I didn't like it at all, first we arrived no-one was there to help with the luggage just security guy who was very rude and asked me do I have reservation and look at the list we were tired and stuiped guy asking nonsense. The other thing was no water in the fridge or by the coffee maker and when I ask it they told me to u should buy it!!!
I was in worst and best hotels and they always provide water. The staff was very rude and in the restroom they didn't put essential things like a toothbrush, hand cream or lotion there was no shoehorn. When I asked for room service they ignored. Totally it was bad and never ever go to the Hiltons, it is shameful😡😡

Hotel and room was very clean. Parking is a bit pricey for guests of the hotel and they can expand the menu in the hotel restaurant but the staff and amenities were excellent

Staff were very nice and most of them were bilingual. They accommodated us every day when approached for help or favours. One of the nights we found a random cherry stem in our room floor despite not eating cherries our entire stay but other than that, everything went smoothly.

It was close to the airport and fairly close downtown. It was a perfect spot for us who only had the opportunity to stay in Montreal for 1 night but having to leave early in the morning.

Everything was great about our stay. The staff were helpful, and the hotel was modern and clean. We also got a large room with a view of the Mont Royal which was really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is clean. The rooms are spacious. The staff is all very kind and helpful. The pool is not heated so it was very cold. The hotel is next to a highway so there is a lot of noise from the cars at night. If you are a light sleeper this place isnt for you.

The property was in a good location not far away from downtown. The room was clean and well maintained. The only thing that we didn’t like was that the heated pool was never heated and even when we asked the staff to check it, it never got adjusted or taken care of. We were disappoint to find out the water was cold the following day.

Staff are great. My only complaint about the hotel is some days the rooms were cleaned well other days they were not… for example, the first day I arrived there was no soap, no bodywash, … also, there was a maintenance issue where I got stuck in the elevator for 32 minutes. Quite scary.

Merci

The stay was truly a wonderful time! Hotel and room very clean well taken care of along with an easy parking garage underneath the property. The property is very close to the Namur metro station; making it very accessible with reaching downtown without the hassle of driving in on your own.

I paid 250$ for one night because it was a Friday, they tried to charge me parking twice which at the reception was 20$ per parking while at the ticket booth it’s 15$, The location is beside a highway which isn’t convenient if you don’t have a car. The swimming pool is small and always full , the families fight over the pool and chairs, so it’s always busy even when I try to swim at 8 am , there was already family of 7 screaming in there . So if you think you will go on a vacay and go swimming and relax, good luck. The rooms aren’t soundproof you can hear the upstairs dragging their chair directly from our room.
The positive part was that I found a place to sleep

Nice hotel with easy access. Had overnight parking with our stay which was convenient however the hotel kept having access card issues. We had to have our card reprogrammed twice during our stay. It's difficult to exit the garage without a valid access card. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant especially their pizzas. Hospitality was great.

I was attending a wedding in Montreal and the wedding was starting at 15:00 at the same time the checking time. Requested to be accomodated to be able to check in at 14:00 and I was charged $30. Not very friendly if you ask me. It was the first time staying at a Hilton hotel and may be the last. I had almost already paid $300 for the night. I was expecting no extra fee.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. The property is so clean and staff is super friendly. The gym was perfect to use. There is a Starbucks and a Heal (açai bowls and smoothies) right across the hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.
Thank you❤️

Housekeeping was aweful. Everyday there were issues with my room except my last day. I stayed a week. There was no bath gel. There was no soap or kleenex replacement. The bathroom counter was always dirty, floors were never mopped. There were a few days when my bed wasnt made. Coffee area neglected. I never felt that things were clean. I am So disappointed I would hope that a Hilton would do better.
Reception staff were great❗️.
I have stayed at this location before and i never experienced such problems with housekeeping. Waste of money

The room and staff were great! Loved the half price happy hour drinks. But both of my meals were underwhelming. Had to send my steak back as it was undercooked and the veggies were cold. At breakfast my egg dish was missing the fruit, the toast was dry and there was no butter, jam or salt and pepper.
