near all amenities like the premium outlets, restaurants etc.property is well maintained the only thing we didn’t like is the bathroom sink too small like the water flow all over the sink because it’s too shallow.and the toilet paper holder first time i saw one like that in the hotel.just wondering why it’s installed vertically.but staff at the front desk are nice.

A/c not working well
I don’t feel comfortable because each time for change the temperature we have to call to the receptionist, was not controlaste in the room 😡😡

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to help us. They explained in detail how to get to downtown Montreal and then onward to the Formula One race, which was incredibly helpful.
The breakfast wasn’t the strongest part of the stay, but the team’s hospitality more than made up for the limited selection.
Overall, we had a great experience. We left with fond memories, and we will definitely return to this hotel.

We had to wait 10 minutes at the reception because the desk person wasn’t at his besk. The room was hot as we were not able to start the air conditionner. No remote seems to be available in the room. Instruction for the breakfast wasn’t clear. Confusion on the closure time was first at 10 than 9:30

Exceptionnel!!

Decent hotel with lots of neighboring stores. My room smelled a bit weird but it was manageable. Gym was really small, pool was nice but lots of kids when I went.
Justin
I really loved staying here. It was really nice, convenient to everything, and there were 4 car chargers in the parking lot that were very affordable. I would definitely stay here again.
Xuan Ky
This place is just fine. Even though it doesn't have any toothpaste or toothbrush or a drink it's just a permanent stay for mostly sport fans you had to go outside the Walmart in Blainville to buy some grooming essentials but anyway, this was very fine during 4 days and 3 night stays.
Sherry
Very clean

Hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower, as if the floor wasn't cleaned at all.

Gracias totales.

Beautiful decor, great location!
Just too bad that service was so so, it felt like the employees were not happy to be there…. They have to assume bar service themselves! Overall the place feels off, but it’s tolerable, although a bit pricey!

I was given a room with a broken A/C so I had to transfer 2 times. Staff knew there was an issue with the A/C in the room due to a prior complaint the week before and still gave me the same room without knowing if the issue had been fixed or not.
I was asked to request if I wanted to have my room cleaned instead of it being the other way around (guests requesting to NOT have their room cleaned).
Not a very good experience overall with all the issues especially being a brand new hotel.

Very clean super service

I recently stayed at your property and wanted to take a moment to share my experience.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere of the hotel made it very comfortable and relaxing. I especially appreciated [heated pool and the lounge to relax, the cleanliness, the location near the 15 highway, breakfast, service.
There were a couple of minor aspects that could be improved, such as letting the client know that if there is anything else needed like pillows or towels, they can be foound in the bottom drawers in the front end of the bed., but they did not take away from the overall positive experience i had an amazing evening..
I chose your hotel because of its reputation, and I would genuinely love the opportunity to return in the future. If there are ever any loyalty perks, promotions, or return guest offers available, I would be very interested.
Thank you again for the hospitality. I look forward to staying with you again.
Kind regards,
george

The hotel itself is beautiful overall. However, it seems the room temperature cannot be controlled. The room was so humid that condensation formed on the windows, dripping onto the windowsill and leaving the floor wet along the window. We ended up sleeping in a very damp environment, and it appeared that most guests on our floor experienced the same issue. Additionally, check-in took longer than expected due to a crowded reception area with many people checking in at the same time.
The morning breakfast was great!

Clean, modern, and pleasantly quiet, this hotel delivered a comfortable stay from start to finish. The rooms felt fresh and well‑maintained, and the staff were helpful.. Its location is a real bonus—just a short walk to plenty of shopping and great restaurants.

Friendly and fine.
Jim
Room was night and staff was excellent.
Bill
Staff were good, did not like the breakfast, only cold breakfast nothing hot, you can only control room temperature 4 degrees, that was a negative. Front desk had to set it if you wanted room cooler than 20 degrees. For the price, I expected a better breakfast and be able to control my own room temperature.

Beautiful hotel! The only small inconvenience was for the cost of the hotel ($$$) they didn’t supply conditioner in the rooms (I have never seen this) and no continental breakfast.

Great but could be a little better
It is a wonderful hotel, it wasn't as busy as expected.
I have a few notes though. If you guys want a ton more business I'd rethink a few small things.
Firstly, there was a note that rooms aren't cleaned unless asked for. That should just be done. Secondly, there was water provided in the room but it was 4$ for the bottle. That's crazy. Third, I went for a drink at the bar and for 2 shots of vodka and a diet coke it was 32$ without a tip. I'd rather buy a whole bottle for that price. While on a business trip people like to drink but the bar was completely empty. Probably because the huge markup of the price.
But overall great stay the rooms were modern and clean. Beds comfortable. I'd definetly stay again.

Good selection of breads, cereals, yogourt, fresh fruits, several proteins sources. Self serve, quick and friendly.

The hotel is modern and clean. Lots of parking. Very close to the outlet mall. There was an issue with the thermostat in the room but we were quickly transferred to an even bigger room when they couldn’t fix the issue. The only comment would be that it would be nice to see conditioner in the shower. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Thank you!
Marie-Pier
The room was clean and nice. The only things that was a bit annoying was the ice machine only in the lobby
Gardner
