I don’t usually leave hotel reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt I should warn other travelers. We booked a three-night stay and ended up leaving after the first night. From the moment we arrived, the hotel had an unpleasant odor. The room appeared to have only had the bed made rather than being properly cleaned. The toilet had not been cleaned, there was an unidentified liquid splatter on the ceiling, and the mini-fridge smelled as if something had spoiled inside it. Even getting into the room was difficult because the door required putting almost all of our weight on the handle to open. Basic amenities were also lacking. The vending machines were either empty or not working. Breakfast was especially disappointing: cold Eggos, cold bread with butter, water, and no jam, peanut butter, syrup, tea, or coffee. The yogurt was not refrigerated properly and had become chunky. What ultimately convinced us to leave was the overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Despite deciding not to stay the remaining two nights, the hotel would not allow a cancellation or provide any refund for the unused nights. I’ve stayed in some very budget-friendly and questionable accommodations while traveling, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

Rooms were very old. AC kept shutting down. Breakfast was below average with almost no choice. There was only 1 drinking water tap in cafeteria in entire hotel, but cafeteria room was closed after breakfast and guy inside refused to open the door to fill up water bottles. Saying he is cleaning and come after 30-40 mins. Breakfast time is 7-9 am and sharply at 9 the personal started winding up even though we were eating and when we asked for cheese slice he refused outright, but when few other people came in and asked something to take from refrigerator he gave them it’s racism ( we are not white skin). On second day breads were out of stock at 8:30 am. When we asked him he said it’s over but when we got angry he gave us half a packet of of bread which he already knew he had.

The room was not cleaned very well at all. The showercurtain was disgusting and smelled. There was hair all over the floor in the washroom, and there was hair on the beds. The AC was extremely noisy. We were there for a layover and liked that the hotel had breakfast and a shuttle. If you are going because of that, spend a little extra and go elsewhere. The shuttle was good, the breakfast wasnt worth its name.
We may have been more comfortable in the airport for 15 hours.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. During my stay, my friend’s car was STOLEN from the hotel parking lot, turning what should have been a pleasant trip into a nightmare.

What made the situation even worse was the lack of concern and support after we reported the incident. We expected the staff to show empathy, assist with reviewing security measures, or at least provide guidance, but instead we felt that our concerns were not taken seriously.

Guests choose a hotel expecting a safe environment, including reasonably secure parking. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling with a vehicle. The financial loss, stress, and inconvenience caused by this incident completely overshadowed my stay.

I sincerely hope the hotel improves its parking security, surveillance, and customer support so that no other guest has to go through what we experienced.

The hotel building itself just isn't the greatest. We went as a group of four, but they only prepared the room for two - however, when we asked for more, they were very hesitant to offer us anything. Additionally, there was a communal microwave, limited breakfast selection, and shampoo that you had to pay extra for if you surpassed a certain amount.

It was a nice stay near the airport for a good price. Breakfast and parking were included, which was very convenient. The building is old, but it is maintained well. There were no nearby hotels or restaurants, so having breakfast included was helpful. The only negative thing I noticed was the mini fridge in the room. When I opened it, there was a bad smell, so I feel they should have removed or replaced it. Other than that, everything was great, including the staff communication.

Airport shuttle was the highlight. It’s advertised as having a bar and a restaurant but these are nonexistent. Continental breakfast had mouldy jam. Towels were stained. Door handle to adjoining door only had styrofoam filling in the hole. Furniture chipped, stains on wall and peeling wallpaper.

If you want a roof on your head while you're sleeping, you're in perfect place because nothing else is perfect at all.
From the check in process to all the way to breakfast, all you you will have is disappointment !!

Bathroom light was broken, tissue holder disappeared, dirty breakfast table with salt and pepper kept with coffee where hot items are literally on the other side of the room.

Long story short, do not come with any expectations!!

It was so difficult to find the shuttle at the airport, and I ended up waiting for 30 min although I was told that it would arrive in 10 min. The receptionist gave me the wrong room number! I tried to open somebody's room and learned that the room number written on the card was wrong. The door was hard to open. It was nice that breakfast was included, but the room was full of foreigners, with little respect to other people.

Very dated property, about 10 min drive from the airport but the free shuttle was nice. For what you’re paying it’s not horrible. The hallway lighting flickers making it feel like you’re in horror movie. Room was okay, clean bed and bathroom, bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast only available from 7-9am we had to leave at 6:30 so we couldn’t avail of it. For the price it’s doable if you’re only there to shower and sleep in between your flights.

The breakfast at this hotel was absolutely disappointing. What should have been a simple, decent morning meal was instead cold, stale, and severely limited. The food looked like it had been sitting out for hours — the eggs were rubbery, the bread was outdated, and the coffee was bitter and lukewarm.

There were barely any fresh options, and what they claimed was “hot food” was clearly reheated and unappetizing. The fruit was overripe, the yogurt was sour, and there was nothing suitable for kids. For a hotel that charges decent rates, the breakfast quality is unacceptable.

We ended up skipping breakfast the rest of our stay and going elsewhere. Do not expect anything even close to worthwhile — just go to a nearby restaurant instead.

Omg! This place was like entering a horror movie! As we entered the premises, we saw some patio furniture disorganised on the lawn, plastic bottles on the ground, rolling kleenex in the breeze… we entered the building to find flickering light in the hall… no one at the front desk for at least 10 minutes, other people came in, all waiting for someone to appear. This gave us enough time to give the place a deeper look and although we had a very long travel day and it was very late, we knew we couldn’t sleep in a place like this, it was obviously a threat for our health.

We asked for a refund, they did not accept…I was not surprised, I hope no one else goes there, dangerous, health hazard, we went to a near by place Amon Plaza which was perfect to sleep.

I don’t know if I can post videos somewhere here, but I wish.

Staff was rude and was frustrated when I asked for the shuttle. They wouldn’t let me check in an hour early either. They didn’t even ask my name to check my room. When I asked if there was a bar nearby he laughed and said no. I asked if there was a bus, he said no. Then I looked on my phone and there was a bus stop right outside the hotel.
Also, my room had some sort of sticky stuff splattered all of the wall. The breakfast in the morning was frozen hashbrowns and no coffee.

Just a bad experience in general.

I tried to call hotel for shuttle bus from airport. No answer from 1430hrs to 1525hrs. We had to take a taxi. There is no restaurant or any drinks available. Closest restaurant is 20 min. walk to the Radisson where we should have stayed! The rooms are good size, beds o.k. but place is dated. Continental breakfast is minimal. There are better hotels available for similar price range.

It's not a family hotel.
The area around the hotel was very questionable and so were the people staying there.
It seemes to be a rent by the hour place.
The breakfast with the plastic cheese slices, white bread and cheap cereal was not to wake up for.
A lot of boinking going around during the night which woke us up.
No shampoo, no soap, the toilet paper dispenser is broken with the toilet paper on the counter beside the sink.
The room numbers went from 118, 119, 127, 134, 122. It's quite a place.
After receiving our room key we found that the beds were unmade and pizza boxes on the floor. We received a new room trying to find that room number since they are not in order by number.
We came in at 11:45 pm. too late to find something else.
I was very surprised It's a Wyndham, scary experience. 😨

The staff was very nice and the questionable people in the lobby we didn't have any problems with.
Happy to leave in the morning.

The room is so dusty that we have to clean the table, desk, vanity to feel safe to put our staffs on, floor is even worse, towels are so old & thin, and some with stains, hair dryer falls off with the wall mount at my 1st use, even report everyday it still on the vanity. The included breakfast is way below a standard continental breakfast. Forget about this one for your next visit to Montreal. It isn’t worth the money.

Nous avions appelé avant pour savoir si un lit bebe serait disponible, on nous a dit que oui mais une fois sur place la personne nous répond que non, il n'y en a pas. Que nous n'avons pas appelé le bon numéro?!

La climatisation ne fonctionnait. Aucune alternative pour proposer un petit déjeuner avant les heures (départ en avion de bonne heure)

Bref, en plus d'un prix non justifié, pas grand chose à dire de positif. Ah oui, le service de navette est parfait.

Friendly staff, but unfortunately this felt like a neglected hotel. Stayed here during the F1 weekend and unfortunately had a poor experience. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The room felt dirty from the get go, and the thin and worn out brown carpet added to the overall unclean feeling. Thankfully, I had towels and blankets in the car, so we ended up using those instead of the ones provided by the hotel. The bathroom clearly had not been cleaned properly. There was hair on the wall, pubic hair in the bathtub, and the shower curtain was brown at the bottom and smelled dirty, and the toilet seat was loose. Even the bath towels did not smell clean. On top of that, the room key constantly stopped working, so nearly every time we returned we had issues getting back into the room. There was also a chandelier outside the room that was actually quite beautiful, but it flickered throughout the entire night. Even with the curtains closed, the flashing light still came through the room. One positive point was the location, conveniently close to the airport and about 20 minutes from CGV. To be fair, I didn’t complain to the staff during the stay because we were checking in late and leaving early every morning, and honestly didn’t want to spend the little downtime we had dealing with room issues. This hotel has potential, but cleanliness and maintenance should really be the starting point. Overall, I would not choose to stay here unless major improvements are made.
