The overall experience was good. Our room was a bit tired even though they’d redone the floors and bathroom. Balcony was lock and inaccessible. Breakfast was good.

Very clean hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Hot buffet. Rooms are very clean. Grandkids went swimming in the pool. Had a ball. Recommend this hotel to anyone. A little bit pricy but worth it.

Daniel
Très propre, bien situé

Good Hotel; Liked the location; next to highway. Very good staff. However, No drinking water and frozen breakfast made the the experience little less enjoyable. Other than that definitely enjoyed the stay.

The pool needs better hours 9am to 9pm is not long enough. There is no gaurd so it should be open until 11pm and earlier. Also there were no towels in the pool area.

Tub had lots of hair, tub did not drain, pillow case was dirty. The free breakfast was 5/10 compared to others we’ve had.
The hotel overall seemed to be in good shape but the cleanliness of the washroom was not acceptable. We will not be staying there again.

Hotel stay at Best Weston was acceptable overall. Staff was cooperative and helpful. However, the rooms felt dated with an old building smell in the corridors. The lack of an in-room microwave was inconvenient — the staff mentioned microwaves are only available in suites and cannot be requested for standard rooms booked through third-party sites like Expedia. In today's market, basic amenities like a microwave should be standard in all rooms. The rest of the experience was satisfactory, but these drawbacks would influence my recommendation.

Correct est le mot qui décrit le mieux. La chambre était correct, le petit déjeuner était correct.
Ce qui m’a dérangé c’est l’humidité dans ma chambre. C’était vraiment humide.

An older facility that was clean and somewhat renovated. Lacked electrical/USB outlets for charging devices. The staff was especially helpful in helping us navigate the Metro for getting to and from the Canadian Grand Prix.

Stayed for two nights in a standard room with two queen beds. Room was clean but slightly musty smelling. I understand the property is older but the room was fine and was well kept. The amenities could use an update, those little shampoo bottles and bar soap are still used where liquid pumps at the sink and bathtub/shower would be better. The room was refreshed without request which was nice but the tissue box was always empty. A fridge was available but a microwave would have been nice to have along with an ice bucket. Toilet paper was there but no tissues. First world problems. Breakfast buffet was included and contained your standard fare with bagels, toast, juice, coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, etc., Good value included in the room rate. The room had a view of the autoroute but noise wasn't an issue. Parking lot fills up quickly up front as there are no side entrances, just the main one. Didn't use the pool or exercise room but they were both available. One elevator. Lobby is on the Level 2. Overall nice stay.
Valerie
Près dé l’autoroute, pratique pour l’accès, bon déjeuner!

Room was clean. But elevator was not. Somebody drop drink in elevator. And too loud.
Allison
We had a very nice stay at the Best Western Laval. The staff were friendly and attentive. The morning breakfast buffet was very good. The pool area seemed a little run down though and was very crowded and loud on the weekends with hockey families. We were staying on Thursday & Sunday nights as well so it was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves on those nights!
David
Good breakfast buffet

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

L'hôtel est bien, un peu âgé. Je ne recommande pas de prendre une chambre avec un balcon, l'insonorisation est mauvaise.

Very comfortable and quiet, but it would have been much better if supper was served. It is not very relaxing to look for a restaurant in a busy city when it is dark and there is a lot of traffic.
Lisette
Perfect bed
Matthieu
Nice room, great staff but really noisy
Eric
Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Exercise equipment in the gym was broken and treadmill was at least 25 years old and … fragile. The small pool closed early. Wouldn’t be hard to update things …
