Merci.

Great everything! It’s only ashamed that the spa is not heated.

Nice, small, and cozy. The facility looks new; very clean. Though I was impressed with the variety of drinks in the room, but I was concerned about what that very easy access to that array of alcoholic beverages would mean to someone dealing with drinking problems, young people, and even children who could be in the room...
I was disappointed that my reservation did not include breakfast, so I can't comment on the food experience.
I recommend and would definitely go back when needed.

Staff was excellent, room and fridge was very well stocked.

Lady at the front desk was lovely, she had a hard time getting me checked in. The rooms are clean but very bare. Plugs were far from the nightstands and the thermostat did not seem like it could get to temperature and would randomly blow cold air.
Michel
All good 👍

Tout était super!!
Dennis
Everything was comfortable until after midnight. Then their \"smart auto setback thermostat\" took over and the room temperature became too uncomfortable to sleep. Phoned front desk, they were familiar with the issue but had no way to override the problem
Christopher
I have to say that the staff was very friendly, helpful and very pleasant. This really makes a great difference. The training for the staff must be recognized as being well executed. My stay was very comfortable but, for the second time at the hotel I had difficulty with operating the TV. Each time I was unable to access TV channels.

Nice hotel. Close to the highway for easy access Great front reception staff. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Nice restaurant. Breakfast menu has a nice selection for the chosen set menu for the hotel package room/breakfast offer. The hostess/waitress was very efficient and jovial for being all by herself. The food is well prepared and presentation. Room was nice spacious and clean. Lots of options to purchase in the room in terms of snacks and beverages. Mattress was too soft kept rolling in the middle. All in all we give it an 4 star out of 5. Would recommend.

Patience is a key
My wife and I had a comfortable night; the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom was also clean. But when my wife wanted to enter the password for the Wi-Fi, she had difficulties, so I went to see the receptionist. I found him at the back behind a counter, either reading a book or on his phone, and I asked him for help. After two attempts, the password didn't work, and on the third attempt, he spoke to me in an authoritative tone, and his face changed color. He was not patient, and I did not like his behavior.

Great find!
We had a great stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were given a treat bag upon arrival, which was a very nice touch. Thank you!

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The real highlight for me was the wellness facilities — the indoor pool was clean and perfect for a morning swim, and the hot tub was just what I needed to unwind after a long day. The sauna was a bonus — clean, hot, and very relaxing.
My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the quiet environment for a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Whether you’re visiting for business or a little self-care getaway, I highly recommend this hotel if you love having access to relaxation amenities like a pool, hot tub, and sauna. I will definitely be returning!

Arrived late in evening, their systems were not working, it took almost an hour to book us in our room, even though we had a reservation and had pre-paid. Very loud first floor bar we had to sit beside for the hour waiting for a room.

Amazing staff

The breakfast serving is very very slow. And the food isn’t that good. Just opt for outside places.

Great for visiting relatives in St-Eustache. Restaurants and gas stations close by. Right off the highway.

Staff were very friendly and efficient. My kids loved the pool. Our room (king loft suite) seemed larger than the pictures showed and the layout of the room was great. Bathroom was huge. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. We never had to wait long for the elevator. Lovely hotel

Aucun recouvrement de douillette. Seulement un douillette prit entre deux drap simple. Sable dans le fond du bain.

This was a great hotel. The only complaint would be the only weight machine in the gym was broken and the indoor pool was abit chilly. Other than that, clean and modern .

Chambre propre et confortable. Salle de bain désuète. Ordinaire pour le prix payé

The water system was very noisy after using a bathroom stall. It sounds like a cruise ship horning when it leaves the port.

Went there for one night only and was overall pleased with everything. It’s a walking distance from a gas station, drugstore, restaurant and mall, which is really convenient. Room was spacious enough and everything was clean as well. The TV remote didn’t work well though. Tip: if you ask for a late checkout, make sure they write it down, or they’ll come knocking at your door at 11! ;)

Overall, we had a decent experience at this hotel.
PROS: Modern, contemporary styling, if you like that; generally the room was very clean (except the dresser beneath the tv was very dust); largest big-screen tv we’ve ever had; lots of standard power outlets at convenient heights on the walls; very friendly, helpful staff; don’t know about the rest of the restaurant’s menu, but the breakfast menu is varied and all the dishes we had during our 3-night stay were excellent, although pricey.
CONS: Marketed as a “state of the art boutique hotel”, however there are no USB charging outlets in the room, which, really?; there was no in-room safe…they offer valuables storage at reception, but who wants to leave valuables with strangers?; the bathroom towels are on the small side, and very thin; even in mid-November, flies kept appearing in our room, which was annoying; and last but not least, we had a queen bed, with a nightstand & lamp on one side only…???… there was plenty of room on the other side of the bed for another nightstand & lamp, but there was just empty space… so one guest has the privilege of sitting in bed and reading, and their partner gets to sit there in the semi-dark doing nothing… have never encountered that before, and found it to be really chintzy on the part of the hotel, especially at the price of a room… we solved the issue by moving a small round table that was by the window to the empty spot, along with the dresser lamp. Come on, Imperia, really?
