night stay but for a longer stay, I would look for a more cozy hotel (this hotel seems to be pretty new).

The most important thing in a hotel room for me is that the room, and bed(s) are clean. Unfortunately, the linens on the beds had yellow stains on them which started us questioning if they had actually been changed since the previous guest(s) had left. Also, the bathroom floor was very sticky and when we wiped the bathroom floor (for whatever reason), it clearly was not clean. Also, there was a panty liner peel left behind the bathroom garbage can from the previous visitor's stay.
IN short, the room was not cleaned properly.
The breakfast was good, and the staff taking care of the breakfast were very helpful.

Only issue was no single rooms available. And no kettle in the room. Had to walk miles to reception to get a cup of coffee which was cold by the time I got back to the room.
The breakfast was very disappointing. Same thing everyday and not a variety. Boiled eggs(cold) everyday, bagels or bread, muffins, cereal, yoghurt, juice, tea and coffee.

The hotel was decent. The breakfast was okay but very crowded. Early check in would cost $25/hr and asking for a late check out was only to noon. The location is not the fastest if you are using the metro as it’s a 10 minute walk each way. The rooms were very spacious. TV’s weren’t smart and only had a few channels in English and no movies you could cast sadly. Bathrooms were nice and big. Staff was friendly. A little weird with no windows in the room but not the biggest deal. Rates were attractive.

Hotel is clean and looks new.
But they forgot to install soundproof doors. Every time someone walks or talks or open the other room's door feels like that is happening in your room.
Hotel dont have any safe (for valuable keeping).
Hotel dont provide water or coffee machine in the room.
Bathrooms are good & cleaned.
Beds have cheap spring mattresses.. dont expect good sleep in these mattresses.

Breakfast- i dont call it breakfast- bread, begal, whole banana, apple , cereal and muffins. Cold whole boiled eggs.

Parking- very small for pickup trucks, vans or large SUV.
Also its next to main highway so noisy and not much in walkable distance.

My room, #218, was also extremely noisy, beginning at 4:30 am! Room is next to the Housekeeping room with laundry(?), compressors, etc. going steadily and loudly!! through a thin wall right by my head as I was trying to sleep. Terrible!! The room should be turned into a storage area because it is not fit for travellers.

I even remembered the names of the team members who made such a positive impression: Josian, Lana, Norinet and Bikem. They were all incredibly kind, professional, and helpful—not only to us but also to our children. Their outstanding hospitality made our family feel right at home.

Please extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to each of them. They truly made our stay memorable, and we look forward to returning in the future.

It’s an odd property, obviously repurposed from something else but the staff was friendly and helpful, the inside was clean (there was a bit of trash on the lawn facing the Main Street but it’s a busy road so hard to maintain). The room was very nice with decent amenities. Great bathroom. The view from the room wasn’t great (faces residential neighborhoods and there was graffiti on the fence). It’s in a great location with plenty of free garage parking. The breakfast could have been better (essentially just juice/coffee with cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins, and bagels). Probably a little overpriced for what you get but not incredibly so.

Vast room, high ceilings, well appointed bathroom, onsite parking, rudimentary light breakfast, and helpful young staff. Very well priced for Montreal.

With tradeoffs. Located 8 miles from central areas of the city. Montreal's excellent subway service was accessible on foot about a kilometer from the hotel. Otherwise ride-service or taxis needed, if you want to avoid Montreal's challenging traffic and high cost of parking. Oriented towards youthful clientele, traveling in sponsored groups or with families. Nice vibe.

Though bedroom was unusually large with handsome, minimalist decor, there was no closet--only a small hanging bar equipped with three (3!) hangers--and despite lots of open shelves and cubicles, not a single drawer! Despite glass walls and lots of filtered light, rooms are hermetic--no operable windows, Fortunately the HVAC worked perfectly.
