Please train your staff that before guests are given directions/suggestions to how to go about getting to the VIA Rail station, they confirm which location the guests need to get to. We spent money and time getting to the wrong location. We almost missed our train. Also, we called earlier in the day three times and were out on hold for over 10 mins. We only wanted to notify the hotel of our late arrival.

We stayed here while passing through, it was comfortable. We were only there one night and we're surprised that the cost of parking was not included.
Kris
Room was clean and we liked the standing shower in the washroom. Place was quiet as well. Parking was great with lots of parking space.

The exterior and lobby were nicely maintained and well kept. The room could have been better some towels were a bit worn and you can see holes through them walls around the commode could have been cleaner. Other than that the stayed was comfortable.
Cristina
Check in was easy and property was clean. I had a wonderful stay.

Conveniently located, clean & modern amenities, great Italian restaurant, varied menu & excellently prepared dishes, spacious room & comfortable bed. A true 5 Star Courtyard facility. Parking could be free, no apparent reason for $20 charge (no attendant or security staff)
Lawrance
You need a car to get around the city. The Chinese, Mexican and Vietnamese restaurants are walking distance from the hotel. The hotel has self service laundry machines available for $6 both washing and drying.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Morning staff in restaurant (young gentleman, whose name I sadly forget) was very pleasant and helpful with my coffee order. Was only disappointed that the restaurant closed for breakfast at 10:30. Brunch needed at 11! I recommend this property

A good stay but the management was very terrible. Also, they didn’t leave a spot for the parking. The whole parking lot was full and even though they included the parking fees in the stay fees, we had to park on the street.

The beds were clean and the bathroom was ok-had a few things that could have been cleaner. Overall amenities were good, we didn't try their $30/person buffet breakfast but it looked good.
Hallways and rooms were spacious, swimming pool was nice and elevators were fast. Front desk lady with dreads was friendly and helpful.
Thanks.

I only regret I didn’t book this sooner… the amenities were excellent. Front desk staff were helpful and professional. Checkout was simple and easy

The room was recently renovated, modern, clean, quiet and not cramped. The bed was firm and great to sleep on. We did not try the restaurant, but it looked nice. I wanted to use the swimming pool but it was very crowded. Parking was complicated with a form required. The pass card did not work the first time and $20 was charged for parking one night without telling me in advance. Staff were friendly and there is a nice little shopping mall nearby.

Enjoyed our stay.
Close to the highway - so convenient. Close to the highway so book a room on the opposite side of the highway.
Overall, a lovely property.

Very expensive for what it was, no free breakfast. List price quickly went up after all the extra taxes. Not worth staying in any hotel in Quebec due to all the hidden taxes. Won't recommend this place even to the Marineers.

Was put in a room that had a connecting room. Could literally hear everything the room next door was saying, so loud. Hotel was accommodating, moving to another room.
Secondly, housing keeping was knocking on the door at 0930 in the morning.
Thirdly, checked out. Went to leave but could not get out of parking lot. Had to back up and go back inside. I was informed that I needed a code and I was not charged for parking. I filled out the parking form when checking in, so I’m not sure why the front desk didn’t charge me.

Room was wonderful and clean, we had a great, restful night. Pool was good and hot tub, too. Be aware that you’re paying $19 per night for parking. We watched the planes landing at the airport out of our window. No noise, though. Was great!

Charged for parking, no continental breakfast and more expensive than your next door property, residence by Marriott, which offer larger suite with a kitchen, parking and continental breakfast are included in the price.

stay. Very clean environment

All good, disappointed the hot tub was broken. The person training to turn over rooms mistakenly entered my room in the morning without knocking. No harm, she had seen my husband leave the room earlier with a few bags and assumed we were all out.
Paulette
Very good
Richa
We had a nice confortable stay. Staff at the front desk is not welcoming and friendly, seemed arrogant and rude. Also there is no buffet served at the restaurent as mentioned in the hôtel details on Expedia. We had to take a la carte breakfast and food quality as well as service was average and prices so high
Elisapee
I loved the bed

Great staff! Could use more towels, tissues and mirrors in the rooms, otherwise, excellent cleanliness and great pool.

Even though a crowd from an Air Canada cancelled flight was waiting in the lobby, a separate attendant welcomed me and got me checked in expeditiously.
I loved the clothes steamer in my room (in place of iron & ironing board.
Very quiet floor provided solid rest. My room was immaculate and had all that I needed.
Love being a Bonvoy member!

Disappointed
Have been staying here for 15 years when traveling for business without issue. Actually came with our family this time...a used towel was left up in our room, and multiple times had to ask for enough towels to cover us. We were always left with less. Plus this is the only Marriott I stay in across Canada that doesn't give a water bottle in the room..
