When checking in, the front staff was not interested in listening to a small room request, to be by our other party. The room was very dirty and there were bugs on the bathroom. The plug in’s and lights were flickering and we could not change our phones. There was nothing for breakfast. We stayed in the main lobby hotel that was very dirty and run down. Our party started in the separate buildings and they were nice.

Room was clean but had a few issues like the AC not working and the showerhead was at belly height instead of hanging high. We had to constantly hold it while showering. TV works but all channels are analog (not HD), plus there's no menu/guide option so you have to scroll through the channels old-school style. Plumbing constantly made noise during the night

Room wasn’t cleaned well at all, hair in the sink and around the toilet, bugs and dust around the baseboards. Half a used roll of toilet paper ontop of the toilet bowl. Front door had no working lock at all, tv remote was finally found under the mattress (??) I took videos to show the reception and they promptly changed my room.

Beds and pillows need update. There was no housekeeping in the 5 day stay at this hotel. We had to keep the room clean despite dirty entranceway due to bad snowy slushy weather. Also, had to empty the garbage and ask for supplies a few times.

Where do I start. The room looks nothing like the pictures. The bed was on exposed wood, looked like it was on a crate. The wallpaper was peeling, the bathroom was not fully clean. the walls had splatters of something, the soap dispenser was dirty, the exhaust fan was dirty, not enough large towels.
The main area had a broken chair (which is a safety concern) there were no carpets which is not good for winter. Bedding was limited in blankets, they were thin.

The staff was kind enough. The rooms... The first room has wooden boxes for the box springs, the light switch was missing the shell, there was tape on the door frame from where I'm assuming a lock used to be, the scent of bleach and lemon was unbelievable. The second room there was extremely questionable stains on the box spring as well as the mirror, the doors lock was the flimsiest locks, the mattress were really firm and the water pressure in the shower was non existent. I would give this place 1/5. It is definitely a "working" hotel xxx

The bed was sitting on a makeshift wood 2x4 frame, the blinds fell off when I tried to close them, and the door seal was broken, causing a loud whistling sound all night. Several light fixtures had burnt-out bulbs, the floors were sticky, and the TV remote didn’t work. The pillows were small—more like couch cushions than proper bed pillows.
I paid through Expedia, but when I provided my credit card for the room deposit, they charged me for the room again. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. We were assigned Room #208, which had one door leading to the hallway and a second door that opened directly to the parking lot. This was very convenient for bringing items in and out of the car. We got there and when we were being told the cleaning staff did not have our room ready. We had driven for 13 hours and i asked if there was another room that we could have she said the cleaners did not update the computer . Exactly at 3 oclock the room was ready at this time there was about 5 other people waiting. We went to our room the tiolet was not flushing. I had to reach in the tank and hook the handle in the tank. There was only a couple of towels in the room. The floor had pop or something spilled on ot and it was sticky. The fridge was not working not cold at all. Someone had an ice pack in the little freezer and even that was dripping. We made do for the first night and i let them know at the desk we would need towels an extra pillow ans blanket. We were already in bed when they showed up. That was the last we seen of them. The next day when we got back to shower and change they had n̈ot been there, we still had no fridge ot towels rooms were not cleaned garbage not touched. I was not impressed. Most definately will never be back there again. Waste of money, way over priced.

Our room was clean, the bathroom was very old, hair drier not working, shower towels slightly bigger than a face towel and very thin. the hallway is very run down. In the morning we saw a used condom in a corner in the hallway. There is no reception area, just a lady behind a glass wall…not happy to be there, when we asked about the elevator she smirked and said it’s just one floor. We had two big suitcases and arriving after 24hrs between cars, flights and airports. I think the hotel has very bad reputation, when the taxi picked us up in the morning the driver was very curious as to why a family with kids chose that hotel.

The room we got was not clean. You sit on the bed and it crunched and crinkle like made terrible noises. I requested a king size bed. They gave me a queen size bed we went and they gave us another room with a king size bed. I found the room was not clean. My husband took a shower and he walked on the floor a couple of times and his feet were filthy and I was extremely upset then. You advertise free breakfast. There is no breakfast either day we spent there what we did get on the second day was a yogurt. Your hotels are not equipped for handicap seniors with major disabilities. I was not impressed at all. I would not recommend your hotel and I'm a little concerned that there may have been bedbugs in it And for the price that you charged. I would definitely not recommend your hotel.
