I booked an executive room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, but the sofa bed wasn’t prepared, we found garbage in the corner of the sofa and the sheet covering it was dirty with yellow stains. No microwave in the room, I was told by a staff none of the rooms have microwave. The tub was clogged, overall the room wasn’t clean the way I expected it, also the room wasn’t noise proof, we could hear every noise people made in their room and hallway,
Charlotte
Clean hotel, comfortable.
The bathtub was clogged.
The gym is great but there is no fountain to drink.
Great overall

The refrigerator wasn't cold, all my food went bad, and the USB charger socket also didn’t work.

Restaurant hours were minimal ended up just ordering Uber Eats
Janet
I had to book something fast because my flight out of Montreal was \"canceled\" and I was booked on a flight for the following day. I was very pleasantly surprised. The reception folks (both that evening and the following morning) were very understanding and helpful. The restaurant/bar were very accommodating. The room was surprisingly spacious. I would recommend it to anyone.

A special thanks to Yasir and Laschen, the general manager. He went above and beyond to assist me with a personal issue that occurred. What an amazing man and team he has. Very highly recommend the staff here.

La qualité des chambres, le bon rapport qualité-prix ainsi que l'environnement paisible et reposant m'ont beaucoup plu. C'était super ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

We had an excellent experience and recommend this place to anyone traveling because the location, close to the airport is perfect.

One of the best hotel stays we've had in a long time. From the moment we checked in until check out, we encountered helpful staff, a clean room, and the pool and hot tub was a highlight for our family.
Brendan
Top quality at a reasonable price.

This hotel is perfect for a couple of nights stay when you are in and out. Nice pool and gym. Parking is available. It’s very spacious room. The only thing is that they don’t provide even water bottles which cost maybe $3-$4 for 30 pack. Overall good stay!!
Isha

Miguel
I stayed in room 502. There was a stain on the floor by the door to get into the unit. I informed front desk which offered me a new room. When I went to check the new room, it felt like someone had just left from that unit because the first thing I noticed is that there was missing coffee pods so I refused to take the new room and stuck with 502. When it was time to sleep, I noticed a constant humming sound that got very annoying. The very loud A/C cancelled the humming while it was on but as soon as it stopped, the electrical loud humming was there.

Nothing against the hotel staff and rooms. Nice personnel but our car was stolen from parking lot. Travellers with Ontario licenses be aware.

I am a regular at this hotel and always find the rooms clean and the service to be excellent, friendly, and very helpful. The food is very good and the bar area is very comfortable with all the comforts of your own family room at home.

We changed room twice, in first room ac was not working, then we changed room, next day morning new room flush was broken so changed the room. The lady on reception was nice, but not sure owner knows the issue and never said a single word

We had a really nice stay at Novotel. The staff was great. The Rivoli restaurant was superb! Both the food and service were excellent. Thank you!
Leila

All good.

The hotel restaurant has limited hours and there are no nearby food options. Besides this, we had an excellent stay.
Xiaoxing
The room is clean and quiet. There was no hair dryer in my room while the stuff is helpful on that. No where to find drinking water in the hotel which is a bit inconvenient. Overall it is a pleasant stay.
stephanie

Le spa et la piscine son très propre,j'avais une chambre lit king cetais très grand et il y a des chambre pour mobilité réduite
Terence
The room is large and clean. Single-use slippers are not provided and low dryer in bathroom is not working in our room
Maria Teresa
1) The air conditioner makes too much noise that I had to turn it off to be able to sleep. 2) You have to request to clean the room rather than having the room automatically cleaned on a daily basis unless requested not to be cleaned.
Rebecca
My favourite stay in montreal
Hazel

This hotel was very easy to reach from the highway. Room was clean and spacious. Guys at the front desk are friendly and very helpful. The best part (in my opinion) - although an \"airport hotel\" this one is not under the flight path! So no landing aircraft over your head - I had the best night sleep!
Lesley
Staff was nice but rooms are average

staff were very kind and helpful. the refrigerator in the room was not actually a refrigerator as advertised. despite being a fridge they rigged it to only be a “cooler” so it was not cold enough to actually keep our meat and cheese snacks cold. Staff were helpful and had a fridge downstairs they allowed us to use, however.

Needs maintenance and cleaning. Okay for one night stay.

Not a high end hotel but well situated if you want instant access to the highway and overall cleanliness was great.

Plus side quiet hotel, no children, lovely hotel restaurant with very friendly staff. Situated in tech park so nothing around for groceries or restaurants if you don’t have a vehicle. Airport about 15 minute cab ride away. Air conditioning in room didn’t work when I arrived, but two phone calls and a visit to front desk got window unit to work but room controls inoperative. Noisy when working. On morning of last day of three, window unit died at 6 am. Room cleaning by request. Again, quiet neighbourhood, lots of trees and fields among large headquarters for industry. Close to highways, rapid transit being constructed nearby.
Alejandro
Nice and quiet with polite staff, we loved the lady working in the breakfast area. The pool was dirtier than we'd like, but it's a little more understandable in the off season with maintenence and painting taking priority. The room was lovely and there are some useful bus lines around for getting into the city. All around could've been a touch cleaner but otherwise a wonderful stay.
Jeffrey
The Hotel room especially in the bathroom was showing it's age. A bit of Mold showing. A simple clean can get it out properly. The bathroom sink was a bit lacking on water pressure.
Deval
More than one Spider in the room. I informed the front desk and they said “noted”.
louise
Super séjour reposant
Kevin
Nice room, bed okay. Fridge made noise every 5 minutes. Front desk agent should find another job.

Picked this property because it had pool and hot tub. We asked where pool was and they said closed for renovations. This should’ve been communicated as I wouldn’t have picked property if I knew. Only night shift front desk person was only person that would greet us, house keeping would look and say nothing, restaurant staff only had a few people, nothing overwhelming but they would ignore you for long periods, food was cold, paper thin bacon, and half cooked potatoes. Prices do not represent value and they charge a lot cause nothing else close by to eat. They have a nice display piano in front of restaurant but it’s all full of dust which gives a bad look n my opinion a reflections that they don’t care. This place has great potential but poorly managed and it reflects.

The pool and whirlpool were under renovation so we couldn’t use them. Other than that everything was great but lots of youngsters shouting, running in the hallways, slamming doors, etc. Super clean rooms, friendly and attentive staff! Please know that the hot tub is also closed a long with the pool, call ahead of time for no surprises.
