The hotel is very clean. The staff are very nice. The breakfast options were great and very tasty. The beds are comfortable.
Daniel
The room smelled of mould, the pillows were extremely soft, the hallway carpets and accent pillows on the couch were so dirty. The rooms were otherwise clean and the staff were kind. The shades were almost black out but they used some sort of sheer curtain instead of a real black out curtain so it woke our kid up super early. The breakfast was a nightmare on the second morning. No juice, eggs, bacon, potatoes, bagels, bowls, nor plates left. We had to ask for everything and most things just didn't get refilled. We got there at 9am, well before breakfast was over. People were scrambling for tables and tables sat dirty. Management needs to acquire more staff and look over what's missing during breakfast to ensure everyone gets their breakfast that they paid for. To top it all off, only 1 elevator worked the entire time we were there, which meant we often waited almost 10 mins everytime because it would go by our floor but it was full, often with staff. Construction started nice and early at 715am! No compensation, no apologies.

Elevators were in constant service for the week which only one working. Suite was nice, noisy from traffic of you are ok with that.

Très belle chambre, propre et confortable. Le personnel n'est pas très courtois et il y a beaucoup de bruit provenant de l'autoroute.
Rahila
Rooms were clean and spacious. Perfect for when travelling with kids.
Kathy
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were amicable and helpful. The airport shuttle wasn’t working so getting from the airport was a challenge as the taxi drivers didn’t want to accept the hotels coupon for payment, so we were charged $60 by the taxi from the airport to the hotel.
Adlene
Les chambres étaient très propres et assez calmes. Le petit déjeuner est bin avec beaucoup de choix
Mariane
The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We had a great stay!
Eric
Very helpful staff, clean large room with a separate seating arrangement. Breakfast omelette was prepared for you. Easy access from the 40 at St. Jean Blvd. Will stay again

Conveniently off the highway. Great staff especially in the bar area/dining room. Separate bedroom (door) and living room was spacious, modern and clean. Water pressure was good and water was hot quickly. Less than 5 mins to get to a grocery store or major mall if you need anything.
Breakfast was made better with made to order omlettes. Evening reception for guests with 2 complimentary beverages also delightful. Would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay, so clean, so spacious. Love the breakfast!

Our room (817) was great.
If I was able to change anything, it would the bathroom sink area. There was very little counter space.
Hopefully, we will return to your property July 17-19.

L'hébergement est propre, le service est impeccable. J'ai aimé le déjeuner.
Le seul point c'est l'absence de piscine intérieure ( point que l'Ambassy hôtel doit le voir). Merci pour le reste

Great stay!

Customer service from the Management staff was terrible, I had to cut my trip short because I had a family situation back in Toronto and I had to go back. The manager on duty refused to refund me for the extra day that I was unable to stay for. His excuse was that he would be losing money if he did.
To the Manager on shift, the business profit margins were more important than the hospitality of his customers.
My recommendation, do not stay here. Horrible hospitality. This hotel charged me for a night that I did not even stay. Terrible, just horrible experience. I was going to book a wedding event here for October, but they lost my business because of a greedy unhelpful manager.

When booking for a one queen bed. Expect a corner room. Small, unconventional shaped bedroom. Almost a triangle. TV is facing the closet. You can tilt it barely since it's hooked on the tv stand and you can watch TV sideway. Just book a King. Probably it will be the normal bedroom. The place is close to the airport. That's the advantage. Takes 26 minutes to go to downtown. Might as well book a hotel by downtown if you are exploring Montreal. Room is clean. Breakfast is included.
Tom
Large, clean modern updated suite. Staff were great at the front desk and in the bar/restaurant.
Maria
Clean room and very espacious
Jean
Good spot. Only bad thing was that we got sick from buying a frozen meal because their frodge broke and they didn’t told us.
Stephen
Clean and helpful friendly staff. The secured fenced and gated parking a great addition !!!!!!!!!!!! One of the only if not only on the West Island. The bar staff were great. Friendly and helpful selecting dinner options. A great place to stay.
Nicole K
My entire family loved this hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
Brian
Over all a very nice stay.
Lynn Gladys
Suite up to date and very clean. Had to leave before breakfast and they gave me a nice bag breakfast.
Lois
I love embassy suites in general. This property is an older, smaller property. However, it is very clean. The staff are polite. The breakfast was great. My stay was great.
randi
Rooms big and spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of options and a variety of fresh fruits daily. Hotel restaurant was mid, take it or leave it.
Suzanne
Love this hotel. Well run and maintained. The staff is really terrific from the reception desk to the shuttle bus operator, the maids, and the restaurant staff. Of special note is Rachel at reception. She was terrific. I have booked this hotel twice so far and definitely plan on coming back. The food at breakfast is really good and the rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. I like that it has a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance.
Virginia
We stayed at the hotel from Thursday to Monday. We had joint rooms with our teenagers and our room. The air-conditioning kept breaking so every other night we had to have maintenance come up and reset the system just so we could get comfortable air to sleep in other than that the place is wonderful and everybody was such a good help.
tuan
I did not like a free drink offer by the hotel. I was late only few minutes pass 7 o'clock.

Great hotel! Our room was very nice and the breakfast was great, especially the fresh omelettes! The staff is friendly and helpful! Close to the new REM to get downtown and a really nice mall, around a 20 minute walk to both.

A little further from the airport than expected. Good breakfast. We’re very good about late checkout.

A room half the size of the picture. Its ridiculous
peter
Excellent breakfast, spacious dining area, very good selection of food to choose from.
Kim
The room was exactly as described and was perfectly clean. When checking in I was asked if wanted to park my car in the back lot because it would be safer as there is quite a bit of car theft. That was an additional $15 a day. I drove about 5 hours to be there and couldn’t afford to have my car stolen. The other issue was at breakfast our first day. I went with my 15 y/o son who has a healthy appetite. There was a gentleman with a chef’s hat on staring at my son while he ate. Not sure if he was upset with the food my son was eating but it made for an uncomfortable breakfast.
Jean
clean room nice bar and staff. I recommend it

Shuttle service was great to have included as an amenity. Check in was fast and breakfast was good.
Terri
I stayed the night before a flight and my stay was perfect adequate. The hotel and room was clean, staff was delightful, parking was easy with an option to park behind a locked gate for a small fee. The restaurant and bar is quite busy for their happy hour vouchers. Would certainly stay again before an early flight. Merci beaucoup!

Great staff team. All the conveniences of home
mlumun
My room was dusty, the bathroom had alot of hair on the day i checked in. If you use the ventilator, the whole room stinks of poop. The lady who cleaned my room was nasty, she used the same rag that she used for the toilet to clean the bathtub and the kitchen area*disgusting, the bathtub was very slow to drain, it was a nightmare and will never stay in that hotel ever again even though the staffs at the front desk/the bar/restaurant were nice but cleanliness & clean ventilation is a priority for me.
Jacob
Clean rooms. Good breakfast.
Enrico
This hotel was awesome. The location really worked for me, as it was perfectly central to everywhere I needed to be. Easy to get to and from places as it is off the highway, but super quiet. The rooms are so modern, super clean and amazingly comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful. I found the food to be of high quality and extremely delicious. Lastly, I found the hotel to be very generous in that you have free parking, free high quality breakfast, and two complementary drinks per night. C’mon! Now that is fantastic value! Definitely and must visit. Bravo Embassy Suites.
Chris
Poor value for our brief layover stay. Transportation provided was good (shuttle was unavailable due to repairs)
Karen
Only stayed for one night but the room was beautiful and spacious. The staff were friendly, especially the two ladies working in the restaurant the evening of March 5, 2026. Will definitely recommend and stay again.
Amrit
Friendly staff, shuttle service was excellent, & complimentary breakfast was really nice to have
