Il manquait de commodité dans la chambre.

I am not sure I should be writing a review as I actually did not stay the night. The check in lady was not very friendly, I checked in and went to the room to have a look at it, it did not look like the pictures. I had an appointment I needed to get to so i dropped my bag and went. I returned around 930pm and I just had a feeling that the area was not really safe, and I knew if i went to bed (which only had 2 tiny pillows) I would not be able to sleep because of my feeling that it was not safe (I am not saying it wasnt safe but that is the feeling I got). I checked out and went to a hotel near by that I know. The room did look clean tho.

Stayed for one night, worth the price and location

Everything ok, good location

Dirty towel left hanging behind the door. Giant yellow stain on the bed under the covers. This is the bare minimum you can do as a hotel. This is not the standard I expect from Ramada as I’ve stayed in a few around the country. The front desk staff had an attitude. Weird smell in the hallways. Very disappointed in this place. You can find way better at the price they charge.
Dilaxsan
It’s not a 3 star hotel, it’s a motel.
Joey

A great place to rest overnight. We had everything we needed.
It was easy to find and well located for our first night in Laval.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We paid 150$ per night for a non smoking room but the room was smelling smoke all the time. We stayed for 3 nights and they never came to clean the room. Shower pressure was almost non existing. We paid for 2 queen size beds in each room, they gave us single bedroom room and said this is what they have. In that also bath tub was not draining. Only in the morning they gave us a diff room . Overall never book this hotel. Pay little more and book a better hotel.
Tony
The shower had mould. Unless you keep the AC on the room smells very musty.

Hotel qui a besoin de rénovation
Jacques
The room I got was not renovated. It needs a complete refresh. Bad odor inside the room, The bed sheets were excellent and extra clean.
The carpet is old and probably the source of the moist scent.

Merci

Sewer smell as soon you open the door. The drain on the bathroom need to be looked at .....
Do t expect much for a 100$ room but it shouldn't have a FREE smell like this.

Great customer service.

The room was not 100% clean. There was spider webs in the closet and furnitures where I was supposed to put my clothes. Really disgusting
Diane
Nice room, friendly staff, nice breakfast, affordable prices. Close to restaurants and shopping.
Paul
The staff was nice but I guess I just wasn’t expecting everything to be so dated. Definitely not my cup of tea but it did what it needed to do for one night.

Clean staff was helpful! Breakfast was not good way below standard and expectations

STAY AWAY! Rude staff, tv size of ipad, elevator broken.

The hotel was dirty and they didn't provide no toothpaste. The breakfast was awful. The experience was terrible 😫
karen
The directions for the hotel were incorrect on the website. There was a strong smell of sewer gas coming from the bathroom.
Talal
One of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen. The only staff member we dealt with was unbelievably rude and clearly couldn’t care less. We checked in, opened the room door, and immediately got hit with a strong mold smell. My wife instantly had a reaction to it, so we stayed less than a minute before leaving and booking another place.
Despite this, they still refused a reimbursement. When I tried getting my money back through Expedia, the hotel straight-up lied and claimed the room was “recently renovated” and perfectly fine. Absolute joke of a hotel — dirty, dishonest, and completely unprofessional.

Room was old, wallpaper peeling, lightning was horrible in the room.
sevak
very bad
Hailey
Definitely not what’s expected from a Ramada.
ROCK
The room was nothing like the pictures. Very outdated. Mattress and pillows need to be changed. No hot water. Breakfast was OK but would need to have a bigger room to accommodate more people. Capacity of 12 people. People had to go eat ibreakfast in their room. Would not recommend.

Hardeep
Washroom tub smells like gutter, Fire alarm start and stop beeping during the night without any reason, rooms are separated from the main building looks like a motel. I Asked to give room in the main building that I saw online in the pictures while doing reservation but receptionist denied. They are playing with folks by showing different rooms and building online.

Super bien

Peeling wall paper, dirty floors in the room, box spring that was 2 sizes too small for the mattress size, weird smell. Overall a terrible experience
Jacob
we booked a room with a pull out couch.
They tried to tell us they didnt have a pull out couch so we would be forced to upgrade to 2 beds. Ir had to fight with them to get the pull out couch which we had booked, they did it. they told us they would setup the pullout couch in 30 mins. We waited 4 hours. They refused to clean our rooms, we spent 3 nights there they didnt clean our room once. breakfast food was terrible, room were dirty, staff was rude. by far the worst hotel ive ever stayed at

Upon arrival to check in the staff was not very friendly, although they were efficient. I was given my room key and informed where my room was located, which was a lower level. Upon entering the building where our room was located, it felt very dark and dismal. When we opened the door to the room, it was just as dark and dismal. We found that many of the light fixtures had burned out bulbs, and there was some kind of wood plank crudely painted white that was affixed to the wall near the head of both beds - the wallpaper at both corners of the wood was torn. I was not comfortable at all in this room, but stuck with it since we were only staying overnight.

Breakfast was terrible and absolutely below basic. The breakfast area was very small and overcrowded. The rooms were clean, but there was no room service or housekeeping on the second day. The location was not very convenient, as it was almost a 45-minute drive to Old Montreal. Overall, the price was very high for what this place offered.

Place is good. Got a free upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi but the jacuzzi jets turned on even after we finished making a loud noise. Staff helped us turn it off though. Location is good.

Breakfast menu was ok, room was beautiful - lots of space, heated bathroom floor, full size shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap. Room was warm enough (still a cool spring in Montreal). The staff was very professional and friendly.

J'ai adoré l'expérience.

My stay at this hotel was extremely frustrating. From the moment I arrived, the staff was rude and unhelpful. I was charged an early check-in fee that was never mentioned in advance, which felt unfair and dishonest.
The air conditioning in my room was not working, and instead of fixing the issue properly, they brought me a fan, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. After I complained, they eventually changed my room.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. The door to my room would not lock, which is a serious safety issue. For a hotel, this is completely unacceptable.
Between the poor customer service, hidden charges, maintenance problems, and safety concerns, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our previous stay at this hotel was in the new building (which is separate from the old one) and we were satisfied as we enjoyed a quiet night. This time, our room was in the 'old' (main) building. The dirty ripped old rugs, a broken door to the parking lot, missing paint on doors, small spots of rust in the bath, a defective faucet, etc. attest to the incipient decrepitude of this building. Soundproofing is always a challenge but it was particularly absent as a team occupied a lot of the floor with young adults running, laughing and talking in the corridor well after 11pm...

The room wasn’t spotless, and the cleaning supplies were unhygienic. One of the cleaning ladies even pushed our room door open without knocking, which was incredibly rude.
